L'hôtel est propre et conçu avec goût. Le seul problème est qu'il n'y a pas un seul crochet dans la pièce, donc il n'y a pas d'endroit pour accrocher les vêtements après avoir pris une douche. En hiver, il faut retourner au placard du couloir pour se changer car il est facile d'attraper froid. Comme j'ai peur d'avoir froid, je n'ai pas pris de bain. Les deux messieurs de la famille ont été très satisfaits du service rendu par la baignoire. Comme l'hôtel ne dispose pas de restaurant, les employés sont tenus d'acheter des rouleaux de riz pour le petit-déjeuner. Cependant, nous nous réveillons tous les trois à des heures différentes. Le petit déjeuner était encore congelé. La seule chance est que le personnel de l'hôtel est disponible 24 heures sur 24 et essaie de répondre à toutes vos questions. C’est à saluer.

Le prix de l'hôtel est comparable à celui d'un 5 étoiles international, mais il ne tient pas ses promesses. La direction et ses propriétaires devraient revoir sérieusement leurs tarifs et la formation de leur personnel. Avantages : l'hôtel est neuf, joliment rénové, et ils ont embauché beaucoup de personnel qui s'investit. Les serviettes sont très moelleuses et agréables. Le peignoir est doux, absorbant et de haute qualité. Le petit-déjeuner offre un certain choix, mais les plats cuisinés pourraient être améliorés ; il est donc moins sec, mais c'est acceptable et pas mal, avec une bonne machine à café et des céréales occidentales (j'ai manqué de lait froid, mais le personnel en a trouvé). La piscine est grande, propre et belle (pas profonde) et peu chlorée. Le bar propose des boissons (mais pas de nourriture). Le forfait photo est une bonne idée, mais les photographes nécessitent plus d'expérience. La baignoire est jolie, avec des sels et une éponge en loofah. La télévision propose un Netflix chinois et des films occidentaux (mais il faut connaître le chinois pour lire les sélections) et une sélection musicale. Produits de toilette inclus, dont un bon Colgate format voyage. Le réfrigérateur contenait un Sprite, un Coca-Cola, deux bouteilles d'eau gazeuse de marque thaïlandaise et deux bouteilles d'eau. Deux sachets de thé et un paquet de café concentré étaient disponibles. Dans l'ensemble, tout était propre. Les photos du petit-déjeuner sont jointes, car elles étaient vagues. Inconvénients : le personnel est inexpérimenté, trop jeune, manque de formation, lent et inefficace. S'ils changent autant d'argent, ils devraient embaucher du personnel expérimenté avec un programme de formation détaillé, complet et rigoureux. Ils devraient recruter davantage de managers pour gérer les opérations et permettre au personnel de développer les compétences relationnelles nécessaires. La direction semble irréaliste quant à l'embauche de nombreux employés inexpérimentés pour offrir un service 5 étoiles. Il serait préférable d'embaucher davantage de personnel 5 étoiles plus âgé et expérimenté, possédant une expérience hôtelière, plutôt que d'embaucher autant de jeunes employés inexpérimentés. Bien que le personnel soit sincère et fasse de son mieux, il semble que ce soit leur premier emploi, et je n'attends pas grand-chose d'eux. Ils sont lents, inefficaces et perdus par manque d'expérience. Plusieurs de mes demandes ont été perdues et ont nécessité plusieurs rappels. J'ai utilisé les nouvelles toilettes automatiques, mais leurs toilettes étaient difficiles à utiliser et ne tiraient pas la chasse d'eau (faible pression d'eau). La baignoire et la douche sont mal conçues (mais jolies) et difficiles à utiliser. Le restaurant n'a pas pu expliquer le menu à 399 $ et n'avait aucune photo. La directrice Zhou a été très efficace pour assurer le suivi et s'excuser. Elle était attentionnée et à l'écoute. Mais la direction doit changer, embaucher plus de managers et mettre en place un programme de formation détaillé (pas seulement sur un ou deux jours), mais beaucoup plus long et plus continu. J'ai peur de demander s'ils parlent anglais. Globalement, cet hôtel n'est pas prêt, il est trop cher et il ne devrait s'agir que d'un lancement en douceur, avec des prix réduits. Si vous êtes prêt à payer autant, allez dans un autre vrai hôtel 5 étoiles, ou réservez seulement la chambre la moins chère. Mais si vous aimez vraiment nager, cela vaut la peine d'envisager l'option, car la piscine est agréable.

Very well decorated,stylish, and new hotel (more like service apartment) hidden in a residential building full of other service apartments. The building itself looks old, and due to it's location, a lot of them are vacant. Da Xiao Mei Sha's peak visiting season is summertime, and we went during Nov timing, so it was pretty quiet. The hotel itself has only opened for a month, so everything was very nice and new but due to the same reason they do not provide breakfast service. The staff was very nice and helpful by decorating the room with balloons on request as it was a birthday celebration before we arrived at the room. We were assigned a ”butler” and can be reached anytime, even before our arrival date, every day before 12 am, and answer any question we had. We were offered dessert as a welcoming treat, and snacks like mini cupcakes and crackers were prepared in the room and the communal area at their ”lobby.” The hotel provides Atelier Cologne toiletries, which were nice and luxury. The room was very spacious, and our specific room type had a bath in the bedroom in front of our window. However, we figured that people from the other side of the building might be able to see me bath, so we will have to close the curtains, defeating the purpose of having a bath with seaview unless u enter with clothes. One minor downside was that the fridge was not working and was unable to keep our birthday cake chilled. Overall, I would give 10 out of 10 for the room itself, but they might still need a little more time to improve on small details, gaining experience from things that they might encounter with guests. After all, it is one of the most expensive hotels besides the international chained hotels. I would still recommend this hotel, and we can the staff are passionate about providing the best service, I am sure they will be able to fine-tune things soon.

C'était la première fois que je réservais des services d'hébergement dans le quartier Meisha de Shenzhen. Je ne m'attendais pas à ce que l'expérience en famille d'accueil soit comparable à celle d'un hôtel cinq étoiles. L'environnement de l'hébergement est très propre et le service est prévenant. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de magasins à proximité, donc si vous en avez besoin, il est préférable de l'acheter à l'avance.
