地理環境方便，周邊一公里左右都有很多好吃的；不到一百的房費還能包早餐，也有陽台和晾衣架可以晾衣服，熱水很燙，也出水很快，整體設備人性，性價比很高。
唯一缺點就是隔音差，也不幸遇到了旁邊比較吵鬧的房客，説話、聽音樂比較大聲，不隔音，但很累、帶着耳塞睡覺也不影響。

La chambre est grande, très large et lumineuse, les conditions d'assainissement et les installations de la chambre sont excellentes, le lit est très confortable, l'hôtel est très calme, le sommeil est très bon, il est également équipé d'un ustensile; L'attitude de la réception est également très bonne, à 1000 mètres du port d'Est-xing, le repas et les achats sont plus pratiques à proximité, le prix est très pratique, j'ai passé deux nuits.

#服務老闆娘很熱情，老闆娘人很好，到了酒店雖然很累看到她有問必答都是笑嘻嘻的樣子，人都會輕鬆很多，老闆娘比老闆（一箇中年男人，不知道是不是老闆）會處事和與人交流，第二天退房，家裡長者笑嘻嘻的問那個男的哪個方向是國門方向，他有點桀驁不馴的懟長者，住9樓沒看見嗎？那麼漂亮都不知道？我在想，我們都看見漂亮，知道哪裡會問你嗎？作為遊客，不清楚肯定會詢問工作人員，況且也沒有看到漂亮的樣子，晚上8點過也是黑漆漆的一片星星點點一些燈，附近不是很熱鬧。也希望店家不要拒人以千里之外，大家都是中國人！建議：希望這位男士也能像老闆娘學習，反正都要面對你的客人，客人也是口碑還能介紹客源，可以熱情一點，不要那麼傲慢！提高口碑！#位置交通位置其實很好，離國門就走路大概20分鐘的樣子，路邊可以停車！#房間設施房間比較大，價格比較實惠，房間也比較乾淨，很貼心的有一個晾曬很多衣物的衣桿

首先，民宿位置真的很好，出門就是海灘，可以直接穿着泳衣下樓去海邊游泳，正好在萬尾金灘景區中間，而且公交車停放位置就在樓下，想坐公交去東興市或者東興高鐵站都很便利，共享電動車停放點也在樓下，出門就有共享電動車騎，想沿海岸兜風很方便
其次，民宿有廚房可以自己買海鮮回來做飯都可以的，洗完衣服還有陽台可以晾衣服，而且房間被套都很乾凈，一客一換，退房後阿姨都會換洗的
然後，民宿是一對夫妻在經營，叔叔阿姨人真的非常非常好，阿姨温柔親切，叔叔活潑有趣，有什麼問題都可以詢問他們的，感覺像在自己家一樣，他們人真的很好很好

🍃環境：簡單的民宿，基本的設施都有（空調電視衛生間吹風機衣架…）位置雖然不是在大馬路上但也不算難找，老闆一家人挺熱情的，小村不打附近農貿市場可以吃海鮮，價格不貴，加工按份算錢10-20不等，離沙灘也就十分鐘不到的路程，海邊晚上還有賣孔明燈之類的，早上還去抓🦀️螃蟹啦，這次去玩還是蠻滿意的

Ce salon populaire est très bien pour moi, le chaud est très confortable, il y a beaucoup de poupées vertes et de bains dans la chambre, le nettoyage est très propre, la sœur du propriétaire de la maison est également très intime, nous a présenté les délicieux et amusants autour de nous. Cette fois, je vais au Viet Nam pour nous aider à contacter un visa. Arrangez la suite pour le prendre. Attends. Comme les parents. L'expérience est superbe. Recommandée!

IInvité決定來東興之前，沒想到會住到這麼好的酒店，又是一次驚喜的體驗。
首先，無論什麼時候會面。前台很客氣，見面都會問好，弄的我都不好意思了。進入房間，很乾凈，枕頭高度剛好。衞生間馬桶是智能馬桶，馬桶墊一直在加熱，不過這個天氣，坐久了，會有一點點熱。停車場免費，而且房間很安靜。雖然樓層不高。但是不吵。
全屋智能開關，窗簾也是電動的。最主要是機器人送餐，點了外賣，機器人送餐，送餐之前還會電話到房間，請求開門，太貼心了！

The location of the hotel is also very convenient. All staff members were friendly and polite. We will definitely stay at this hotel again next time and will recommend it to friends and families who would be traveling to Dongxing.

KKianThe room was clean. The housekeeping staffs were friendly and checked in with me everyday although I didn't need any housekeeping service during my stay. I like the fact that they have the self-service laundry room where I could do my laundry. I didn't use their breakfast service although I did go to the breakfast area and checked out the place one morning, simple breakfast options, nothing fancy. Overall, it's a good stay. Will stay here if I come back in the area

FFeiliCette maison est la même patronne que Hua Meda dans un bâtiment du plus haut bâtiment Dongxing. Elle peut aller gratuitement sur le long du paysage, partager le hall et le parking, à côté de la zone de la porte nationale et du marché des vignes, l'autre côté du fleuve est le port du Viet Nam, donc un excellent rapport coût-efficacité. La chambre est large et propre, les installations sont excellentes, la pâte à plantes blanches est tranquille, le petit-déjeuner est riche, la réception est très confortable et très professionnelle, en résumé, le lieu de séjour le plus recommandé à Dongxing.

SSebastianIl y a aussi deux lits doubles et l'appartement était assez grand pour deux ou même quatre. La réception est dans un magasin au sol. J'ai été salué très amiable et accompagné à ma chambre. L'ensemble du processus était très agréable et je peux recommander l'appartement et l'hôte.

Mmerusoni was lucky to be able to check in early so that i can put my luggage before going around. the room is spacious and well equipped. the receptionist is polite and efficient. the door is a bit faulty, difficult to close properly for it to lock. the hotel is well located near to the border.

UUtilisateur anonymeLocation is 2 mins walk from Bus Terminal/ 950m from Dong Xing Port. Just a 600m walk to reach Town Central for Tourists must-see and Malls. Bus stop is just front of the hotel. Room is very spacious and clean comes with private bathroom, AC works well and TV is with signals for local channel. Wifi is of good speed and hot shower is always available. Staff at lobby is friendly and has a drinking water dispenser at lobby as well. Safe for solo female traveller.
