Our family stayed for 5 days and throughout our stay, the Jessica and her staff (Somnang, Jenni, Ahbi, the housekeepers, etc.) were welcoming, courteous, professional and helpful with any queries. They helped with our car rental for our sunrise Angkor Wat and other temples tours. The rooms were clean and spacious. Bottled water was replenish everyday. The staff was attentive to our needs e.g. providing snacks and drinks while we were lounging at the pool. fyi: the pool is not big but enough for a small boutique hotel. The hotel is just off a main road so it is fairly quiet, and convenient for getting a tuk tuk. A two minute walk from the hotel, on the main road next to the petrol/gas station, is a big restaurant with reasonably-priced food and extensive menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall, a great location make this your hotel during your stay in Siem Reap.
