Un emplacement idéal en plein centre ville dans un appartement entièrement retapé en 2016 à l’ambiance historique un peu hors du temps… Bien pour le B de Bed mais Zéro pour le B de Breakfast. Un café filtre qui est un vrai jus de chaussettes Des toasts qui sont des tranches de pain insipides Confitures, jus de fruits lambda… Vraiment il faut redresser la barre En plus la bouteille d’eau dans la chambre est payante !! Très déçus

Nous avons passé deux nuits à Sienne au Borghesi et nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. L'emplacement est génial et ils ont un accord avec un garage local pour garer votre voiture puis vous conduire à la résidence - c'était facile et sans tracas et a éliminé le besoin d'un trajet stressant dans la ville fortifiée. Cela ressemble plus à un bed & breakfast qu'à un hôtel. Borghesi n'a que 5 ou 6 chambres et chacune est différente. Le bâtiment date des années 1400 et chaque chambre est unique. Il est parfaitement situé à Sienne et calme la nuit. La chambre était confortable et bien aménagée. La seule suggestion que je ferais est de remplacer le sèche-cheveux par un sèche-cheveux plus puissant et mis à jour. Le sèche-cheveux mural était un défi ! Les deux ou trois dames qui dirigeaient la réception étaient des plus serviables, disponibles et offraient un service exceptionnel. Le petit déjeuner est inclus et vous pouvez prendre un bon pour manger à l'extérieur ou prendre votre petit déjeuner qui est organisé par le personnel. Nous avons fait le plus tard et nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Le Borghesi est parfait pour les couples en voyage et je le recommande vivement.

When we arrived at Palazzo Borghesi we just couldn't believe this would be home for the next 3 nights. We felt very special and were treated like VIPs. The breakfast was something we looked forward to each morning. Having never been to Siena we weren't sure what to expect... Siena is the most beautiful restful town. Its clean tidy and full of friendly locals that love their town. Thank you we have voted you the best town and accommodation of our trip

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights in late October, 2023. We really enjoyed our stay. The Residenza is very beautiful and the location is great-just steps from the Duomo and a short walk to Piazza del Campo. The bar on the first floor was a great place for breakfast. Staff was very helpful and very nice. We would stay here again.

Truly memorable stay in XIV century palazzo which combines antique decor and modern comfort. Our room was spacious, comfortable, had stunning view and spacious bathroom with the daylight. Joanna, receptionist, greeted us with red Tuscan wine and gave us excellent recommendations about local restaurants. We really enjoyed our beautiful stay in stunning Siena and recommend everyone Palazzo Borghesi.

Wow! Absolutely blown away by this place! Was not what we were expecting. It’s only 6 rooms and a lot of stairs ( there is a lift but I don’t like lifts ) It feels like you are stepping back in time when you enter from the street. It’s a former ‘palace’ - much like a grand house from yesteryear and it did not disappoint. Our room was lovely ( Roseo room ) The view was breathtaking- probably one of the best views I have ever had from a hotel room and it felt like the kind of place you might be inspired to write a novel or alternatively to never leave Italy! The window itself was the size of the whole wall and we could see the church where Santa Caterina’s preserved head is on display plus the surrounding Tuscan countryside. Absolutely beautiful! The room had everything we needed, was spotless and the bathroom was modern and luxurious. Breakfast was continental style and eaten in the living area- again- really beautiful. Staff were excellent- so helpful and we felt that our stay in Siena was altogether quite magical.

I am a Travel Agent of 28+ years! Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel with large rooms. Even the smallest room is very nice by European standards. Staff and owner are very fast at responding to emails and WhatsAPP. Furthermore the entire staff is so helpful and caring when you are there as a guest! Our room was a terrace room and it has an absolutely stunning view of the area. Breakfast was served on the terrace. The room was large and comfortable. The frescos on the ceiling and chandelier was fantastic. Bed was comfortable and sleep well. Bathroom was large and standup shower was great. Air conditioning was good and comfortable on such a hot day. Location cannot be beat! If you are in Siena you must stay here! Prices are so much better than Florence for what you get to enjoy! Just a wonderful property. It’s a solid 4 star hotel. Only reason not 5 star is lack of pool but that is not practical in its location.

First thing, do not try to drive to the hotel. They have an excellent deal with car valet Leonardo, their driver drives your car through cobbled street via sharp bends directly to the hotel, drops you and your cases off outside, returns the car the next day at a specific time, for €35. Try doing it yourself will result in a long lasting domestic. Ring the bell, door opens, small elevator on the right. On the second floor, friendly welcome, beautiful rooms, great shower, check in between 3-7 pm, you get keys to get in and out. You are right in the centre, everything close by. Breakfast al fresco is amazing, try the small roof top terrace. Amazing place

Even before we arrived our hosts were so helpful in making sure we knew where we were going. It is right in the centre of the city and in a fabulous location for looking around . Our room was absolutely beautiful - and it was a room with a phenomenal view and a small balcony to admire it from. All the amenities were excellent with a particularly well designed bathroom. We also sat out on the rooftop balcony a couple of times - even more wonderful views! Breakfast was pre-booked the night before and was delicious. There is also an option to eat in the cafe downstairs but we loved the traditional sitting room area. We all slept so well - comfortable beds and pillows.
