Очень понравилось на вилле, тихо, красиво, парковка бесплатная, кровать удобная, чай, кофе в номере, 2 бутылки воды бесплатно. Завтраки нормальные, не прям изобилие, но голодными не останетесь.

Attentive staff, spacious and well-appointed rooms and a restaurant serving a wide range of local specialities, including gluten-free cuisine, which we recommend. Wonderful breakfast and a dream park surrounding the property . Aplace to stay in the Toscana near Firenze !

We recently stayed here for 4 days with our two kids and loved every bit of it. The rooms were spacious and super comfy, especially the beds – we all slept like logs! The breakfast was a hit with lots of choices for everyone, even our picky eaters. What really made our stay special was how friendly the staff was. They were always smiling and ready to help with anything we needed. Manager Alessandro was always keen to check on our well being and comfort. In short, this place is awesome for families. Great rooms, yummy breakfast, and super nice people. We’re definitely coming back!

So, when I travel back to a place i`ve already been to, I usually try some place different. I would, without hesitation, come back to Borgo di Villa Castelletti on my next visit. Beautiful place, huge rooms, great breakfast, great restaurant, great location and the best staff in the world. Alessandro and his staff made us feel so welcome that we felt like family. Thank you so much for a memorable stay. Hopefully we will see you again soon!

Hated it. Didn’t stay long enough to explore after being shown to the rooms we quickly left. Horrible rooms, dated dark and strong chemical air freshener smell, nothing like the photos on the website of either rooms or reception that looked dingy and grubby. Obviously lost all the money we had prepaid.

The location and grounds of this hotel are incredible - great views everywhere, nice swimming pool. Perfect to explore Tuscany. The best part is the staff - so friendly and helpful, they gave us so many great ideas of where to go. We will be back for sure! Loved it.

What can I say about this Gem.. Me and my family absolutely loved it. From the moment we stepped foot at the hotel we were amazed.. Allesandro is such a unique person and all the staff were amazing..we booked 3 nights and we were gonna spend our 4th night in pisa before heading home but as soon as the kids saw the hotel we cancled our stay in Pisa and extended our stay here.. From the room - the grounds around the hotel - the pool area - the fresh breakfast and the restaurant we rate this hote 100 out of 10!! hope to come back some day..Highly revommended! Thank you for making our holiday more magical.. Love from your family of 4 from Cyprus!!

Absolute perfect vacation spot. We eloped here and had the most beautiful experience. Quiet, nestled away but close to Florence. The people, staff and surroundings were perfect. They went out of their way to make our experience wonderful. I can’t recommend this place any better. The food, the rooms , the atmosphere, the romantic back paths , the lake, the staff and surroundings were above my expectations. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks again Nancy and Mark

We stayed in the senior suite with our family as it was large enough to accommodate four people. What a wonderful hotel! Firstly, the manager was exceptional. So friendly and made us feel very welcome. The hotel is in a stunning Tuscan setting, with lovely gardens and a nice pool area. The buildings are traditional Tuscan style. Very quaint. Rooms are very well appointed and clean. The hotel is very well maintained, organised and clean. The breakfast had a great selection of pastries, cakes, fruit, meats etc. I would highly recommend a stay at this wonderful hotel.
