MAD Sea Beach Hotel

nobody gives you service the air conditions didnt work we change 3 rooms moved all our stuff by ourself the staff was using hotel pool themself there was no glass in room and no water in fridge also the fridge did not work there was no electric kettle in room the bar had no juice for cocktails worst experience that i ever had all the beach beds were dirty also the beach was so rocky and dirty if you want to throw your money in garbage you can go here

Very disappointing and extremely overpriced for what you get. We asked the staff to have our room cleaned one morning, after a day away we came back, and the room hadn't been touched. They blamed us for not giving them the key to access the room. Why would I give up my key to access my room and stuff? Why does the hotel only have one key to the room? They told us that they lost access to a couple of rooms because guest lost the key. The second day we came back to the room and the floor was flooded from a ceiling leak from the room above us. The hotel staff had no sympathy or cared, we just asked for two buckets to collect the water as we were just going to leave in the morning. The ceiling leaked all night, and the buckets were full. The staff still didn't care when we checked out and were just happy that they got my money. The bathroom had mold on the walls and didn't look like the maintenance was up kept at all. The beach is not private as it may look like in the photos. The public were walking around our chairs to get a peek at us, it was not a pleasurable beach experience. The breakfast was disappointing as the selection was not very good. We were disgusted by the number of flies sitting on all the food. The Wi-Fi does not work at all no matter where you are on the property. We are disappointed as we will not return there for a weekend getaway from Istanbul due to all the issues.

Hersey berbat bayramda dinlenmeye gitigim ve kendi paramla rezil olduğum bi otel odamızı ayırdığımıza rağmen kendi ayırdığımız odada bile kalamadık soruya cevapta çok saçma kusura bakmayın çoluk çocukla yönetilmeye çalışılan ama yönetilemeyen tek otel resepsiyonda otel Hakkında bir bilgilendirme yok kahvaltı saatinin bitişini bile söylemiyorlar ondan sonrada 10 dakika geç kaldık diye ekstra diyorlar bizde böyle bu üslupla ve çalışanlarıyla nereye kadar gider umarım yorumları dikkate alırlar

Kesinlikle gitmeyin, odalar kirli, personel eksik, kahvaltıda, restoranda her yerde bekliyorsunuz, kahvaltı alanı kirli, topu topu 5-6kisiyle koca otel yönetilmeye çalışılıyor, az personelle para kazanmaya çalışan işletme sahiplerini zengin etmeyin, bu anlayış değişmeli, evet otel çalışanları ilgili, kibar olmaya çalışıyor olabilirler ama durumu kurtarmaya çalışıyorlar, bir otel de havuzdan,odaya, kahvaltı alanına kadar her yer mi kirli olur ve beklenir

Kesinlikle gidilmez…. Hizmet temizlik yok ve buna değmeyecek fiyatlar( konaklama ve yemek zaten kahvaltı gariban) denize sıfır diye gidilemeyecek bir yer…. Değmez yorumşarı lütfen okumadan gitmeyiniz.

Sitede gördüğüm kötü yorulmlara aldırmadan 29-30 temmuzda 2 günlük rezervasyon yaptırdım ve çok pişman oldum ,küçücük basık oda,soğutmayan kliması,ısınmayan duş suyu ,odada bitmek bilmeyen sivri sinekleri,açık büfe kahvaltının sinekler altında sergileniyor olmasıyla rezalet bir oteldi bir daha asla ,gelmeden önce kötü yorumlardan dolayı arayıp konuştuğumda işletmenin bu sene el değiştirdiği söylenmişti ama yenisi de bu halde bilginiz olsun

14-17 temmuz arası ailemle birlikte kısa bir tatil yaptım. Şile ve Ağva şartlarında güzel bir otel. Denize sıfır olması ve kendi Beach i olması büyük avantaj. En önemlisi otel yöneticileri ve personeli gerçekten çok iyi insanlar ve son derece yardımseverler. Ailemle birlikte çok güzel 3 günluk bir tatil geçirdiğim için tekrar teşekkür ederim.

Kolay değil her açıdan memnuniyeti sağlayabilmek, Biz önce aile grubu olarak sonrasında da gençlerimiz kendi aralarında aynı sezonda 2 defa ziyarette bulunmuş olduk. Karadeniz adı üstünde Çılgınlıklarını sergileyebiliyor, ama gerek otel yönetimi ve gerekse çalışanlarının sami destekleriyle her seferinde unutulmazlarla dönmemizi sağladı. Memnun kaldık, teşekkürler Ferhan bey ve ekibine. İstanbula yakınlığı nedeniyle çokça gidebiliriz gibi duruyor :)
