It was a good weekend getaway from Mumbai. Good breakfast and lunch options. Variety of dishes to choose from. Clean rooms. And ample of space for my child to run around and play. He also made use of the swimming pool which was well maintained.

Being a travel agent send our client on a vacation.The allotted room was no given .Dirty room was given and after reuest to change the room they did it after 2.0 Hrs .But guest was unhappy with the stay.We apprehend he will come to us for further booking.

Very bad experience. The ***agement allotted us the rooms even though construction was going on, due to which there was unbearable noise. I don’t know who gave it a 4 star review, but i would never recommend anyone to come here. Worst ***agement and hotel service.

As per my experience, I stay 2 nights in Suit but 1st 2 days no water in bathroom in morning. And water was very muddy when water came next days. Also fan was not working. We are went for vacations but every days we are struggling for shower water and also 3 or 4 calls they provided the drinking water. Bathroom was smelling , no bathroom freshener. Over all service was very poor. I give only 3 star for room facilities.

Restaurant view is very good. Nice pool with big lawn. Helpful staff with polite attitude Rooms are spacious with great view. Specially the Punjabi food which they serve in urban dhaba with live dj is amazing a must visit place in silvassa

Bathroom was so stinky. Unhygienic situations in the room. Promised river facing room, and was given tree facing room. Changed exorbitantly for bottle of water which is almost 2.( times the market price. Not informed about about restaurant closing time, and when requested, forget about food, we were not even provided regular cold drinks. Staff was rude when asked for food and beverage. And half the things only happened when asked for. Like towels were not provided. Floor matt for bathroom was not given, napkins not provided.

The property is beautifully located on banks of Da*** Ganga River. We had booked an suite room for 3 of us and the room was quite large with an living room and bedroom with two washrooms and all required amenities. Food again is just Ok, this is my second stay at Kamats property and the food needs improvement specially the nonveg, food should be Kamats USP. The restaurant location and view is just too good, right besides the flowing river. Cleanliness needs to also improve, we had given the suite room to be cleaned when we had gone out from 12 PM to 4 PM, the room was left uncleaned and then in hurry the cleaning was not upto mark. Restaurant staff needs to be polite while taking orders for room service. This is an fantastic property, but needs improvements for customers to remain loyal.

Well we had booked for 2 night and 3 days. 6 friends, 3 In each room. Prons 1. Property is prime. 2. They are in the process of renovation. 3. Good food quality. 4. Good breakfast. 5. Ground floor room advisable. 6. The hotel staff was ok. Cons 1. The Mumbai girl Ms. Trupti not reliable. 2. Didn't made available what was promised. 3. Zerox service from her.4. Cleanliness needs to be taken care of. Will suggest never to book from Mumbai office

Staying here with family and its terrible experience. The rooms linen are unhygienic and dirty. Had opted for all meals package the food is bad to the next level. I have never written such a review for any restaurant. Looks like boil knorr soup instead of proper restaurant cooked food.
