Booked for our colleague from batam for his worktrip. Always book thru as the best price across all website. Definitely recommended

So far so good , at least value worth . N room is clean n tidy n quiet to sleep well

Simple and no fuss room. Nothing fanciful but nothing to complain given the pricing. For travelers on a budget, can give it a try.

Small room. Just a so so hotel not clean... Good enough for a short stay.

Good location, but the conditions of the room and building are normal. The staff is very helpful. There was a tear in the sheet.

Something is very strong with the room. Whole wall and floor condensation very badly woke up middle of the night my paper bag placed on the floor is wet and damaged

The room was fine but check in process was unpleasant. I was outside at concert and will be very late, so my partner went to check in for us but was rejected because booking was not under her name. My partner had no place to go and even proposed various methods to verify the booking. The receptionist rejected, kept on saying cannot due to company policy. My partner wants to speak to manager but was rejected again. So I had to call over and explain the situation and also proposed various methods to verify on the spot but again rejected; kept saying company policy and the only way was I physically check in myself but as I've mentioned many times, I'm unable to leave for check in and I'm not going to let my partner wait there at lobby for several hours!! We never had this issue with others but the receptionist just didn't care. I understand about company policy but there should be case by case assessment, especially when the booking personnel willing to call over, by any means, to verify on the spot!! I hope the hotel will take note on this.

Location is convenient but as a budget hotel, it could have been better. There’s some stains on one of the pillow and the blanket on holes on it. For this price range, it’s still acceptable.

แวะมาพัก 2 คืน มาถึงก่อนเวลาเช็คอิน แต่พนักงานแจ้งว่ามีห้องว่างพอดี รอแค่ 30 นาที ก็ได้เช็คอินก่อน ห้องขนาดกะทัดรัด แต่พักคนเดียว ถือว่าโอเค เดินทางค่อนข้างสะดวก เดินไป mrt ไม่ถึง 1 กม

진드기가 있는것같아요. 요즘 배드버그류가 유행이라고는 하지만 침대시트나 이불을 교체한다면 큰 문제가 되지않을것같습니다. 시트를 정리한다고 3:00AM에 겨우 잠을 잤어요. 청결을 신경써주세요
