Novotel Living Singapore Orchard

This booking was a fraud and I will post daily on trip.com telegram. Trip.com said they will help me with the bank dispute but instead disputed against this. The hotel was booked under Agoda.com when I checked with the hotel and not trip.com. The hotel is simply not helpful too. I tried to tell them I did not stay at all because I was not even informed and they simply asked me to check with Agoda and refused to offer a replacement stay. Just to highlight my wife is in hospital for 3 weeks now and I am having to work through all of this. A simple online search shows trip.com had been sued successfully twice in China. I am considering legal means too.

I stayed at here with my brother and family for 2 weeks and really couldn't have asked for more . The apar**ent was well equipped, very clean and comfortable especially the beds which were of the highest quality. Breakfast is complimentary as is tea and coffee all day. Swimming Pool is of a nice size with plenty of sun loungers and is nice and peaceful. The location is perfect, just off Orchard Road and 5 minutes walk to all the shopping plazas and MRT. Now on to what makes this hotel special..... The staff, everyone from the cleaners through to the operations and general managers are the friendliest team I have ever come across in hotels I have stayed in. Each and every one of the team greeted us with a smile daily. Sadly we had a family bereavement whilst there and the management team and staff were compassionate beyond words. Thank you to every single one of you. If planning a stay in Singapore then choose here. It's well worth it. Thank you team Novotel Living

The Room clean and cosy, the Pillows are the Fluffiest n I felt at home, the best of all staffs very friendly n helpfully it goes to all depar**ent, please keep it up as family to all your Guest, if possible please provide smart TV to every bed room so we more choose watch TV. tq and well Done

We stayed for 6 nights at the beginning of January 2024. The hotel is in an excellent convenient, central location. We stayed in an Executive Studio and found it very comfortable and spacious and even came with it's own washing washer/dryer. Facilities were also good and included a gym and large outdoor pool. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially one of the concierges, Jac who very kindly walked us with umbrellas to the bus stop when we went to the airport

Excellent place in every way. Very well equipped, great rooms with very comfortable beds and accommodations overall. Social area and pool is great. The best part by a long way is the exceptionally friendly and helpful service. Great place!

What an amazing last minute find Novotel Living was for us - it is serviced apar**ent accommodation, which is rare in Singapore. The minimum stay is 6 days but believe me it is so convenient to everything you could ever need. We stayed in a studio apar**ent for seven days, which was compact but had a small kitchen with generous fridge/freezer, 2 hotplate elements, rice cooker, frypan and a couple of pots, toaster and electric jug, with crockery etc supplied and a washing machine/drier or if you prefer a clothes rack can be requested and a dehumidifier can do the rest. The rooms are serviced every second day, I think, except for public holidays (Mon, Wed, Friday for us). The Location is perfect - 5 minute walk to Food Republic for multiple food options and an excellent I-Setan supermarket (opens at 10am) and Johan Paris bakery (opens earlier maybe 9am but unsure) for fresh bread and sweet treats. The Orchard MRT is only 5-6 minutes walk away and will take you virtually anywhere you need to go. There are multiple plazas within 10 minutes including Ion Orchard, Shaw House, Far East, Lucky etc where it is a shoppers paradise. The bed was comfortable, and extra towels etc are available between housekeeping visits. The pool is amazing - a toddlers pool with a small playground but the main pool is very large about 20+m x 15m approx starting at 1m at each end going to 2m in the centre 5m of the pool. It is refreshing and has sun-loungers and a couple of table and chairs and cabanas. A great set up and there is a gym but we didn't venture inside. The two lifts are prompt, despite being shared by guests and housekeeping staff and mostly less than a 1-2 minute wait. Reception staff extremely friendly as were the housekeeping staff - highly recommend and they have bigger 2 bedroom apar**ents and even a penthouse!
