Avis : Novotel Living Singapore Orchard

Cette réservation était une fraude et je vais la publier quotidiennement sur trip.com Telegram. Trip.com a dit qu'ils m'aideraient avec le litige bancaire mais a plutôt contesté cela. L'hôtel a été réservé sur Agoda.com lorsque j'ai vérifié auprès de l'hôtel et non sur trip.com. L'hôtel n'est tout simplement pas serviable non plus. J'ai essayé de leur dire que je n'étais pas du tout resté parce que je n'avais même pas été informé et ils m'ont simplement demandé de vérifier auprès d'Agoda et ont refusé de proposer un séjour de remplacement. Juste pour souligner que ma femme est à l'hôpital depuis 3 semaines maintenant et que je dois gérer tout cela. Une simple recherche en ligne montre que trip.com a été poursuivi avec succès deux fois en Chine. J'envisage également des moyens juridiques.

Clean rooms, friendly hotel staff, good location.

가족 단위 여행으로 아주 좋은 호텔이에요. 시설도 깨끗하고 공간도 충분히 넓어서 편안히 지내다 왔어요. 조리가 가능해서 아이들 음식 먹이기 편했어요.

位置非常方便，帶小朋友住這邊吃的也很方便

除了小，沒別的，早餐是送到房間的，跟商場很近，很方便

環境好 地段繁華

Très bien situé, près de Orchard rd. Personnel au top ! Plein de gentilles attentions. Super pratique d'avoir un appartement avec cuisine quand vous voyagez en famille. Piscine et gym - très sympas. Ash et son équipe est super. Hâte d'y retourner.

We stayed for 7 nights, the air conditioner was very noisy, we asked the service staff to come and check it out, but they never fixed it, and they kept telling us that it was fixed, and the air conditioner could only be turned on to 18C. The daily housekeeping is not very clean! But the service staff on 5/1 was very nice

Cannot speak more highly of this hotel. Part of the Accor Group, the hotel is spotless, our suite cleaned perfectly on the week days (not on weekends or public holidays). Our stay came with hot and cold buffet breakfast each morning, served in the Lobby's cafe, which was highly appreciated and ample to start the day's sightseeing. The hotel is surprisingly quiet, being one block back from the corner of Scott and Orchard Roads. It's only a short walk downhill to either of Scott or Orchard Roads and their bus and train stations (Orchard MRT is a major train hub) so, armed with a Singapore Tourist 5 day Pass, we were very able to catch any bus and get to all of Singapore's tourist attractions easily. Handily, Orchard MRT is one of only 15 train stations which can sell the 5 day Pass, so that was hugely convenient. Our suite came fully equipped with iron, ironing board, an LG washer/dryer machine (so convenient and helpful to manage our washing and drying), fully equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, glassware and plates. Each room of the suite came with its own air conditioning controls, which was very useful. The hotel is a block away from the Far East Plaza (inexpensive grocery stores) as well as the Marks & Spencer department store, cafe and supermarket - both were ideal for purchasing bottles of peach tea, mineral water, dinners and dessert for the nights we chose to eat in. The main swimming pool was lovely, the children's wading pool and playground equipment thoughtfully planned for little visitors. A big Thank You to Sunil and Shawn for welcoming us and answering all of our questions. Thank you to the hotel staff who made us very comfortable in this home away from home.

We had a wonderful time. Facilities and staff are kind and professional. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. It’s very difficult to continue to say words up to 200 characters when I believe I said it all. They are happy to store our luggage until we need to get to the airport later today.

Lovely studio apartment, loved the extra space provided as opposed to a hotel room. Staff were very polite and friendly. The rooms and public areas are kept very clean and tidy. Nice pool area to relax in if needed. Close by to Orchard MRT ♥️♥️

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. There are very comfortable bedrooms with a Qibla direction marker and you can also request an extra bed. The bathroom with bathtub and the toilets with bidets. The apartment also has a living room, a mini kitchen, and a dining area. The space is very comfortable and fully equipped with any modern & advance appliances and most importantly, there’s a water refill station. There are complete apartment facilities, like a swimming pool area, with a children’s pool and a mini playground. It has a beautiful view, making it perfect for relaxing.And don’t forget to work out at the fitness center! You must also try the breakfast, there are so many options menu, and they offer halal dishes that are delicious and perfect for our taste! The location is very strategic in Orchard, close to many shopping malls and restaurants.

we stayed in 2 bedrooms apartement when we arrived we can see a spacious living room with a beautiful city view from washing machines, tap water and cooking utensils with a clean and comfortable kitchen makes you want to stay here for a long time

super complete facilities there is a washing machine, kitchen equipment there is a halal breakfast buffet, close to ion orchard near mrt. feel at home to stay here for a long time, super comfortable. for families there is also a pool for children and there is a playground
