Worst hotel...Near to shopping centre bt no cleanliness no hygiene... Even a hostel in SG is clean.. Direct point of view

The hotel I stayed at left a very poor impression. The room was grubby, damp, and infested with mold, making it extremely uncomfortable. The walls were a grimy black, likely due to years of neglect, and the stench of stale food was overpowering. The service at the hotel was also extremely disappointing. The staff members were unfriendly and unhelpful, and there was no water available in our room, which made basic hygiene a challenge. We attempted to leave early and check out, but they only relocated us to a different room, which still had unhygienic conditions. Cockroaches were crawling around the room, adding insult to injury. Moreover, there were various technical issues that made our stay even more unbearable. The Wi-Fi on the fourth floor was nonfunctional, and we encountered water supply interruptions as well as card access and maintenance problems. After lodging a complaint, the staff's attitude improved slightly, and they even helped us arrange a taxi to transport us to our next destination. However, despite the improvements, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. If you're looking for a place to stay, you'd be better off staying somewhere else that provides cleanliness and comfort. Avoid this establishment at all costs! The pictures when booking are not something you can rely on .

Excellent service

The hotel, toilet and room or everything was very dirty. They put the rubbish in front of my front on left side. It was my very time staying at this kind of hotel. But it is just my opinion as hotel room is very expensive but I recommend hotel like Ibis budget singapore as the price was lower and the room was very clean

Not as per expected. Pretty rundown, paint peeling off, toilet door cannot close properly. Air con is pretty cooling.

口コミ通りであまりショックは受けなかったですが、避難場所は事前によく確認にしておきました。2時間でいくら。の表示がされており休憩利用するカップルなどもいるのでしょうね。ドライヤーなし。シャンプーインボディソープ。普段経験しないホテルだったので新鮮味がありました！！

Wifi is not working for any iOS devices, but for android phone. Don’t have any hair dryer provided. Old towels and old toilet. TV antenna signal is too many noise. Some room air conditioners is not cool enough and already set to 18 degrees on remote. But One good thing, free bottle of water provided.

The receprionist is Good
