No good. Waste money and waste time. Very irritating for this hotel check out time.

The front desk gentleman was really sweet and polite. Even at 2am in the morning he was kind.

Overall, cleanliness is good and with nearby carpark, free parking for motorcycles.

Excellent service , room are clean , spacious and comfortable

We have been booking this hotel for numbers of times. I realize this time the room with a cigarette smell when I check in, it didn’t bother me cause I personally feel that the overall service, like prices n front desk services is fine. When I check out the next morning, this front desk new Indian girl name Ashley ( name cannot remember correctly) insists to check the room b4 I go, I’m fine with her decision. She came back after checking and mentioned cigarette smell in the room n wanted to charge me $200 for it. I told her what happened n she don’t seem to listen, she ever confiscated my $50 cash deposit for the room. I am very disappointed with the front desk Indian girl, the way she assumed and talk and uncourteous manner, did ever know what is customer satisfaction, this staff will definitely decrease sales and capacity if attitude maintained which now business is so bad.

Front desk not friendly, you pay what you get for. Room need maintenance. Location inconvenience

Before you visit the hotel make sure bring the some S$ for key deposit(in checkout time refunded) or NIC. Other Visé everything is best. Super clean

Small room! It's not recommended if you have more luggage. The bed occupies the whole room. Although the toilet is bigger. Abad smells around the hotels and inside the room when we enter! And most of all the receptionist at the counter has awful behaviour of entertaining the guest, not friendly and not helpful! This hotel needs a $50 deposit upon check in! only 1 key given in 1 room and if you ask for extra keys you have to pay $20 plus an extra deposit for the extra keys.

Didn’t expect this hotel no lift it is very difficult for old people to climb up. The price is not worth the stay the room is so small and the furniture is old. The mineral provide in the room has someone drinking it before it when we enter the room. At this type of price can get a much better hotel with better services as it was a last min booking can’t find a family room so just book this one. I think for couple is okay not for family stay.

No lift access for certain room Overall still acceptable

It always catches me off guard how small the rooms are here. Very small. Problem if you travelling with luggages. It is a very clean hotel though, barely a stain even on the walls. Good for transit stays or if you'll be out exploring Singapore for most of if your stay.

Good place to stay for a night or 2 when your workplace is at the cbd.
