C'est ma quatrième fois ici ! Le meilleur de Singapour et le meilleur emplacement ! Il y a un centre commercial et des restaurants à proximité !

L'hôtel est situé juste à côté de la station de MRT, ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements. Un arrêt de bus se trouve également à proximité. L'hôtel est également relié au centre commercial Tanglin par un pont. Dans l'ensemble, les chambres sont propres et nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Nous choisirons à nouveau cet hôtel lors de notre prochain séjour à Singapour !

Check in was done by a very sweet lady. I dont recall her name but she gave very exceptional service. Even breakfast was superb. Ben from breakfast found out it was my daughter's birthday and prepared a cake for us. It was very sweet. He was very patient in showing us every station. The spread of choice was not very compelling but the service from check in to check out have been very satisfying. A side note i think its time to change the hotel pillows as they are very thin even using 2 was not comfortable. Had to request for additional but only able to receive 1 extra. But overall it was a very satisfying and happy stay even if it was just for a night.

We were greeted with warm smiles from the minute we arrived at Jen Singapore Tanglin and the front desk personnel were so kind and generously upgraded our hotel room to a higher floor with a city view. We appreciate such gestures. The room was clean and cosy, even though there was an odd scent in the corridor that didn't bother us. For added hygiene, the toilet seat includes a little bidet beside it. The room beds are comfortable rather than hard the ones. It is located directly across from Orchard Boulevard Mrt (Brown line). Also, we can go straight to Tanglin Mall at level 2 from the hotel for a quick lunch or dinner. Tanglin Mall also includes a grocery store (CS Fresh). It's quite a walk to Orchard Road. It takes us roughly 10-20 minutes (depending on your speed) to walk to Orchard Road or the ION Mall area. If you don't mind walking, you can explore the restaurants and cafes in the around area. What actually defines this hotel, however, is its service. Every employee we encountered, from housekeeping to concierge, was genuinely friendly, helpful, and attentive. We wouldn't mind returning here again 😊

It was a great impromptu one-night stay over the Mothers Day weekend. Service Staff was great, (halal!) Buffet Spread was pretty good and pool catered to all ages 😀

Interior was not bad, but cleanliness can be improved (there were slight stains on the table, mirror was quite dirty as well). Came back to the hotel at around 2pm to rest but housekeeping wasn't done yet (but they did called in at 3pm, probably due to lack of staff?). View was not bad?

This hotel is great for business travelers. Clean and great service!

I enjoyed a relaxing weekend stay just after Valentine’s Day, complete with club lounge access. The romantic ambiance was still in the air, adding a lovely touch to the experience. The food served in the lounge was delicious, and the breakfast the following morning was equally satisfying. The room amenities were a standout—I especially appreciated the bidet in the bathroom and the incredibly comfortable, fluffy bedroom slippers. The Nespresso machine was a nice touch, perfectly catering to my caffeine needs. Overall, it was a delightful and pleasant stay that I would highly recommend!

The room was very clean and comfortable, equipped with toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, and towels. However, there were no bottled waters, as they provided filtered water for you to refill. There was one issue with the shower though—the drainage was extremely slow, so I ended up standing in dirty water while showering. I reported this to the staff, but they suggested I use the GYM shower in the morning instead. It was only after I proposed changing rooms that they arranged for it. As for the location, the hotel is a 5-minute walk from the subway station. There’s a supermarket and a bakery inside the hotel, but they aren’t local and are part of the hotel. That said, the same hotel chain has another branch in the city center, which is more conveniently located. However, this one is quieter. 房間非常乾淨舒適，提供牙刷、牙膏、拖鞋和毛巾。但是沒有提供瓶裝水，因為酒店提供了過濾水供客人自行加水。不過，淋浴間有個問題——排水非常慢，洗澡時只能踩著積水進行。我向職員反映後，他們建議我早上到健身房的淋浴間洗澡。直到我提出換房，他們才安排了更換。 至於位置，酒店距離地鐵站僅需步行5分鐘，酒店內有超市和麵包店，但這些店鋪並非當地的，而是酒店內部設施。同一家酒店連鎖在市中心也有一間分店，那間分店位置更加便利，但這一間則相對安靜一些。

Their service are so so. Seems like there isnt any communication among the team.

Good location, near to mrt transport, easy to move about. Room is clean and the hotel staff is friendly, thank you.

Easy access, opposite MRT Station ( Orchard Blvd ). Hotel connected to shopping malls. Clean and spacious room.

It’s a very nice and cosy hotel

A great place to stay. Room is spacious. Staff are friendly. Walking distance to botanic Gardens for a morning or evening walk. A 15 min walk to main stretch of Orchard. Otherwise it is just a train station away. Quiet and peaceful.
