The hotel is attractive according to its architecture and design. The lobby is great for seating and enjoying! Prices are higher than outside of the hotel. Generally, there was a little more expensive than in the similar hotels. The pool area is amazing, and pleasant, and must be there! We didn't have breakfast but close are great places to eat, especially some France restaurants next door. The room was small and smelled bad, like somebody cooking all the time. At check-in and check-out, the staff was stiff and unhelpful. We changed hotels same category with breakfast for 1 night more, for less money, and got a room 3 hours before check-in time and they allowed us to stay 2 hours longer after check-out free of charge! Only regret the pool area. Everything else is much better; room, service, comfort, amenities… But the presentation for Pan Pacific was more attractive than the next hotel we chose. L'hôtel a réussi à nous réserver 2 chambres au même étage à notre demande. Le personnel de la réception est sympathique et accessible. L'administration de l'entrée (remplissage du formulaire) n'est pas bien gérée, apparemment le personnel n'était pas attentif, nous devons donc attendre un certain temps à l'extérieur du hall avant d'entrer dans l'hôtel. Pas très bien pour une famille de six personnes (enfant en bas âge et petit enfant) d'attendre devant le hall. La partie est du petit-déjeuner a besoin d'être améliorée. Pas de variétés, seulement mee Hoon, et le mee Hoon a vraiment mauvais goût. J'espère que cela pourra être amélioré lors de notre prochain séjour à l'avenir.

Pas de check-in et check-out affaire. Petite chambre mais très fonctionnelle et bien conçue. Lit réglable/ réglable, le shampooing, lave-vaisselle et conditionneur sont super bons odeurs. Super!

L'enregistrement a été rapide, la réception était stagiaire mais était assez professionnelle, a probablement manqué de nous dire quelques détails, mais c'était bien La chambre était belle, il y avait une cabine de douche et une baignoire séparées, ce qui est agréable Le lit était confortable, les oreillers étaient super doux. L'emplacement était génial, facile à trouver de la nourriture, le MRT est également à proximité, donc voyager est facile aussi

Les deux gentlemen malaisiens de la table frontale étaient incroyablement utiles lors de l'entrée, et ils m'ont même permis de m'enregistrer tôt. La chambre 417 a une odeur légèrement étrange, mais ma expérience était fantastique.

I find this property very difficult to rate we had high expectations. I guess we looked at the room rates and we just figured there would be a lot more to offer the property is very minimalistic. Can’t say much about the staff because the hotel is so new but they definitely need more experienced management for sure, I’m a Titanium Elite member so I did get an upgrade to their basic suite. The rooms and the property has no sound insulation so you can hear everything in the hall everything in the rooms next-door to you for that reason alone I would not return. I was told if I wanted further upgrade I could use my suite Night awards they have a promo going on But then was told after ,we don’t control that Marriott controls that which I know they do but it did say it was available but what they had done after me requesting about 10 times for the upgrade instead of honoring what they said they gave it to someone else two hours prior to check and bragged about it see below I did ask the management what I did wrong Anything? Or what do I have to do next time? But like I said the management is very new and inexperienced so I didn’t get much benefit of asking that question I think it’s an overpriced property in my opinion they won’t survive not at the rates I see some rates entry-level thousand dollars $1200 depending on the dates, no way in a million years is this property command those kind of dollars we come to Singapore 3-4 times a year we stay around 80 nights I won’t be visiting this property again anytime soon. as well Not crazy about the location and if it rains you’re at luck we didn’t try the restaurant there wasn’t much on the menu Have a look at it so I can’t comment on that, no buffet breakfast included no lounge just don’t see the value at all, but if you want your milk because they don’t leave milk in the room for your coffee, I suggest you order it an hour in advance. Check out is 12:00 to me a 2 star or 3 star has 12:00 check out.the spa is basic very small only few people can fit in jacuzzi, maybe three in the Steam and the bathroom utensils or something you would see again in the two or three star hotel again very disappointing.PS before you go to bed check that they’ve left coffee or sugar in your room so that way when you get up in the morning and you find there’s nothing there you won’t have to wait an hour to get it. It’s hard to believe they don’t even leave milk in the room. You have to call up for it every morning.

L'emplacement est central dans la région d'Orchard mais au calme et à des tarifs abordables. Le petit déjeuner était bon et le nasi lemak est meilleur que certains hôtels 5 étoiles que nous avons essayés récemment. La boisson de bienvenue était également savoureuse et rafraîchissante. Les hôtels ont l'air fatigués et ont vraiment besoin d'une rénovation majeure. Nous avions une baignoire avec des signes évidents de fissures et de réparation, des chaises qui démangeaient en s'asseyant. Les équipements fournis ne sont pas aussi complets que ce à quoi nous nous attendions. La chambre communicante que nous avions n'était pas si insonorisée que nous pouvions entendre la conversation de la chambre voisine. 1 meilleure chose que nous aimons est le bidet. C'est le type installé sur la cuvette des toilettes qui est à forte pression mais pas salissant.

I liked my room, a Club Room, but not the hotel - didn't have flow and their 'connection points' were really weak. So I stayed in Club premises a lot. Special thanks to hotel staff who brought me the oxygen water when I needed it. My cold turned into a coughing drama and quest for bottled water. They don't serve bottled water, not even in the Club Rooms. I finally got medical attention for the cough. Didn't enjoy being sick on holiday! Oxygen water is good so always carry that on hols I guess. About the Club... The Club floor is well manicured, clean and quiet. Perfect for me! A young floor attendant who seems to really love her job. She made me smile in between coughing fits. I could smell a lit cigarette but the duty manager said he couldnt find it. But I can't confirm how he checked. There's a lot of pandering in this team, so come prepared to put up with staff antics. Not relaxing. My Club Room: I changed rooms and I got a wonderful view facing Nassim side of Orchard. Relaxing. No tub, and the shower was strangely very tight and squeezy. Mini bar was basic and free to use, but they don't restock every day. Stingy! I get the sense that the staff runs the hotel, not the management and expect the customers 'to side' with them on things. Very weird. The Club lounge: Elegant, calm and inviting. Good energy flow in this room, unlike rest of hotel. The bad, lounge overlooks the working horse end of Orchard and hardly relaxing. The good, immaculate design, some good books and Club Lounge staff is highly attentive. I did a bit of reading there. People come and go mostly silently there. I loved that. Food The small Chinese restaurant on the lobby floor was open and the food was good. I had soup that included the fallopian tubes of a mountain frog, sweetened with red dates! Goooood! Recommend the soup! For strong lungs! People trafiffc Lots of tour groups. A lot of local or regular Americans in this hotel, so expect a lot of mild flirting with Filipino staff. Old habits. And overfriendly American patrons trying to fit into Singapore, and local Chinese getting to know them. Too much of scripted play for my liking. I am just glad I got a Club Room. Busy lobby. Taxis are easy to book. I didn't want to extend my stay and risk a medical episode so I ended my Samadhi+Rendezvouz hols with a firm distrust of muggy forests, hotel staff who try to reinterpret everything according to their lens, and a refreshing thrill to get home. I would not recommend this hotel for a relaxing break, but I would recommend it for good food and Club rooms. Just don't go down for breakfast!

J'ai récemment eu le plaisir de séjourner au Hilton Singapore Orchard Hotel et je dois dire que ce fut une expérience délicieuse du début à la fin. Permettez-moi de commencer par souligner les aspects exceptionnels de mon séjour. Tout d'abord, le personnel de l'hôtel était incroyablement sympathique et attentionné. De l'accueil chaleureux à l'arrivée au concierge serviable, chaque interaction a été accueillie avec un sourire sincère et une volonté d'aider. Leur professionnalisme et leur hospitalité authentique ont vraiment amélioré mon séjour. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est également un atout majeur. Situé au cœur d'Orchard Road, il offre un accès facile à un éventail de centres commerciaux, de restaurants et d'options de divertis*****t. C'était une vraie commodité d'avoir tout à distance de marche, ce qui m'a permis de profiter au maximum de mon séjour à Singapour. La propreté de la chambre était impeccable. Le personnel d'entretien a fait un excellent travail pour maintenir la propreté et l'ordre de la chambre tout au long de mon séjour. J'ai apprécié l'attention portée aux détails et le confort apporté dans chaque aspect de la chambre. En tant que passionné de gastronomie, j'ai été ravi de l'offre culinaire de l'hôtel. La variété des choix de plats disponibles était impressionnante, répondant à divers goûts et préférences alimentaires. Du somptueux petit-déjeuner buffet aux délicieuses options de dîner, chaque repas était une expérience délicieuse. La qualité de la nourriture était exceptionnelle et la présentation était visuellement attrayante. En conclusion, mon séjour au Hilton Singapore Orchard Hotel a dépassé mes attentes à tous points de vue. Le personnel amical et arrangeant, l'emplacement privilégié, les conditions de la chambre immaculées et les délicieuses offres culinaires en ont fait une expérience vraiment mémorable. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui visitent Singapour et j'ai hâte d'y retourner lors de ma prochaine visite.

Le réceptionniste était très gentil lors du processus d'enregistrement. Malheureu*****t, après avoir obtenu la carte de la chambre et être allé dans l'ascenseur, j'ai été choqué en entrant dans la chambre. La chambre était si petite qu'il n'y avait pas de place pour les bagages. Le restaurant est ok.
