Lovely clean hotel, beds very comfortable and staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Would 100% stay here again

We stayed in a premier plus room which was very nice, clean and comfortable however they have put their premier plus rooms right next to where the air conditioning are outside so you cannot get a good nights sleep as the fans are constantly on and are really loud I would of expected them to not put the premier rooms by the fans considering that you pay more for the room and don’t get a good sleep

Callum in the restaurant was fabulous. Kind, attentive and solution-orientated. A professional and caring individual with excellent customer service skills. We need more people like this in hospitality.

Decent hotel, pretty quiet even with people walking about on the floor above. Odd that you needed to tell them if you wanted your room cleaned everyday, but it was clearly advertised in the lift.

I literally got 3 hrs sleep a night the bed was uncomfortable for me and the people in the room above were banging around all night

Fantastic location (2mims walk from the beach, 5mins walk from the main shopping area). Quiet at night. Sea views (in the djstance). Friendly, helpful staff. Big, comfy bed. Large, clean room. Bath and shower. What more can you ask for? Oh, yes, the Steamboat Cookhouse & Pub is on the ground floor so you don't even need to leave the premises if the weather's bad.

Clean and Very comfy bed. Food nice and hot. Staff helpful and friendly, especially Nikki on reception who sorted a problem regarding cancelling a booking later in the year because of a unforseen problem. And a bonus it is about 5 minutes from the Embassy centre.

Visited here for a few days staff couldnt be more helpful when had issues owen was great. But had premier rooms that where nothing special only had a coffee machine and fridge. The wifi is poor even if use the premium wifi states could stream movies or download large files. No where near good enough to do anything like that. Pillows not good enough uncomfortable. Charging £10 each room extra to check in 2 hours before 3pm for amount paid shouldnt be charged when rooms where ready. No clear information on heating controls for rooms.
