Aucune prise pour prendre un bain et une douche ne nécessiterait une mise à jour mais bien pour une semaine. Les serviettes sont un peu petites. Si vous voulez une bouilloire dans votre chambre, demandez-en une."

"Nous sommes restés dans cette structure pendant 7 jours. Simple mais très jolie. Pur et avec tout ce qui est nécessaire. Rien manque, nous avons même trouvé des parapluies et des raquettes de ping-pong, des choses jamais trouvées ailleurs. Changement de lave-linge tous les 2 jours mais nettoyage quotidien. Marie douce et disponible comme Michelle son père. Le bâtiment est situé dans un endroit stratégique, près de certaines plages et de l'arrêt de bus pour se déplacer et visiter d'autres plages. Mais à quelques mètres du centre, je reviendrai avec plaisir."

"Bon hôtel, situé dans la jolie baie de kanapitsa. Personnel très accueillant. L'hôtel propose des services efficaces et pas trop chers ex. Location de voiture. Belle piscine. Chambre décoration simple et soignée, frigo, petit balcon. Petit déjeuner buffet varié sucré et salé qui peut être pris sur la terrasse. L'hôtel propose un service pour garder les bagages et propose aussi un service de douche avant ou après avoir rendu sa chambre. Possibilité de parking devant l'hôtel. Jolie baie et plage de kanapitsa avec taverne à 100 mètres à pied de l'hôtel. Nous n'avons pas dîné à l'hôtel."

Je le recommande vivement. Belle piscine et bar, avec des prix intéressants. Alexandra était très serviable et adore le football ! Super !"

La première semaine, la piscine était cristalline et très bien- personne d'autre ne l'utilise, donc il se sentait comme si nous étions dans un jardin privé. Le site de la ville est très bien situé. Je suppose qu'à la fin de la saison, ils ne feront rien de mal à faire."

"Second visit to this hotel. Great location & lovely hotel but not a 5 star. Rooms cleaned very well everyday. Umbrellas on the beach need replacing , the rattan is worn out so difficulty to get shade. Had 2 lunches there but was very disappointed so ate elsewhere. Had a chicken Caesar salad one day but couldn’t find the chicken & hardly any tuna in the tuna salad full of tomato. Very mean for the price charged. There is better food served in the nearby tavernas & beach bars. They have stopped giving nuts or snacks when you buy a drink very mean for a 5 star. The breakfast is good but think they should cook eggs fresh to order & get rid of that silly pancake making machine. Was told we couldn’t eat our own crisps or fruit on the beach which we felt was unfair as we were bed & breakfast. Don’t agree with the hotel renting beds to the general public after 1pm. As a guest you might come down at 2pm to find no beds available. The hotel need to stop this practice and put up signs to inform the public. We have already booked for next year with our friends as the hotel & location is lovely and we had a brilliant holiday and will always return. Our complaints are intended to be positive criticisms to help improve the service. Many returning guests that we spoke to during our stay were saying the same as us."

"Les chambres présentées ne ressemblaient pas aux 3 chambres que nous avions réservées, pas de bouilloire, le sèche-cheveux s'est effondré, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, pas d'eau chaude, les couloirs sentaient le pipi de chat. Le petit-déjeuner ne valait pas la peine d'y aller à pied, toute la nourriture. Froid, 1 grille-pain double pour que tous puissent faire la queue, personnel très désagréable, à part Mya à la réception, elle était très sympathique et serviable "

"We had an absolutely fantastic day on the Elivi Hotel Jeep Safari, made all the more special by our guide and the owner of the venture, Dimitris. The tour gave us the opportunity to see a completely different side of Skiathos, taking us off the beaten track and into some of the island’s most beautiful and less accessible areas. The off-road adventure was fantastic, but what really made the day stand out was the fascinating insight into the island’s Greek history, mythology, and ancient points of interest that Dimitris shared along the way. Dimitris himself was amazing — knowledgeable, passionate, great fun, and with a personality that made the whole experience feel more like spending a day exploring the island with a friend than simply taking a guided tour. We have visited Skiathos several times, but this experience showed us a side of the island we simply wouldn’t have discovered on our own. Without a doubt, it is one of the best days of our holiday. Highly recommended to anyone staying at Elivi or visiting Skiathos who wants to experience the island beyond the beaches and tourist hotspots. Thank you, Dimitris, for such a memorable day! "Not a 5 Star result If you're thinking of going to this resort, you need to know there maybe lots and lots of steps to your apartments. We were one tear from the top of the resort and from the road to our apartment was 150 steps and carrying cases up and down was totally exhausting. Dining is outdoor and we went early May and was freezing cold when we were eating breakfast dinner and lunch and on the flip side I guess in the summer it's gonna be absolutely roasting with no air-conditioning in the dining area. Elements of food was always cold. We food something was always cold on Plate, even team and coffee was cold. The advertised leisurely stroll into the town is not so leisurely as there are quite a lot of the road that theres are no paths and you have to walk in the road. It also suggests that the beach is just across the road which in fact it is but you have to walk down the road a bit and walk through some bramble down onto the beach and the beach is not that good with no facilities by the Hotel. In our opinion, there is no way that this result is five star. We were all inclusive and not even water in the room on arrival. Check drinks menu if you going all inclusive as limited drinks."

Mystery Skiathos Luxury Residence
"We booked this hotel on a B&B basis as it's a very short walk into Skiathos Town, we wanted to enjoy the tavernas there in the evenings. The hotel was very clean, and the room was large and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Katerina, the manager, never stopped working, and Billy is an absolute credit to the place. We didn't stay around the hotel during the day, so people reserving beds very early didn't bother us, but it happened every day. Breakfast improved significantly when we asked for pots of hot water to make tea, there's only 1 machine for hot drinks, it's incredibly slow, and the queue made breakfast feel chaotic. We spoke to Katerina about it, and a hot water boiler has now been ordered, although it hadn't arrived before we left. Be aware that, when you arrive and depart, you are dropped off at the hotel Piscine at the end of the road, this is because the bus cannot get directly to the hotel due to its position on the road. For us, it was not an issue, but you'll need to pull your case up the incline, unless you take a taxi, we were not aware of this before we arrived. Having said this I'm absolutely sure that if you needed help the hotel staff wouldn't hesitate to assist. If you have any issues at all please speak to the staff they honestly can't do enough to help."

"Quel bel hôtel, digne de ses 4 étoiles ! Le personnel était extrêmement sympathique et accueillant, à l'écoute de tous nos besoins, notamment pour la location de voiture et la montée et descente des bagages depuis la chambre située au dernier étage, très propre et nettoyée quotidiennement. La vue du balcon sur la baie était l'une des plus belles. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner offrait un vaste choix, même des omelettes et des œufs brouillés sur demande. Le restaurant était tout aussi excellent le soir ; nous y avons mangé deux fois, car son nom, « la vue », est enviable. Le menu, légèrement différent des plats grecs traditionnels des tervernas locales, a rendu l'expérience unique. Un grand merci à Julian et Jimmy du restaurant, dont le service et le sourire nous ont accueillis chaleureusement. Leur souci du détail était irréprochable. Les nombreuses marches menant aux chambres peuvent être difficiles d'accès pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, mais c'est le cas de la plupart des hôtels de Skiathos, construits à flanc de colline, et pas seulement de celui-ci. En résumé, un excellent séjour ! 10/10 Kevin et Nikki x"

"After staying in Skiathos town we moved to Villa Karina for three nights, the hosts Nikos & Maria are very welcoming, we loved everything about how peaceful yet near to restaurants, two beaches, supermarket across the road making it ideal place to stay, we enjoyed it so much we extended our stay for a further two nights, our room was immaculately clean, fridge, kettle even wine glasses, bed very comfortable, our room 4 had the sun all afternoon, the breakfast in the garden was lovely prepared by Nikos who was a perfect host, we would most definitely recommend staying at Villa Karina, till the next time."
