This small hotel is in a peaceful location with stunning sea views over Skiathos Town. There are also views over the airport, but there are not lots of flights and they are not at unsociable times. Our first impression was that the room and a few other areas would have benefited from a bit of updating, but it was not to the level it was a problem at all. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and pillows, along with being kept very clean by the friendly cleaner. Supplied in the room was a hairdryer, kettle, shower gel, shampoo and soap. The pool area was lovely and it was always easy to get a comfortable sunlounger or day bed whatever time of day, even though the hotel was full. Pool towels were supplied. There was a good selection of food at breakfast, that was available from 7am to 10am and you could request a latte or cappuccino, which were both great. We had lunch at the hotel a couple of times and it was always good. We found all the staff to be really friendly and helpful and really liked the little dog Melody too. There were a few cats around the hotel, that we loved, but I understand not everyone does. They did not seem to bother people that weren’t interested in them though. The hotel is up quite a steep hill. We walked into town a few times, which took about 20 minutes to the harbour, but always got a taxi back up. As there is a lovely restaurant about 5 minutes down the road it would be easy to stay close to the hotel if you wanted to. We didn’t hire any transportation as with visiting close after the storm we were told the roads to the north were not really drivable. The bus service along the south of the island is very good and we used it a few times. The hotel transportation service was very good, often more reasonable in price than a taxi with a excellent driver. Overall we absolutely loved our stay and were sad to leave this lovely place.

Situated in a quiet area surrounded by trees, the family-run Holiday House offers rooms and studios 800 metres from the port of Skiathos. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable with air con and kitchen/fridge. 10 mins walk to the town centre and nearest beach, But the walk back takes longer, the road upto the Hotel is steep in places but there are various ways back up with steps on some routes but if you take your time it is fine we did it twice a day as did a lot of the guests. The pool is clean and there is no scramble for sunbeds as it is never too busy around the pool. The food/breakfast is good and just the right amount and there is a bar serving drinks throughout the day and evening

L'espace n'a rien à voir avec tout ce que personne ne voit dans les photos. Au cours de ma visite sur l'île, j'ai essayé d'informer le propriétaire de la gueule le matin suivant qu'il n'avait pas répondu et même pas ennuyé de revenir quand j'ai eu son retour était inprofessionnel. Je vais en chambre en tant que mon ami et je suis venu en vacances et j'ai vu un bruise dans la salle de bain à l'intérieur de la couche pour avoir une blessure un homme se coince et rien une femme enceinte. Les yeux de la cuisine dans la saleté vous cuisinerez et vous direz que nous allumerons nous ne le ferons pas. Je ne vais pas commenter que le mur sur le balcon avait été peint pendant quelques années peut être un bon argument ... l'isolement sonore n'y a pas pour aucune raison ... la cortina dans la salle de bain est une chose flèche ... juste que vous le voyez et vous dites que je suis coincé avec Tout. Le climatiseur sent un putain si le filtre a été nettoyé et est aussi brisé et séché. Les règles et la certification pour le covid 19 nulle part. La seule femme positive qui nettoie les chambres vous trouverez littéralement pas de cheveux sur le sol. J'ai personnellement accepté la réponse que je ne peux pas changer la chambre et que je fais l'histoire entière parce que je suis un garçon comme mon ami, comme mon but était de demander une réduction de mon argent sur ce que je paiais. Je suggère que tout le monde fasse une réservation par téléphone ou même si ils vont à l'île sans réservation et se trouvent dans cet hébergement avec des préoccupations de santé à venir et voir avant de faire une réservation. J'ai dû passer trois heures à crier parce que j'ai fait l'erreur de réserver et de faire un moyen de réservation.
