Je me sens plutôt bien personnellement. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est en plein centre-ville de Skopje, il est donc très pratique d'aller n'importe où. Il y a de nombreux supermarchés et centres commerciaux autour. L'environnement de l'hôtel est également très bon. Le service est très enthousiaste.

Good location, very helpful and friendly reception. Breakfast was also ok . Supermarkets, cafes and restaurants are all nearby.

I stayed here for 3 nights.The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff that I met was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect being almost city center. There are all types of food and beverage options very close by. The only issue for me was Breakfast which was always cold including the coffee from the machine. The management need to address this issue as it let's the hotel down in my opinion. Otherwise a very good stay at this hotel.

Terrible bed, horrible room, tired hotel in need of renovation. Breakfast is cheap, basic, boring .... The only good thing is the location, in the center, close to everything. I'm looking for a redeeming feature but.... oh yes! Receptionist was lovely.

Been here a few times now, and have always been satisfied. During a year since my last stay things have changed. And not for the better . The good stuff: Location right on the walking street, easy walk to everything. Due to my status I was upgraded to a bigger room and received water and fruit, which I appreciate. I was also invited to free breakfast so will not comment on that. What I will say is that the breakfastroom is way to small when the hotel is fully booked and all groups descide to have breakfast at the same time. My room at the 4th floor, has a small balcony, there I found old cups with rotten fruits in it. Wifi was very bad in this room which made it difficult to do my work. Coffee/tea was non existing (apart from the kettle). No tissues and the soapcontainers are so old that they dont work properly. Cleaners had a bad attitude, they did not remove old towels from the floor and toiletpapaper was not restocked. I had one linnen change which had stains . Corridor smelled like sewage. Service has gone down, I think only the young man working in the cafe knows what he is doing, at least he is attentive to his customers. When he was not working, I was just ignored or staff was simply not present. Had two meals which was of bad quality. To sum it up, Best Western Turist will not be my first choice on my next visit to Skopje. I would rate the hotel as beeing 3star.

Checked in with a group. Room was clean but a bit warm so needed to open the window as the air cond was not functioning. Only few tv channels. Good WiFi. View of a building under construction. Far to get luggage from bus. Simple breakfast. Close to attractions and shopping.

The reception desk officier, Mr. Ferdi was very nice and helpful. He organised even the transportation from the airport late night, gave us the indications, recommendations and when I wanted to change the room on upper floor - was no problem. Great value for the location and I liked the buffet breakfast too.

Positive:location is absolutely central; the staff was warm and helpful. Negative: the AC was very good at making heavy noise, however, room temperature stayed at +30; discovered couple of half-empty bottles beneath our beds on the first night, we left after 2 nights, the bottles (probably) stayed; blood-stained duvet isn't exactly something you enjoy... Perfeito: da localização às instalações. Café da manhã ótimo. Pertissimo de tudo, com vários locais de interesse nas imediações, a poucos passos da praça Macedônia. Staff extremamente solicito: auxiliaram em todas as minhas demandas. Quarto de frente, com vista.

Terrible hotel , muy sucio y viejo . Pésimo desayuno y cena. Deprimente No compensa la localización Best Wester debería tener más cuidado con su marca y Mapa Tours no debería incluirlo en sus circuitos!! No volveré a confiar mis viajes en ellos.

Twee overnachtingen in dit hotel. Gehele verblijf was echt zwaar beneden de maat! De ligging echter is wel centraal; aan voetgangerszone en op steenworp afstand van het Macedonië-plein. Parkeren kon kosteloos bij het nabij gelegen Holiday-inn hotel. Het centrum verkennen is vrij gemakkelijk vanuit deze locatie. Kamers zijn zwaar gedateerd en niet prettig om te verblijven. Airco maakt enorme herrie waardoor slapen bijzonder onprettig is. De douche-ruimte is behoorlijk vies; overal schimmels in de douche-cabine. Het ontbijt was werkelijk het totale dieptepunt; ronduit ranzig en nog nooit meegemaakt. Koffie was niet te drinken en smaakte naar lauw water.

El hotel en general estaba sucísimo,la habitación olia fatal a tabaco.Las toallas tenian manchas de sangre,la cama estaba sin hacer,las sabanas rotas.El aire acondicionado hacia muchisimo ruido.Pero sin duda lo peor fue la cena que estaba incluida y era mas propia de un albergue de transeúntes que de un hotel de cuatro estrellas.Tuvimos que cenar en el bar apartados del resto de compañeros de viaje porque porque no habia sitio en el comedor y ni siquiera nos pusieron un mantel.El desayuno igual de mediocre,sin leche,sin tostadora para el pan…en fin,un sitio a evitar.

llegué a la habitación y estaba sucia (taza de café utilizada, algodón en el baño, cama por hacer) y después de la primera noche nadie limpió la habitación. Llegar al hotel en coche es una odisea. Tiene que hacer algo ya

Un hotel ubicado en el centro de la ciudad. Cerca de todas las atracciones.. Su personal es muy amable y acogedor, muy cálido y cercano. . Extraordinario. Nos contestaron a todas las preguntas que les hicimos sobre la ciudad y nos dieron todo tipo de explicaciones y recomendaciones. Excelente relación calidad/precio. En el centro de Skopje. Habitación grande, 45€/doble con desayuno .Majísimos y serviciales. Trato exquisito. Nos habríamos quedado un mes. El desayuno fue espléndido y abundante, con productos típicos de la zona.
