Friendly staff, reasonable rates. Parking was not an issue + very close to Slough high street. Special mention goes to Gerald for being quite the host. He attended to all our enquiries beyond duty and it made for a good stay

The room was a good size, clean and airy, I felt very welcome and the manager explained everything well, I especially enjoyed the coffee in my room and it was enough to make my stay more enjoyable as I am a big coffee fan, would recommend this hotel very much !!!

Terrible. No hot water. No breakfast provided with accommodation. No towels. Bed sheets didn’t feel clean. For that matter the bed felt broken. Inconvenient location and parking was not reliable. On top of that, had to pay extra to park in the unsecured designated cat park. AVOID!

They took my booking and then pretended they were over booked and told me that my booking has been cancelled. They done the same to a family with children who had prebooked too. It’s the most unprofessional excuse of a hotel I have ever been to.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We travelled up with our children and booked 2 rooms for a stop over. we got there at 11.00 at night and had to knock on a window which was opened up (dodgy) once opened the lady asked us to wait so she could speak to her manager, there was also 2 other people who were also waiting. After loads of messing and an hr had gone by she informed us and others that they did not have a room. This was 12 o’clock at night at this point we were 4 hrs from home. The inn was also in a really rough area and in bad shape with shared bathrooms . There was not much parking on site ( paper was also tapped to the window that said parking £10) please do not book

I stayed here in room 7 on the 15th of august as I had an induction at the thames water/lanes group Plc head quarters, I read the price rates and it said £53 on *********** I got to the front window and was charged a £20 deposit aswell as the £53 they were asking for, the room itself wasn't terrible however I felt ripped off because there are many other hotels in the area that charge £70 and you can get a clean, almost un suite stay I e holiday inn and travelodge. I'd also like to mention that there were ************ arguing outside the hotel and causing a scene, it made me quite scared to go out so I ended up spending my evening and night hungry as I was too scared to ask the owners to break it up and go out. Although the room itself wasn't terrible the guest house did have a very odd smell in the landings and main entrance, I also found it quite worrying that the entrance was left open all night long. Based on my overall experience I'm not happy and I felt like I'd been mugged off being charged £70 for a not so pleasant experience therefore I'd like to request a refund and have the £70 refunded back to me.

My friend was staying with me in the hotel last night. basically got up to wash our selfs an my friend give the staff back the key to try get back he’s deposit for the hotel and the staff give back nothing only locked my luggage where I thought it would be safe to leave in the room cause I had to walk over to the wash room over it having no wash room in the room. Long story short I asked why is the room locked were it was still in use my stuff is in there I said what’s going on. He denies he had the key an said my boss will be here 2:00 o’clock worst hotel ever trust me honestly.

I am very shocked and appalled at the way I was treated as a guest when I arrived at Night Inn Slough to check in on Friday 9th September at 14:00. When I booked a room on *********** I stated very clearly I need car parking for the two days which I will be staying and it was clearly mentioned car park was included in the price which I paid for. Upon my arrival at the property the receptionist and no idea I was coming, even when I showed her my booking confirmation she seemed confused. Then she called her manager on the phone who is known by the name 'Angel'. The manager was extremely rude she was shouting through the phone to the receptionist, I was handed the phone so I could speak to her and after several times I told her my name she kept on pronouncing my name incorrectly on purpose and was very ignorant. I told the manager I have already paid for car parking and thats when she got extremely aggressive on the phone, she goes on the website it doesn't state car park is included, when I showed the receptionist the confirmation she still was not admitting and she said I will be charged £10 per night to park my car. I refused to pay her and she started swearing at me down the phone calling me a 'f***** liar' and saying I need to go back to my town because no one gives free car park with their hotel reservation in Slough. I was very upset and angry at the way I was treated and till now I have been refused of my £120.00 which I paid for the two nights. The receptionist refused to give me the managers name and when I asked to see her she refused saying 'I don't meet people like you'. I refused to stay at the property because I didn't feel safe and on the last minute I had to book a hotel which cost me double in price because of Nights Inn Slough aggressive and rude customer service. I will never be booking with them again and I would be telling friends and family off my experience so they can avoid this place as well. I have spoken to one of the *********** customer service advisors Bruno M. on the phone and he was of no help at all, he said he would file a compliant however he didn't and I did not hear anything back.
