Avis : Copthorne Hotel Slough-Windsor

La chambre Club est excellente, grande, mais aurait besoin d'une salle de bain plus grande et d'un air de défi, plus d'éclairage. Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas correctement, la première nuit, cependant, nous l'avons signalé, ils nous ont donné un radiateur à mazout et ils l'ont réglé le matin lorsque je les ai à nouveau alertés. Nous avions des boissons gratuites, nous ne pouvions choisir que du vin maison à la bière maison, il aurait été préférable d'avoir un choix de vin comme un verre de Prosecco, Short Spirit et tout autre plus grand / bière, etc. . . Le personnel était très amical et serviable, le lit était confortable, mais les oreillers sont vraiment mauvais m'ont laissé un mauvais cou gauche de la première nuit jusqu'à mon retour à la maison, le cou s'améliore maintenant. Je reviendrais dans cet hôtel car je le note vraiment malgré quelques ratés. Le fait est que le personnel retified la question dans la mesure du possible une fois porté à leur attention. J'ai également demandé un départ tardif qu'ils ont proposé. Merci pour un séjour échangeable.

Hotel is older than expected but conveniently located. Room is pretty standard, bathroom is quite small but enough. Front desk staff were not too welcoming but did the job. On the hotel webpage it says parking is £10 per car per night but infact you can do hourly charge and it’s also open to guest if you have someone visiting you at the hotel. You either pay at reception or in app. The machine doesn’t work.

Friendly accommodating staff, a good nights sleep in a spotless comfortable room with an excellent breakfast.

The trip went very well. I enjoyed every bit of my Stay. It was very close to immunities and local conveniences without the need to go very far with equal access routes to work and to conveniences will definitely be coming again. Thank you Copthorne keep up the good work. 

The hotel very close to slough market, also it is 5km from windsor market i went there on foot, if you enjoy natural views and rivers there are many places to enjoy, the rooms in the hotel are clean and they provide all that hotels should prived, but the should put good isolating window to keep the noise from the outside unheard, also they should lower the floor of the toilets to prevent the water pooring into the room at shower time. Despite the room of improvements i mentioned earlier i enjoyed my stay with them and i will visit them again.

Nice clean hotel, has a good size room and bathroom. Plenty of parking spaces, even for large vehicles. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you for your service . 10£ for parking per night is not inviting . 6£ charge for a single use of very limited gym facility  is a rip off and not appealing . On the positive side comfy bed

The staff were terrible huge misunderstanding leaving me and my 1 year old stranded an hour away from home uneducated staff didn’t solve the issue caused by their night staff horrible service

Have stayed here before, convenient for LHR which is only 15 minutes away, room although very comfortable was a little dated in the bathroom, whoever put the sealant around the bath/shower did not do a great job as it was a bit tacky, this is not a criticism more an observation. One annoying factor which seems to be creeping in amongst hotels is the additional charge for parking, the room rate was very reasonable hence why I selected it, however I admit I missed the info on parking charges which added another £10 overall to the cost. it's a bit like airports charging you to drop off their customers.

If the windsor is too expensive to stay, here can be an alternitive. The building is old.

Good service and friendly, clean room and comfy bed and all round comfortable time.
