Abrazo Sofia Hotel by Hmg

Although this hotel was a bit far from the city centre, you could make it walking (15 min. Walk). it is a modern hotel with all the commodities, including a sauna. The receptionist, Alexandra, is very helpful and nice. Breakfast was the best one, for the standards. They have a terrace where some people can smoke, others can pick cherries when it is the time, and we were lucky and there were lots of cherries.

If I could rate this hotel anymore than 5 I would, this is easily the best hotel we’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. From start to finish our stay was amazing, first of all we were escorted to a gated carpark so we could keep our car safe during our stay, we were then checked in and told our room, the lobby sets the scene as it was very welcoming. we stayed in the room with the spa bath, it was like nowhere we’ve stayed before. The room was insane, it was huge, almost the size of a flat, the bed was so comfy, the mini bar was very reasonably priced and everything from the lotions and amenities they supply in the bathroom to the bath salts and robes for the spa bath was just another level. The breakfast was lovely with a huge choice. A special mention to the staff, particularly the gentleman working in the day on the 24th of January. He walked us to our car, helped us manoeuvre out, he directed us where to store all our luggage and welcomed us to come back and stay in the lobby whenever we needed due to our flight not being until the evening. When we left to get a taxi he escorted us out to it and offered to help us with the bags. A true asset to this hotel and made our stay that bit more memorable. If we ever find ourselves back in Sofia there’s nowhere else I’d consider to stay. It’s safe to say this hotel is a hidden gem and if you ever get the chance I can’t recommend it enough

The hotel is located in an inconvenient location, at a crossroads and even taxis cannot find a parking space. Area is dirty. The rooms are very small and do not correspond to the description on the websites. The most inconvenient thing is the bathroom. Sitting on the toilet, you rest your knees on the sink or washbasin....

A super hotel with friendly and professional staff. All staff from management to housekeeping were extremely helpful . Having great staff makes your stay so enjoyable. The hotel was clean and modern and a great place to relax. The buffet breakfast had lots of choice and was a great start to the day. The location of the hotel is perfect for the city centre and the transport links are just outside the hotel

I enjoyed being close to the main ***** in Sofia, the staff were very helpful and would order cabs, the rooms were kept tidy and had good rain showers, food was good and all in all my stay was enjoyable being based in the Hotel Abrazo. Would recommend.

Del 13 al 17 de febrero estuvimos en este hotel en Sofia, y todos son elogios hacia el. Quede encantadisima. Como llegamos de madrugada contrate el servicio de recogida al aeropuerto, que ademas no era nada caro. La habitacion que cogi fue la Deluxe que era al parecer un poquito mas grande. Si he de decir que las habitaciones muy grandes no son, pero esta era acogedora, tenia una buena calefaccion que para el mes que era se agradecia. En recepcion muy atentos y simpaticos, no desayune, por lo cual no puedo decir nada del desayuno, y la ubicacion perfecta. Ideal para patear Sofia, que ademas es una ciudad preciosa.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Kamer met inloopdouche, stopcontacten naast het bed, thee-koffie faciliteiten met waterkoker, dagelijks verse handdoeken, kluisje. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Bagage opslag en 24 uurs receptie. Tram voor de deur naar Centraal station, halte richting Vitoscha ligt over de brug van het water. Onmiddelijk de hoek om naar rechts van de straat na 10 min lopen metrostation Lavov Most naar centraal station ,en andere richting Serdica oude stad e , paleis van cultuur ,Vitoscha en winkelcentrum Paridasa mail. Wij verbleven 3 nachten in het hotel en waren zeer tevreden.

Hotel nuovo collocato in una zona strategica: facile da raggiungere dall'aeroporto, non lontano dal centro città e dalla stazione dei treni/bus, entrambe a 10min a piedi. Le camere sono ampie ben fatte e silenziose. Peccato che in alcuni punti ci fosse un po' di polvere in eccesso e il bagno non fosse finestrato. Molto buona e abbastanza variegata la colazione, ottimo lo staff, gentile e sorridente.
