This Hotel is a place where I have been going for almost 7 years until now, and it never occurred to me to write a review about it. I believe that this is so because I really feel the hotel as my own home! However, it is, the Hotel is just perfect! It is situated on the Ring Road of Sofia, very accessible to all the malls which are nearby if you are travelling by car. The spa is currently not working due to COVID 19 precautions measures, but I remember before the pandemic the spa (pool, jacuzzi, massage….) was one of the highlights of my stays at the hotel. The rooms are spacious, very clean and modern. There are two wings, i.e. A – old wing and B – new wing. In the second the rooms are bigger while in both wings they are perfectly equipped. The breakfast is amazing, on top of the hotel (8th floor) with a great view of Vitosha Mountain and it is buffet. The food, at least for me is the best that I have ever tried in hotel accommodations. The coffee is good quality, too. The hotel has private parking (garage) and parking outside which is good and safe as well. The surroundings are peaceful, even though the hotel is situated near the Ring Road. The overnights and sleeping there are relaxing and great charger of my batteries. The staff is kind and helpful and even the managers are very kind. I definitely recommend this place to all of you!

Dirty rooms Dirty floors Bad beds Nobody speaks English Employees don't care Feeling unsafe Breakfast was horrible, no napkins available. Music too loud for early morning!!!!!! Avoid at all costs!!!!!

Современное здание отеля.Просторные номера.Рецепшен на 10+. Елена на ресепшен говорит на многих языках. Она очень нам помогла .Огромное спасибо Елене.Она профессионал.Хочется вернуться снова .За таких работников как Елена отелю 10+.

Спасибо отелю что заселили в 2 часа ночи без проблем, дали место на подземной парковке , сделали скидку , парень на ресепшене был очень дружелюбен , но номера очень грязные , полы в пятнах и дырах от сигарет . Так же в номере муравьи . Может конечно нам дали такой номер из за того что мы с собакой - но если честно , не приятно . Завтраки на 3 -но кофе божественный . Так же бесплатно спа и бассейн предоставляется , но мы туда не ходили

Un albergo difficile da trovare perché sta in un quartiere in costruzione. Anche l'albergo e in costruzione. Le pareti delle stanze, o la porta molto sottile. Quindi il rumore dalle altre stanze ce. La camera bella, confortevole , anche il bagno pulito. La colazione non ricca ma discretamente buona.

Das Hotel ist offenbar noch in der Aufbauphase. Wir waren während einer Rundreise 2 x im Hotel. Die Architektur ist Geschmackssache, die Hotelumgebung zur Zeit noch mit Baustellen, das Haus liegt an einer Schnellstraße. Im Servicebereich fehlt es an Personal, die die da sind, sind sehr freundlich. Das Abendessen wurde fast kalt serviert - das mögen aber landestypische Gegebenheiten sein. Bei Abreise hatte ich mein Handy im Zimmer vergessen. Ein gut deutschsprechender Rezeptionist war so freundlich ein Taxi zum Flughafen mit dem gefunden Telefon zu schicken. Es hat wunderbar geklappt.
