Lovely hotel in the heart of Mao. Great staff, beautiful attention to detail in the rooms and common areas. Small pool but no problem. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Location great for walking around the port, shopping. On site parking v useful. Very relaxing

Our stay last week at Christina Bedfor was delightful! It is a beautiful, quaint, very well appointed, expertly staffed, special place. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor garden and the delicious dinner in the dining room. The elegant quirkiness of the historic building, coupled with the great fabrics, furnishings, and fun touches (loved the local herbal potions and lotions) made for a wonderful stay. Additionally, the staff went ABOVE and BEYOND with a taxi snafu we had - they were AMAZING and we remain so grateful for their help. Dont think twice...book!! *(I very very rarely leave reviews, but was compelled to share what a special place this is)

Very disappointed with the accommodations. We were in Menorca for a wedding and this apparently is the best hotel in Mahon. We booked our hotel months before most guests, but were the last to arrive. I am assuming this is why they put us in an attic room.(Flowers in the Attic vibes) Everyone else had complained?? How do I know this was an attic? Because after walking through a narrow passage way on the second floor we had to go up a flight of stairs and then a long upward incline ramp to our room. Yes a ramp!!. The room itself was spacious but our balcony exit was next to the toilet. When we went to address the issue with the person at the front desk, they told us "we will take your comments into consideration for the next guests that arrive". Really? If you stay, make sure they don't put you in that room. The rest of the staff was very nice, have no complaints there. I just feel, that if you are paying $400 a night you don't deserve to be in an attic. We left at the end of our stay and had a night on the beach at the Melia. For half the price we had club level and incredible views.

Heard a lot of good things about Cristine Bedfor Guest Houses Mahón, stayed for one night Pros: -convenient location - walking distance everywhere in Mahon -Sofía - helped us book restaurants and answer queries by email - very attentive and was extremely helpful! Very professional -comfortable bed , light bright room with small terrace -Cons: -laundry room next to our room - this was quite noisy and disturbed sleep in the morning; made a comment to the staff cleaning however could still hear laundry running and people carrying things -the staff was friendly however expected a bit more information at check-in -breakfast - was ok though expected a bit more than make your own coffee with capsules

We have just spent four fabulous nights at the Christine Bedfor in Mahon Menorca. Following an issue with our booking at check-in, Christian the hotel manager handled the problem incredibly well. He and his wonderful staff went out of their way to make our stay a very enjoyable one, and one to remember for sometime to come. In fact the level of service was nothing short of amazing. We could not recommend the hotel more highly.

We arrived on Sunday 18th and we were greeted by a wonderful live musician, which was a really special touch. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the staff could not have been more attentive. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, from 5 star restaurant recommendations to the tastiest breakfast and best coffee ! The rooms and hotel are immaculate and the pool is lovely. We already can not wait to return and even discussed how lovely it would be to get married at Christian Bedfor. Terrible service. Rude staff. Poor management and bad customer service. Staff never reply to your concerns. Manager avoids you. Have very poor customer relations and it is not what they claim to be. Don’t waste your money

We are so glad we chose Christine Bedford Hotel for a long 4 day weekend we spent in Menorca. It is perfectly located in the downtown area of the capital city Mahon. Within walking distance of all the important sites and attractions and the shopping district as well. The hotel and the rooms are nicely decorated in a classic English style. Our room was big and quiet. The bed as comfortable as it could be, the room had a Roman bathtub that we did not use, but some guests love it. Bright room during the day with 2 big windows, and bright during the night great lamps all over the room and next to the bed. Courtesy bottled water, coffee and tea, it has a mini bar and safe. The breakfast and high tea room very cozy and there is always a good coffee & tea, and a sweet delicacy waiting for you. The service is exceptional, Christian the manager will always do his best to please his guests. We where there December 28th 2022, for the finals of the Soccer World Cup, and he set up a giant screen for us in one of the living rooms, specially for us, he really went out of his way! to make us feel at home. Thank you so much Christian, we will always remember that we were there for that event! Julia the receptionist in charge of Customer Service made all our reservations for restaurants and she introduced us to Fernando the best and most Knowledgeable guide of Menorca! Thank you Julia. Thank you as well to all the personnel of the hotel who were so attentive and kind! Will como back for sure next year! Highly recommended! Five stars plus! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ +
