Parfait...le personnel,la chambre,le spa, les activités et la station. La garderie est très agréable et ma nourriture au top. par contre c'est très familial. Je ne recommande pas pour un couple. Encore merci à l'hôtel pour tout

Hôtel de qualité avec de belles prestations, tant au niveau de la restauration (buffets en self service) que du spa par exemple. Beaucoup d’enfants dans l’hôtel qui vont dans tous les sens dans l’espace de restauration (attention à vos assiettes en rejoignant votre table !) Pour la même raison (enfants) évitez si possible les chambres donnant sur le devant de l’hôtel : un petit espace de jeux extérieurs occasionne rires et cris jusque tard le soir… Une carte fournie avec le séjour permet de prendre gratuitement les télésièges, ce qui est très appréciable pour ménager les genoux à la montée ou à la descente.

L'HOTEL SONNENALPE è STUPENDO. Posizionato in una zona di assoluta relax a fianco di un laghetto con vista sulle montagne. Premetto che nn è la prima volta che sono stato in un hotel 4 stelle della catena Falkensteiner ma questo a livello di qualità prezzo è il TOP. Personale molto disponibile (particolarmente MARTIN come animatore e AIDA come cameriera che spero di reincontrare il prox anno perchè sono stati bravissimi con i miei due bimbi NICOLE (4 ANNI) E SAMUEL (8 MESI)), cibo di un livello medio alto, camere pulite. Struttura invece ottima, piscina calda e splendida e fondamentale FALKY LAND. Zona Spa di assoluto rispetto, magari non come quella del cristallo ma cmq OTTIMA. Per quello che riguarda l'esterno, per chi ha dei figli come me, questo luogo è pieno di attrazioni x loro (pendolino, Acqua trail, percorso avventura ecc...) che li faranno divertire...e quando sono felici loro..siamo felici tutti!!! Super consigliato!!

Hotel has 2 cameras in the "NUDE SAUNA AREA" and they are filming naked guests while on thair relaxing vacation. There is NO information for the guests that thay are being recorded naked and the most desturbing thing is that they allow KIDS to go into the sauna area ( family hotel)!!! It is a serious breach of privacy and against the law !!! If enyone was at the hotel from 2014 they can take legal acctions against Falkensteiner.

Hotel is renovated and very nice. Food was delicious, but sometimes a bit cold. Water in the pool is great temperature and everything was clean. All the staff is very friendly and they do everything to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Car park is a bit small far a hotel this size so we had to park in a garage (which is 9€/night). Hotel provides you Nassfeld +Holiday Card which is also very useful and helps you save some money. Environment of the hotel is beautiful, with lots of paths and chairlifts near by. We deffinitley recommend visiting this hotel for both an adventurous and relaxing holiday!😊

I am regular Falkensteiner customer for last 17 years and have stayed in this hotel as well as second one in resort (Carinzia) numerous times. While the property is nice, and generally staff is quite helpful I am disappointed with the following: 1) Carinzia and Sonnenalpe service level is much different - what is included in one hotel is not included in say Sonnenalpe, 2) for the positioning and price food selection at dinner mainly should be much better (here Carinzia has better offering and quality is better), 3) we had a dog with us, and while charged as normal we have not received any amenities for the dog (while in Carinzia you get a few thingies for the pet). Having stayed in both Falkensteiner hotels in the last 1 month, I must say I am seriously contemplating to start avoiding Falkensteiner hotels as I feel I am consistently getting worse service than before but am paying considerably more (this has nothing to do with overall price inflation).

Beautiful hotel and suite, delicious meals with a large variety of courses. Kids loved both the pools and the children's playhouse. Lovely places to go for hiking, and biking. I can only recommend the hotel and this area to visit. And Falkensteiner is just a synonym for quality, chilly and fancy holidays.

Stayed here for 4 nights - 2 adults and 2 kids in a family comfort room. The room was great. Only minor thing was that the soap dispenser was broken/missing and it was weird that it wasnt fixed before we got the room. Wifi was fast. Location is good and you can easily get around the area. We didnt use our car at all. Pool is nice, but quite small and busy at times. In general the food is good, but there is some misses. One example was the pasta. Multiple times it was destroyed by being undercooked. Very close to being 5/5 and we would recommend it to friends & family.
