Les installations ne fonctionnent pas dans la chambre, la télévision a le ciel mais uniquement en italien et vous ne pouvez pas la travailler avec une autre chaîne car le bouton est sur le dessus de la télévision, vous devez vous tenir debout près d'une table pour la faire fonctionner, donc nous Je n'ai pas regardé très gênant. La baignoire ne fonctionne pas, la douche à jets puissants a de l'eau faible, donc pas de douche à jets puissants, la télévision ne fonctionne pas dans la salle de bain. La tête de lit a sa grosse égratignure qui ressemble à du cuir gratté comme très vieux. Le linge de lit présente des taches brunes ainsi que les chaises. Ahhh n'a pas l'air nettoyé depuis longtemps. Aucune option pour le petit-déjeuner, tout le petit-déjeuner est prêt à l'emploi comme des céréales, du pain acheté et de la charcuterie dans un magasin bon marché. le réfrigérateur n'est pas froid dans la chambre. A besoin d'amélioration en ce qui concerne les installations et le service de restauration.

NE RESTEZ PAS ICI. Le personnel n'est pas serviable et très antipathique. Nous avons demandé au gars avec le chignon plus d'oreillers et de serviettes et il a dit qu'ils n'en avaient plus. la femme de ménage plus âgée était horrible. rien ne fonctionnait dans la chambre, la lumière sur le bureau, les lumières de la douche. Au lieu de nous donner de nouvelles serviettes chaque jour, ils ont simplement plié et accroché nos serviettes sales. Les lits étaient comme dormir par terre, pour de vrai, avec un oreiller très fin. Ils doivent investir dans de meilleurs lits, plus d'oreillers et de serviettes et un NOUVEAU PERSONNEL !!!! Nous avions hâte de sortir de là !!!

The outside of the hotel doesn't look good, but there are no pictures to see it. The room is kind of clean, but you can hear people talking in other rooms. Breakfast wasn't great – no eggs or veggies, just sugary food from the store. It's an okay experience, but they ask for too much money. It's not really a hotel; it's more like just a room in an old building. I think they should charge way less for what you get.

Just back from Vhome and would not go back. It was basically an apartment in a block of flats with no signage indicating how to find it and once you were inside the building, it stank to say the least. By chance, my wife pressed a button thinking that this was calling someone and a small lift with a door which was covered in dirt inside appeared. The reception and dining areas are tiny (all within one area) with limited breakfast choice in the morning, that is if you got a seat. The lady who was on reception had to bring the dirty dishes over to a press, which opened out to reveal a sink, where she would wash dishes as you tried to eat. The room was ok but no English channels on tv, The shower (bath)is just about to fall apart with rails etc unsafe and as for reception staff, I asked for a taxi to the airport and was told I would get a call in an hour to confirm - NO CALL. Our advice would be to stay elsewhere....

We had a very comfortable stay at V Home. Room was very clean, and quiet. Breakfast was included and offered by 7am which was very inconvenient for days with early morning tours. Location was close to the train station and a close walk to the city center. Staff was a great help. Antonio was a sweetheart.

+ I have a mixed feelings.. First impression was very good. Localization is perfect. Quiet area, surrounded by mountains. It is 7 minute walk away from historical centre, restaurants, everything you need for this kind of journey. We were greeted by young girl, named Laura - she was attentive, willing to help, and well spoken in English (which is not obvious in Italy). She matched every point that we needed to know during check in. We also liked our spacious room with balcony, which was perfect, heating, two tv screens (one in the room and the other one in the bathroom). We could have taken plates from the buffet any time we needed for our take away food or make coffe, tea, or hot chocolate 24 h a day! I liked how Laura taken seriously our complain about the Internet, but about this you will read below. You could have also seat in the dining room in the evening if this was your wish. That was really great. Also thank you for printing our tickets to Vesuvio. - We decided to pay full amount of money in cash for our stay on check in. Laura didn't give us a receipt (my fault also that I didn't ask for, but it should be a standard), and I was having questions from lady on check out - ,,you didn't pay" (she didnt speak English at all apart from that), then she gave a phone to me to speak to manager. Finally, we found a solution, and he apologized. We could finally left the building, after we mention that we pay with Laura first day. Very bad communication. MASSIVE problem from first day was a very bad internet connection. I couldn't do my work, that I have expected to be done for my workplace because of this. I straight away mention to Laura, but I think she didn't believe in the first moment, saying that they never have had this problem before. However, she said she will call an engineer from router to come over. He actually came another day! I was right. Router was having very week signal. We have been given new password on Thursday afternoon, so on our fourth day of stay. Much appreciate, but there should be a discount for it. Also, hair dryer was very week. On Saturday, we came on our last day for breakfast at 9:40 am... Everything was almost done, but with fussy behaviour, staring at us we have been sit down by two ladies, that also does not speak a word in English. I do understand, that we were in other country, and should speak some language (we actually tried, whatever we needed, we did research before), however you run turistic business, and these things need to be better. BREAKFAST? Continental buffet with cheap dry, stuff. I actually bought a proper bread for myself to toast in the toaster over there. Overboiled eggs from machine, and no scrambled eggs or any other options. I heard that in Italy you get croassant and coffe for breakfast, but this is a shame to such beautiful country.. Last hour killed me. For some reason, just before departure, me and my girlfriend had to take cold shower.

Stayed in Vhome the first week of June for around 4 days. It’s a great location for the town, an easy 5-minute walk to the market, restaurants and bars. The room itself was lovely, spacious, made daily and well-presented. The staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was great, if a little crowded in the small space at times. Not a negative but it’s not the easiest place to find, tucked away a little and not great signage. We were trying to find it at around 21:00 in the dark, so took a few minutes.

To start with this hotel is located in a residential building little bit off the center of Sorrento and initially at least it's not easy to find. However the area it's located is a quite one and is just about 10 minutes away from the historical center of Sorrento. During the day the cleaning lady is serving also as receptionist, her English is not very good but she is quite helpful. During the evenings reception is not always occupied at all. The room I got was clean and quite spacious and the bed was convenient. The room has all the amenities the guest might need. The breakfast was quite poor-almost no vegetables, some salami, cheese, boiled eggs, pastries and the coffee from espresso machine. Overall it's decent place near the city center to stay for several nights.

We stayed at Vhome as two couples. I did find the photographs on the website a bit misleading as the rooms are quite small but they are immaculately clean and very modern. The location was great - an easy walk into the centre of Sorrento and to the train station. The breakfast area is a bit strange - very small with a tiny balcony but adequate for our needs.
