This b&b is perfect in every way. Location is perfect, rooms are spacious and clean, wifi works well, beds are comfortable and ventilation is good. Breakfast served on the terrace and is more than adequate. You may jump when the nearby church bells start, but for us that was certainly charming. Communication and customer service, excellent.

Our stay was amazing. The place was very clean. The host Loredana, was amazing. She went above and beyond to help us and make our stay perfect. The location was ideal. In the city but also close to the beach. We loved our stay here.

We really loved our recent stay here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone! We are a family of 4 and we all enjoyed our stay for 4 nights. It ticks all boxes in terms of great location, value, cleanliness and service. The location was perfect being right in the heart of town on the main Corso Italia road. There are a variety of shops and restaurants on your doorstep. Piazzo Tasso, Villa Communale (sea view), Sorrento train station and ferry port are about a 10 minute walk, Marina Grande is 15 minutes so you have good access to everything. The building and rooms were in great condition and very clean – it looked in new condition and the décor was authentic and homely, not tacky like a chain hotel. We were impressed with the room sizes (the bathroom is quite spacious) and amenities such as free bottled water. The rooftop terrace for breakfast was well sized and always clean. Breakfast was good value - there was a small selection of tarts, croissants, fruit and hot drinks which were sufficient for this type of stay. Loredana was a very helpful, caring and passionate host. She gave us lots of good suggestions on food and travelling and was always available to help us before, during and after our stay. We were allowed to leave our bags before checking in and after checking out so we could explore the area which was really helpful. We had two rooms with an adjoining door which was great for a family. We requested a twin room and were accommodated easily. One room had 2 balconies and the other had 3 so we had great views and enjoyed people watching. Overall the rooms and bathroom are well equipped with everything you need and are a really good size. There was some noise when the church bells rang and also at night due to people talking but that is to be expected when you’re staying in the main centre, especially front facing the street.

Beautiful hotel, exquisite rooms and decor. We reviewed this hotel on-line and loved it for our stay in Sorrento for 2 nights. Loredana was so helpful with my planning and she greeted us when we checked in and was helpful throughout our stay. My teenage girls and my husband and I were given the high vaulted ceilings with original beams and chandelier, so pretty. Only downside was the noise, walls are paper thin and we could hear the church bells and people on the street and the kids next door. It’s on a Main Street and we knew about the church bells during our reviews, it was charming in a way. Would request that they try and add some insulation, street noise did keep us up till 2-3 am. Loredana—thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

Lovely place great location very central only downside was we had couple noisy disrespectful people in next room who thought was ok to scream and shout all night pros location very central near everything room spotless we paid for the bigger room and was great size huge bathroom Loredane on reception works tirelessly very helpful and great advice what ever this hotel pays her it’s not enough she is a real asset to have and made our stay very special nothing too much trouble she above and beyond sorting out gluten free options for breakfast for my wife and we are very grateful cons as you are staying ion center be aware of street noise can be loud and the bells ringing in morning can hear noise from other rooms but maybe that was because of the guests being extra noisy if you want somewhere central and good price then i recommend this place

We had a duplex with two separate bedrooms with an adjoining door. This was very handy for us and our kids. The welcome at the hotel was warm and friendly and the rooms were well-equipped and spacious, including the bathrooms, all of which were cleaned thoroughly each day. The location was also very handy, right in the centre of town and not far from the buses and trains. The breakfast was fine, nothing special but there was plenty to eat.

Bellissima esperienza trascorrere la Settimana Santa a Sorrento. Ci siamo immersi nell'a**osfera mistica delle processioni e nell'aria festosa del centro storico, grazie anche alla residenza al Campanile dove abbiamo alloggiato. E' un B&B in pieno centro storico, sul Corso Italia, dove ci siamo trovati benissimo. Elegante, accogliente, e' stato suggestivo assistere alla processione notturna del venerdi Santo dal balcone della nostra camera. Punti di forza della Residenza la pulizia: perfetta e dettagliata, e la gestione della signora Loredana. Loredana ci ha accolto con garbo e disponibilita' sin dal momento della prenotazione, fornendo informazioni di ogni genere. E' una persona speciale e squisita, che e' stato davvero un piacere conoscere. Consiglio assolutamente La Residenza il Campanile e conto di tornarci presto.
