Très pratique pour rester ici. Le personnel est très amical. La chambre très propre

Les services sont bons, près de l'arrêt de bus et ont une piscine de taxi. Et Disney Plus Hotstar comme chaîne de télévision. Dans l'ensemble, nous apprécions vraiment notre séjour ici.

J'apprécie vraiment mon séjour ici pendant 2 jours car la chambre est super propre. la nourriture est délicieuse. le personnel est très sympathique et les réponses ont été rapides lorsque j'en ai besoin. Malheureu*****t, la piscine n'est ouverte que le week-end. mais dans l'ensemble c'est super.

Simple, propre, le wifi est tout à fait correct même si pas de vitesse mais ça va quand même

Stayed here for a friend wedding. Booking through Trip.com. Overall, room was nice but too DARK! no good spot for make up since its too dark. lighting very in need of improvement. Daytime light was okay since the room is surrounded by window, but at night, Junior suite room barely have any lights (only 2 hanging yellow dime light and the ceiling light above the window curtain.. imagine how dime is the room). Unfortunately, just after check in, found a small cockroach in the bathroom. went hidden after calling Housekeeping, but it was not dead. Pest control could be improved. For a four star hotel and higher category room type, i believe amenities could be improved. as the soap & shampoo provided was uncomparable below standard of other 4 star property like ascott / marriott, since they're using small tube of soap and shampoo. maybe they're cutting the cost there. breakfast overall was good. many variety of food from Indonesian - Asian - International. But eggs station could be improved, as during rush hour, the queue was quite long. It can be seen that the chef is overwhelmed and causing the food quality to go down.

Front desk and Reservation Staffs helped me for connecting rooms, as requested. Satisfied with our stay as the rooms were clean and crisp. Breakfast menus were good. Staffs were friendly and helpfull. Great job you all!!

Business trip to Jakarta, stay at this hotel, bed sheet was not clean, even changed bed sheet still had stain

Rm 707 Main Dr very difficult to open and having problem to open the Dr from the inside.Room wall papers are torn.Housekeeping didn’t top up the complimentary drinks.Lighting at the main door and toilet keeps going ON & OFF by itself.
