Avis : Oak Tree Urban Hotel Jakarta

My wife and I stayed at this hotel due to my wife just stomach surgery, and she needed a clean, comfort and quiet place to rest. When we arrive at the hotel, seeing that my wife is barely could walk - due to the pain in her stomach post surgery - the hotel staff rush to help her and provide wheel chair. This simple act show that they care about their guest, and we really appreciate it. Thank you oaktree Hotel!

I would say the best hotel in Jakarta if you plan for food hunting coz very nearby with Block M. walking distance around 1km. Along the way a lot of stall/street food which open at 5pm onwards. Very happening and no scared to walk from hotel. Really recommended to stay here. Block M have alot of cafe/dessert/coffee!! Sharing some photos of the landmark and environment around the hotel

The hotel is clean and very well equipped. The amenities are good and they responded to suggestion well. The first room I was placed was a bit smelly but after communicating the issue to the receptionist they re-sanitize the room and the smell was completely gone! Definitely will come back again.

Lokasinya keren sih dekat dengan blok M dan pusat kuliner di Jakarta Selatan. Resepsionis dan satpam ramah banget.

Not bad lah dengan harga segitu, memuaskan. Sudah beberapa kali nginap disini juga

Lift rusak, pintu kamar rusak, telpon kamar rusak, bantal kotor, kamar mandi bocor dan bau

Sangat rekomen dan sangat bersih. Kamar juga rajin dibersihin

Selalu nyaman stay disini.. klo kmbali k blok m slalu ksini hihi

Pesan 2 malam untuk tipe jacuzzi Malah air panas nggak keluar Tanya k resepsionis dari hari pertama smpe cek out Dibilang lgi d benerin trus Kecewa banget

Kebersihannya kurang, spreynya banyak noda, refill sabun sampoo kelupaan jadi mesti call housekeeping dulu
