Avis : Hotel Sunroute Ginza

Bon emplacement dans le quartier de Ginza et à proximité des gares. Mais les installations dans la chambre (la plus grande chambre de l'hôtel) sont vraiment mauvaises - pas de coffre-fort, pas de placards ni de tiroirs, pratiquement pas de chaînes de télévision pour les étrangers, etc.

Great location, just a 5-10 minutes walk to the main ginza shopping area. However the room is very small, i have two big luggage and will have to take turns to open each one.

Nice City Hotel with Kind staff, free luggagr Storage on arrival and Departure Date as well as walking distance from Metro/statuons. Nothing to complain about. Room size in Kind with Tokyo‘s Standards.

Amenlities is not good , food not good , room is really small , can’t open the suitcase ! They didn’t give me the room that I reserved ! Staff ‘s English is not good , always rely on the phone to translate !

Location and service was good. Near to the metro and shopping district. Pleasant and decent hotel.

The lobby staff of Ikeda and Rabin are super unfriendly, not willing to provide positive solutions, they just want charge me as much $ as possible, very rude to me and my family members. They made my family members were waiting for check in at lobby close 12 am. How heartless and shameful !!!

It was reasonable. Not the best and not the worst. Generally acceptably clean. I would not stay more than two nights though as the room is small. Price was good. Would be interesting to try breakfast but we run out of time. Staff was helpful.

I stayed at Hotel Sunroute Ginza for three nights during my trip to Tokyo, and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a 10-minute walk from both the Ginza subway station and the Tokyo JR station. This made it easy for me to travel to various destinations like Kamakura, Fujikawaguchiko, Tokyo Disneyland, and even Narita International Airport. The neighborhood is vibrant, with plenty of excellent restaurants that stay open late, as well as convenience stores for late-night snacks. This made my stay even more enjoyable, as I could easily find meals and snacks without any hassle. As for the hotel room, it was compact, which is typical for Tokyo accommodations, but it was perfectly adequate for two people. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were genuinely hospitable, always ready to assist with any requests. Overall, I had a great stay at Hotel Sunroute Ginza. The combination of location, cleanliness, and friendly service makes it a solid choice for anyone visiting Tokyo.

Hotel was in a good location, close to three different stations, including Tokyo station making it convenient to get to from Narita Airport. It was good base to get to other parts of Tokyo. Basic amenities but if you are just looking for somewhere to sleep after a full day of sightseeing it has everything you need

location was good (had many different lines to choose from), room size was not bad given the usual hotel sizes in tokyo, toilet size was decent as well, check in was smooth, had to pay a small tax fee (200yen per pax) upon checking in. only issue i had with this place is that the wifi was terrible
