Avis : Ra Suites Simatupang

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour au Ra Suites. Le personnel est aux petits soins et anticipe tous vos désirs. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et varié. L’emplacement est loin de la vieille ville mais il est proche du métro et d’un grand centre commercial.

Surclassemznt en chambre de luxe.

Hôtel très agréable et neuf. L'emplacement est génial avec un centre commercial à distance de marche avec de nombreux restaurants. Le personnel est gentil et amical. Belle grande piscine avec sauna et jacuzzi. Je reviendrai certainement

Mon lieu d'hébergement préféré chaque fois que je suis à Jakarta. Le personnel est sympathique et les chambres sont propres. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est également correct. Hautement recommandé!

Fo Staff need to well train how to talk with the guest, she wasn’t checked my ID card properly then she just said she couldn't find my name on the reservation. So I remind her to read and spell my name properly. Eventhough I really love the room and facilities. Also FB service staff was somuch helpfull and nicely.

Stay there one night only. The hotel is beyond my expectation, friendly staffs. Had dinner at 5th floor and enjoy the time with friends. Also good breakfast.

Pleasant stay. Good service. Clean rooms. The balcony is a bit waste of space, rather had a bigger room. The room was not ready even at 6pm. We got an offer to check out late. The reception hostess should have offered to get us to dine or have something to drink at the bar while waiting for the room. But overall staff offer pleasant service.

One of the best business hotel if you book elite with executive lounge so that you can work after office hours

The hotel is located not far from subway , has several restaurants and spa with a swimming pool. The rooms are clean and nice, the Thai restaurant at the swimming pool makes very nice smoothies. The only disadvantage is that it’s cashless and for travelers that first time come to Jakarta it’s very complicated.

It is my second time staycation at Ra.  The bed is comfortable, and everything worked well. I was lucky to get the sunrise view out of my room big window. They serve wide variety of good food. In term of location, it is within walking distance to the MRT station and a mall.

Loved it from the moment I stepped inside the lobby until I got in the taxi to leave , could not fault anything at all , do yourself a favour and pay extra for breakfast , the choices are huge , staff is great and very courteous and very helpful , gym has everything you need for a great workout to start the day , when in Jakarta this hotel is going to be my home away from home .

For breakfast for the 19th floor the team really so lazy ,this happened this morning at 8 30am the girls wear red dress just sit doing her think at desk and computer when I'm coming and when I am asked her do they have rice. And she's answering and still sitting at the desk not move.that really bad. That never happened before at Ra Suite Simatupang that's why I'm back but this time I'm really disappointed
