We arrived at our hotel after driving 6 hours to find the hotels parking lot all torn out and a company repaving. We were told we have to park down the street and walk back to our room. All lot of people were disappointed and were going else where. I canceled my room and got a place next door, long story short I won’t be staying there in the future. Thank you

We saw no breakfast area upon arriving and after we checked in we were no longer interested in eating there. The rooms are terrible. The only pleasant thing was the surprisingly comfortable bed. The shower is super small and there were zero towels when we checked in. I’d advise spending the extra couple bucks and staying somewhere else.

Spacious room. Friendly Staff. Very new furniture. No breakfast is served due to covid.

Date: 07/30/23- 07-31-23 Days Inn by Wyndham 3530 Lake Tahoe Blvd. Lake Tahoe, Ca. 96150 Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at your hotel Days Inn by Wyndham South Lake Tahoe. Unfortunately, I experienced a significant number of issues during my stay that greatly impacted my overall experience. During my stay at your hotel, I encountered Unpatched walls, bathroom door had a hole in it, toilet seat that was broken and falling off with the paint chipping off , the fan in the bathroom was dirty and not working, shower drain didn’t have a drain cover, TV was also not working, after showering it leaks out a good amount of water onto the floor which is a slip hazard it needs to be resealed, on side of mattress and box spring there was a big red stain. These issues greatly affected my ability to enjoy my stay, and I believe it falls well below the standards of your caliber. As a result of all these issues faced, it made for an unpleasant stay. Moving forward, I would suggest that your hotel takes steps to provide pleasant and presentable functioning rooms for guests to stay in. Additionally, I would like to request compensation for the inconvenience caused during my stay. I believe that this is a fair and responsible request given the significant impact that the issue had on my experience at your hotel. Overall, I am disappointed with the recent stay at your hotel. While I appreciate that issues can arise, I believe that it is important to address them quickly to ensure that guests are able to enjoy their stay. I hope that you will take the necessary steps to address the issue and compensate me for the inconvenience caused.

BE AWARE!!!! I cancelled my reservation 2 months in advance with a reservation that could be canceled.... And They charged my credit card. Now they tell me this hotel is closed!! What!?! Awful run around.

Old, run down, dirty, super noisy from the highway, unhelpful staff. I get it, its a Days Inn, but I've stayed in other Days Inn that were far better and less than the price of this rat hole. Again, just say no

Just awful. Checked in and immediately noticed just one bath towel. Asked for more and was told they didn’t have anymore at the moment. Took a shower and water leaked everywhere flooding the floor. Bathroom sink took forever to drain. Toilet seat was wobbly and loose. The entire place was run down and needs a deep cleaning. We were there not even an hour and checked out. You’ve been warned.

It was a place to sleep, but that's about it. No real amenities. Front desk closes at night, so no housekeeping service. Breakfast was in a takeaway bag. Late check-out with status was not honored at all. Just a generally disrespectful attitude from the front desk regarding customers as a whole. Pretty disappointing for a $400 cash rate/nightly.

Check in and found food in the refrigerator , no towels in the bathroom , no phone in the room , no direct connection to the front desk , only open up to 10pm and they lock the front desk , it’s not 24 hours like what the website says. bathroom sink handle not present so no way to control hot or cold making it a safety hazard for burns because there’s no way to control the temperature of water. Told Caretaker David about bathroom sink and he said he already reported but I don’t know when it’s gonna be fixed. First of all , I have not seen a place run like this , I’ve been with other places but this is the worse. I worked in a hospital and this place is not sanitary looking. Whoever is running this place has to be fired or something has to be done otherwise much worse things could happen Is there a score below 1?
