Not happy with the hotel , not what I expected

The room itself was ok, with a mini fridge and microwave, but this is an old place that is not worth the money, in my opinion, particularly the high season price I had to pay in March. The wi-fi didn't work in the room. It only worked in the lobby. That was very inconvenient. The phone in the room didn't work. The door electronic key worked sporadically.

One of the most disgusting places every. The mattress looked as though someone had been killed in that room. Filthy and mired in blood stains. Faucets were barely able to move they were so hard, fire alarm was disconnected and sitting on the TV which did not even work. The 2 lights above the bed had bulbs but the switch did not even produce power. Soap looked like it was for a urinal - thin like a wafer. I had booked for 7 nights and had to leave after the first night. Manager (Manny) unwilling to give me a credit for remaining days. Not helpful. Not a place fit for humans or animals.

I had booked my hotel stay through priceline for me and my three young children. When I arrived at the hotel it was derelict and there were several men sitting outside of hotel rooms just watching us, I’m assuming that they lived there because the blinds and curtains were ripped in the rooms that they were in front of. When I went to the front desk I asked the girl if it was a safe area, she said that the police were constantly patrolling there, her words were less than comfort inducing. When I reached my room with my children I realized that the door lock was broken. After realizing this I went back down to the front desk and I told them that I do not feel comfortable staying there. The manager refuses to release a refund for my reservation even though I didn’t stay there and had expressed safety concerns

Complete DUMP! The room was a smoke-free room, but it smelled like cigarettes. The carpet smelt like a wet dog and the. Bathroom light Switch didn't work and the carpet outside the bathroom smelled like urine. The lamp shade between the beds had drips of blood inside of it, and the comforters had spots of brown and red on the inside of them. The vanity mirror looked like it had been cleaned with a slice cheese. The hotub by the pool was closed and many of the people staying look like they lived at the motel. I paid $97 and I would rather sleep in my car than this place.

This is our opinion of this hotel after staying there 2 nights. First it is not really a hotel. It is more, again in our opinion a homeless or as someone else has suggested a squatter's shelter. While it is posted "NO SMOKING WITHIN 15 FEET OF ANYWHERE" , you must walk through cigarette smoke and smokers sitting on the walkways in old discarded chairs from the rooms. It also is posted "NO HANGING OUT IN LOBBY", to which was full of teens every evening and nights and also where the internet service is located. The lobby is so filthy it was not worth the try to even start to use the internet and who would trust it? In so far as the room, well a total demolition would be the best course of action to correct this abominable situation. Battery died within hours of checking in on the electronic door lock. Guest clerk had to unlock our room for us with a master key and a very nice and efficient your lady came to check it out and determine the battery needed to be replaced however had to obtain permission to go ahead and replace it then or wait until the next day. She was allowed to fix it then thankfully. Sleeping is kind of sparce as there is constant in and out by residents going our for a smoke and laughing, loud voices and yelling and screaming and children screaming and crying throughout the night. Was worried about our vehicle the entire time as it was covered in cigarette ash every morning and who knows who was in the parking at all hours. In walking our pups around the scratchy, un-watered grass we observed piles of trash littered through the property and of course mounds of poop scattered throughout. Numerous old discarded bicycles, grills, suitcases and furniture. This definitely not a place for normal people in our opinion. Actually I do not understand how the health depar**ent of Brevard County has allows this business to retain a license for occupancy. Would I stay here again, NO. Have I informed America's Best of this black spot on their reputation, yes. My advice, based on my opinion. Sleep in your car in a rest area or even a Wal-Mart parking lot, You will be much safer and better off. We would have never stayed here if we did not have our pups with us. We were visiting our daughter and her family who were staying a week in a condo oceanside and this was our only close option to them. Our experience validates most of the other reviews for us that I have read of this place in the last few years. Again these are our/ my opinion based on our experience at this ?????, whatever it is.

A total dump. Wifi only available in lobby where no loitering signs posted. The included breakfast was dry cereal, no milk, no bread for the toaster. No ice available. Hole in the shower surround. Cracked light fixture in bathroom. No plug in the sink. Only one dim lamp in the room. There was at least a one inch gap around the door...we pushed the bedspread into it at night. Housekeeper was friendly

DO NOT GO HERE! Dirty, has roaches, smells like cigarettes, trash, and urine. Its being used housing for the homeless which would be fine if it weren’t so unsafe and unsanitary. The local police have literally made a TikTok about it being dangerous

Reserved a 2 queen mobility room. Received a 2 queen smoking room. Returned keys but was told that since I signed the slip they were going to charge me anywhere/ Had to dispute the charge. Absolutely filthy room unfit for human habitation. Hotel is all squatters.
