The best thing about this hotel is the choice of indoor or outdoor pool. The mattress is comfortable but unfortunately sits on a metal bed frame and support so it warbles every time you turn over and your neighbours given the walls aren't that thick. The breakfast is ok when the staff can be bothered to clean and replenish things...ask and it gets done but not without an air of hassle. The front reception staff are simply dreadful....when they would rather be on their phones than actually saying hello to guests then you know there is an issue.

We had a very upsetting experience here. This was going to be the 4th time I stayed here. We checked in as normal and went to our room. Once we arrived at our room I inspected it (can’t be too careful!) and found some black marks on the mattress. I looked further and found red marks underneath the mattress pad. We brought our concerns to the front desk, and a manager took us back to the room. I felt they were very defensive, saying “these are new mattresses, we don’t have bed bugs”. My wife and I had never mentioned that being one of our concerns. We were then brought to another room, and when inspecting a mattress there saw dark brown marks underneath the mattress pad. The manager asked what we would like to do, and I had asked them to leave so I could talk privately with my wife. When we left the room to find the manager she came up to us saying “I don’t think we meet your standards”, and cancelled our reservation on us. Thankfully we had another place to stay or we would have been stuck here without a room. I was very disappointed with the service we received and the cleanliness of the room.

We recently used All Seasons as our hotel block for our wedding! We have also stayed here once before and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and at a great value. For our wedding block we had about 60 people staying here and everyone appeared to have a great time! We stopped by to visit with people and the back courtyard was a great place to hang out and socialize near the gazebo. The indoor pool was also a plus and it was a great location for all of our wedding events. Finally, the staff was great and handed out our welcome bags that we made for our guests upon their check in. My only suggestion would be to get a few of those outdoor heaters for the back courtyard for people in the fall! An amazing find and would not hesitate to stay again.

I like the place and I want to give it more stars but….. We stayed twice this summer, the first time was better than the second. There was not one big thing but the little things started to add up. The tv, the line in the shower, the nails sticking out on the patio (could be very dangerous) etc. I would like to say the staff overall was very nice. It’s in a great location, the pools were great. Right next to an ice cream place which our grand daughter liked. I want to stay again but I just don’t know.

This place has been a favorite of ours for the last 30 years. Sunday morning we went to breakfast at 9:30 am, closes at 10:00am. Only things left were cereal, a basket of apples, two half loaves of bread and mini bagels. No milk for the cereal, no butter for the toast, no cream cheese for the bagels. The egg pan, home fry pan were both empty, liquid waffle mix, completely empty. The muffin and pastry drawers were empty. No yogurt or bananas either. I went to the front desk to advise the clerk and she said she would call the kitchen. The only thing that happened after that was the kitchen attendant promptly put the rope out with the closed sign at exactly 10:00 am. What a huge disappointment that no one cared about all the guests that showed up and nobody corrected this situation. We stayed 1 night, paid top buck but never again All Seasons. Get your act together !!

Very handy hotel for visiting Cape Cod. We had a room with two large beds, it was clean and had a decent view of the pool. Decent breakfast is included, although it gets quite busy. Parking was very easy. We did get a good night's sleep, very quiet.

Stayed at the All Seasons Resort for a July 4th week vacation. The location was good - within an hour of all area beaches up to Truro and also within 15-20 minutes of the Cape Cod Mall if you go west. The staff was always very helpful and accomodating. The exterior of the property was good. They are in the process of upgrading the hotel and they had just resealed the parking lot. However, it's the interior of the hotel where some continued improvements could be made. Again, it looks like they recently made improvements but what should be just minor annoyances slowly added up to an experience that should have been better than it was. In the room, the new bathroom tiles were clicking. This makes me think the bonding isn't as strong as it should be. The new carpet felt like there were some metal latches in some areas where the old floor was; almost like you were stepping on a buckle of some sort. Bathroom hardware was falling off the wall. And on the last night, the AC started making a constant buzzing sound like a piece of paper was inside the unit. The beds and furniture looked new, though, so that was good. Overall, the room was clean and I was given the sense that the cleaning staff did their due diligence to make sure the room was ready for the next guest. Breakfast had the usual options - cereal, waffles, bagels, muffins, eggs, sausage, etc. But, take your food elsewhere because that room was hot and muggy with no airflow. It looked like maybe it could have been an office space in a previous life with no air vents, no A/C, windows to open, etc. And that also describes the corridors of the hotel other than the lobby - hot and muggy and needing some airflow. The hotel also needs more trash cans; even if it's just at the hotel entrances. Lastly, and this was a biggie if you have kids that need their devices - the WiFi was terrible and there's hardly cell phone signal at this spot. If we ever got some sort of signal at all, it was dial up modem speeds from 1997. It shouldn't matter, but let's be realistic. I really wanted to like this place. The location is great. Room looked clean. Staff is friendly. Food options all around. Indoor and outdoor pools. Close to any area beaches or landmarks you want to check out. Maybe that's all you need. But, overall, for me it was just OK and I'd have to see if things improve further before I stay again.

This hotel was very dirty and outdated. When we entered our room it smelled like mold. After further investigation we discovered the mold in the AC unit. Behind the bed were spiderwebs and many dead spiders and bugs. The bathroom was gross too. I would not recommend

This hotel is outdated and dirty. There was mold on the a/c and spider webs behind the bed. The room smelled of mold and the bathroom was dirty . The staff was very nice. They gave us a new room but that one smelled too. We left because we didn’t feel comfortable staying the night .

I was in the area and looked for something with availability for one night and found the All Seasons. The room was very clean, bed comfortable, individual heat/cooling, and pleasant staff. I did t have an opportunity to try all the facilities, which is why my review is 4 stars and not 5. One issue for me was the channels available on the TV included no national news stations…ABC, CBS, NBC, but there were many other entertainment channels which had no interest to me.

The hotel itself was decent. Rooms were clean but on the smaller side, no real chair to sit at, the desk had an outdoor poolside chair. The breakfast was nothing to write home to. Besides lots of bread options there was really nothing else. The worst thing is…. hockey players! They must have a big event this weekend every year because last year we stayed in the area at a different hotel and it was an issue too. They think they own the place! Play hockey in every hallway, run up and down the hallways screaming and knocking on random doors, have no care about others in the pool and the parents just sit around drinking and let this happen. So if you want to get away Veteran’s weekend, I would avoid the Cape!

Just stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Selected the King superior room for my husband who has issues with his knees, so we could be on the ground level. Room is nice and clean, beds are really comfortable and nice big bathroom. Tiny fridge. Included breakfast had a good selection however the hot options (egg/potatoes or sausage/pancakes) were only lukewarm when there was some left for us at 9:00 am. Loved the pool and hot tub area. Only issue was with service: receptionnist too busy to help with recommendations of restaurants and maid came in our room even if we had the 'do not disturb' sign and argued with us it wasn't there.

A very comfortable night stay. Hairdryer did not work but was replaced within minutes of reporting it to receptionist which was excellent. The pool was heated and a decent size for swimming. The hot tub was hot and very lovely for it. The only downside was noisy air conditioning. But this was minor. Everything else was great

I have stayed at the "All Seasons" on and off since the 1980's, travelling from Canada. I have seen 3-ownership changes, yet always enjoyed the atmosphere, location, pool areas and occasional continental style breakfasts. Since I can remember the staff have always been polite, attentive and helpful. This visit was a really pleasant experience as I discovered quite a few "value added" improvements had been made throughout the property, the clean and well appointed rooms especially with the upgrades and renewals, also the pool perimeter upgrades (no more splinters) and the very good breakfast offerings. The staff was also very accommodating and helpful. I also considered the weather and room prices (very reasonable) so I booked an extra nights stay with the help of Tiffany. Will I return, you bet I will!! Thank you, for adding to my memories. JC.
