Lovely little boutique hotel. Only small but lovely decor - very well appointed rooms. Friendly staff. Continental breakfast in your room delivered punctually. Mini bar with goodies included in room rate. Bathroom with good shower Very clean

The experience at this hotel was outstanding. It provided comprehensive amenities and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was delicious, the beds extremely comfortable, and the bathroom elegantly designed, making our stay highly satisfying. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel as it offers a central location and parking directly outside. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, and we lacked nothing during our stay.

Such a lovely stay at the No.4 Carlton Hotel, I can’t recommend it enough!! Friendly and attentive staff, especially Michelle, who checked us in and made sure we had everything we need throughout the stay. Each room has its own style and are all super clean and comfy, the Christmas decorations made it extra special at this time of year too - I’ll certainly be back!

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, the decor, ambience and attention to detail are exemplary! My wife even went so far as to say it the best Hotel she has ever stayed in and I can definitely say the bed is the comfiest ever!! Simply outstanding and we will definitely be back!! Thank you to Michelle and the team at No.4 Carlton!

Lovely hotel and I really did feel looked after from the moment I walked in. I only stayed one night but really wished I'd booked two! The room was warm, snuggly, very modern with underfloor heating and THAT FRIDGE. Thank you!

This hotel is so lovely and just what Southampton needed. It's a gorgeous boutique hotel in a brilliant location, walking distance to so much. The rooms are luxurious with the softest sheets and we'll thought out design, I love how each room is unique with different features and colour themes.

What an absolute gem! We booked for an overnight stay before embarking on a cruise. We couldn't have found a more comfortable, more inviting or beautiful hotel for our stay. The hospitality is top notch. The comfy bed was wonderful after traveling for 24+ hours. After waking at an odd hour (thank you jet lag) the office staff pointed out some local restaurants and even offered to walk and pick up our order for us. In the morning, the fresh baked continental breakfast was the perfect way to start our day. If you are coming to Southampton, do not miss this place.

A surprising find! This hotel was simply amazing. From the very moment we walked through the door nothing was too much trouble. The reception area was welcoming and quick to check in. The room exceeded expectations, it was modern, the bed very comfy and the en-suite was very luxurious. The complimentary items in the fridge were an added bonus and helped to make the experience. Nothing was too much trouble, an umbrella because it was raining and somebody who was willing to give recommendations of where to eat. Quite simply a luxury hotel. We will stay again.
