Avis : Holiday Inn Southend

Hôtel incroyable juste à côté de l'aéroport, vous avez votre propre vue sur la piste, de magnifiques chambres spacieuses avec des lits confortables et beaucoup d'espace, nous avions une chambre familiale avec un canapé-lit et un lit king size, une belle salle de bains et le service client était adorable à la réception et au personnel. Petit-déjeuner bon choix et sur le toit, belle vue et décoration partout, j'y retournerais sans hésiter et je le recommanderais à tout le monde. Merci x

The hotel location is good, nearby the retail park. And around 10mins drive to the seafront. But the hotel room too small compare with the other area outside London. We booked the airport view, but the window also too small. So not really enjoy with the view. The hotel is old, but the staff are very friendly and helpful. Not too many facilities in the hotel. By the way, we are really enjoyed our trip in Holiday Inn. If we come to Southend on sea we will come again.

Dirty in bathroom with mould Other that that clean

Stayed here couple of nights ago before my morning flight, Must say I was pleasantly surprised because we were greeted upon entry by very friendly and smiley staff. Rooms were very clean, mattress was very comfortable and I had a great nights sleep. The restaurant was brilliant and again staff were excellent both for dinner and breakfast. May even consider coming back to stay here with family next year! Well done to the staff!

The service was excellent. The room was cleaned every day. The staff were very helpful and service in the restaurant was first class. The food was lovely .  We felt very welcome and would love to return if the opportunity arises.

Hotel Was not up to standard and they ripped us off with the parking due to miscommunication

The hotel is 5 minutes walk from Southend Airport and railway station. Restaurant is on the 5th floor. Opposite the hotel is a McDonald restaurant.

Upon arrival this is what I noticed under the desk in the room which surely could've been wiped down beforehand and also found a blonde hair in the sofa bed!

房間真不錯，早餐也很好，估計是定位給中轉紹森德機場的旅客和便宜旅行團的吧。如果是倫敦市裡，估計得1500＋一晚了。從機場火車站出來，五分鐘就走到，門口還一家麥當勞。有需要的旅客，可以選擇，物超所值。
