The location is fantastic, and the views over the river make it a great place to dine or have a drink. This is not a luxury resort but some of the prices suggest it is. On the other hand, the staff in the restaurant and Ricki at reception were world class, attentive and professional.

Excellent riverside room and a wonderful resort overall. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. The gardens and surroundings in the resort are well maintained. The swimming pool is a great place to relax on a sunny afternoon, the restaurant and bar has excellent food refreshing drinks. It gets quite busy on the weekend and with big groups, but you can see why once you experience the facilities.
Apart from the resort it's also home to safpar, they have many different options for travel along the zambezi and falls. We chose the river float, game drive and sunset cruise combo (Around $180) and it was totally worth it!
Will definitely stop by again next time I'm in town.

This hotel was excellent ! The location was right on the Zambezi River. The accommodation was in chalets which very spacious and clean. Shower and bathroom were high spec. Restaurant was an open air bar style overlooking the river. Menu fantastic. In the evening there was entertainment. Staff extremely professional and welcoming. 15 mins drive to Victoria Falls. Can book many excursions direct from reception. I opted for the Zambezi River Cruise, where the cruise departs from the hotel. Would go back again.

Touristy place of course and they want money for everything, including for towels to use at the swimming pool! They also sell you tours all the time! But at least the place is nice, some monkeys around, nice garden, room was clean, breakfast was nice and staff at breakfast and dinner was friendly. Dinner cheap, beer cheap. But lots of guests are primitive and do not behave nice. Overall not bad for two nights. Not far from the falls. Sambia is a very poor country and the difference with Namibia is like day and night.

Hotel was beautifully laid out along the Zambezi river with a lovely outdoor restaurant on the river bank. Sitting outside by the river was really pleasant. Breakfast was included in our room rate and served by the river. There were many food choices and good coffee as well. Our room was in the A-V area, do not recommend this area. Better rooms are the chalets. The walls were thin and we could hear our neighbor coughing at night. The bathroom was excellent however! The layout of the hotel is beautiful with gardens and a stream where you might see crocodiles sunning themselves. The staff were very friendly and helpful and they arranged transportation for us for dinner at another hotel in Livingstone. Overall a really lovely experience.

Stsying at Waterfront is a great experience. A great range of exciting activitIes is available and the famed Victoria Falls is only a short drive away - you can even see the spray and hear the thunder of the falls while you have breakfast! Excellent value and a truly excellent location.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Waterfront. The location is lovely, with views and dining right along the Zambezi. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The entire staff were so friendly and helpful. One morning we had to leave early for a day trip before breakfast was ready, and the staff packed us breakfast to go. Also the activities we booked through Safpar were excellent.

I enjoyed my stay at the Waterfront. Super friendly staff, accommodating every whim. They have a travel agency attached that helped me stay busy for the two days I spent there. I never felt unsafe (female solo traveler). I loved the deck and having a sunset beer by the river there, food was fine. I stayed in the ground floor of one of the river-facing rooms. It was beautiful, comfy beds, mosquito nets, everything super clean! Just make sure you lock everything and don't leave the door cracked, the monkeys are very active there and will run off with anything in reach- they even strategize.
