Our stay at the Silk Commerce Clubhouse in Wuzhen wasn’t just a hotel visit; it was an experience of sublime harmony. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere where history and contemporary luxury are woven together with impeccable taste. The property itself is a masterpiece of preservation. The historical structure, with its classic Jiangnan water town architecture, has been converted with the utmost respect and sophistication. Inside, however, every modern amenity is thoughtfully integrated—plush bedding, a stunning rain shower, and elegant tech touches—creating a sanctuary of comfort that honors the past without sacrificing a single present-day pleasure. A crowning jewel of each day was the made-to-order breakfast. It was nothing short of spectacular—perfectly balanced, fresh, and beautifully presented. It provided the ideal, energizing start, especially because this clubhouse offers a golden key to Wuzhen: the privilege of exploring the ancient canals and lanes in the serene morning hours, blissfully free from the crowds. To have the misty, poetic beauty of Wuzhen almost to oneself is an unforgettable luxury, and it’s an advantage that truly sets this property apart. Yet, what truly elevated our stay from exceptional to unforgettable was the service, personified by Jiajia. Her warm, attentive, and genuinely caring hospitality catered to our every need with a graceful efficiency and a radiant smile. She anticipated requests, offered wonderful local insights, and handled every detail with such personal care that we felt not just as guests, but as cherished friends. She is the heart and soul of the Clubhouse experience. The Silk Commerce Clubhouse is more than a place to sleep; it’s the perfect, tranquil base from which to fall in love with Wuzhen. It offers a rare blend of cultured history, modern comfort, culinary delight, and, most importantly, a standard of service that makes you feel profoundly welcome. Le salon était spacieux et super propre, tout ce qu'on avait besoin (ils ont même un menu de pigeon!!). Il nous attendait juste là où nous nous amenions et nous guiderait directement vers le site d'attraction, leur service nous a permis de passer par le malheur, comme l'achat de billets et le contrôle des bagages, que d'autres touristes doivent passer par. Le petit déjeuner et le dîner étaient fantastiques, le dîner était également très cher. Le séjour n'a pas été le plus cher mais il a été certainement l'une des meilleures expériences durant notre voyage!

Everything about our stay was excellent. The hotel is situated within the scenic area, which was incredibly convenient. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and immaculate, but the entire hotel was a beautiful experience - the courtyards, greenery, and the soothing scent. There was a floral water spray in the room to relieve mosquito bites, which I used plenty. After a long day of sightseeing, the foot bath at the end of the day was the absolute cherry on top. Lastly, the service was top-notch, especially from our butler, Su Mu, who took amazing care of us throughout our stay - from the moment we entered the area, till we entered the didi when we left. Probably the best hotel service we've experienced! We would love to stay here again, but maybe not in mosquito season!

Situé rue de l'Ouest, au cœur du site touristique de Xizha (en sortant de l'hôtel, tournez à gauche pour rejoindre l'Académie Zhaoming ; le studio Migu de « L'aspiration à la vie » se trouve juste derrière l'entrée arrière de l'hôtel), cet hôtel est aménagé dans une ancienne maison. Son cadre élégant offre une parenthèse de tranquillité loin de l'agitation urbaine, garantissant une nuit paisible. Le service était irréprochable : le majordome est venu nous chercher au parking situé à l'extérieur du site, s'est occupé des formalités de stationnement et d'entrée dans le parc, et nous a présenté en détail les attractions et activités proposées. Compte tenu de notre séjour de deux jours, l'hôtel a organisé notre petit-déjeuner sur place, nous offrant ainsi une expérience unique avec le service de thé matinal. Bien que les installations soient un peu vieillottes, les équipements de salle de bains Kohler sont en excellent état, témoignant d'un investissement important lors des rénovations initiales. Cet hôtel est idéal pour apprécier la douceur de vivre à Wuzhen.

This was by far our favourite hotel during our trip (and we stayed in 5 hotels, some double the price of this). Initially I was apprehensive as I didn't really like the style of the room and preferred something simpler and cleaner looking but everything was so well done and executed, it ended up being almost impossible to leave the room because it was just so incredibly cosy and comfortable! (be warned haha.). We even got upgraded to a much larger room despite staying just 1 night! The river view from the window at night was lovely and the breakfast was abundant as well! Though we would have preferred if it was served slower as most of our food got cold since they were all brought out almost at the same time LOL. Hotel also has a gorgeous garden and the overall place is gorgeous! I also saw various reviews about the butler Xiao Wei and thought it might have been one of those review us and mention our names to get a free gift thing that's popular these days but nope. Xiao Wei really was the pièce de résistance of this establishment and made our stay 100% even better than it was 🥹. He was friendly and approachable, kind and extremely sincere in every way - and his service was by far the best we've ever encountered in any hotel around the world. On the last day I found out that Wuzhen specializes in a specific Chrysanthemum tea but I couldn't seem to find it. I texted him asking if he knew which shops had it and he offered to bring me to a gift shop that was located at the exit. Instead, he surprised me with a bag of it when I texted him just 30 minutes before checking out. We'll definitely come back and stay at the Eden Club soon! In fact, it would likely be mainly because of Xiao Wei and how cared for we felt hahaha.

Had a wonderful stay at Pullman Haining. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The bed was especially comfortable — perfect for a good rest after a long day. Service was professional and smooth throughout the stay. Special thanks to Hans for the warm hospitality and excellent assistance during our visit. Really appreciated the attention to detail and friendly service. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers visiting Haining.

L'hôtel dégage une atmosphère élégante et artistique, avec des peintures et des installations qui le transforment en une petite galerie d'art. La cuisine du restaurant 良膳 est également époustouflante, la présentation et les saveurs surpassent de nombreux restaurants primés 'Black Pearl'. La bibliothèque 良卷 est très originale avec ses livres, et mérite qu'on y passe du temps à lire. Le bar, en contrebas, se fond harmonieusement avec le bassin de la cour intérieure. La piscine est absolument à voir, les œuvres de M. Ding Yi transformées en carreaux de céramique tapissent le bassin, créant une beauté à couper le souffle, comme si l'on nageait au milieu d'un tableau ou d'un ciel étoilé. Enfin, je dois mentionner le service de 良壤 : attentif et omniprésent, le personnel est à la fois diligent et chaleureux. En somme, c'est un hôtel de villégiature élégant et accueillant.

Les chambres sont nouvelles, la propreté est grande, le petit déjeuner est bon! Le service du personnel est grand, professionnel, poli et utile! Le parc thématique de la mode Puyuan vaut la visite si vous êtes un débutant qui souhaite avoir une expérience de la scène Jiangnan antique pour la première fois. Mais tout est là, surtout si vous n'êtes pas sûr de ce que vous attendez, c'est là où vous pouvez commencer. Le scénario et l'expérience sont excellentes. J'ai eu une expérience photo avec des costumes Han dans Yun-Xiang Costume Shop, aka Pu Yuan Yi Jin. Les photos sont super! L'équipe est super! Aime-le! Mais vous suggéreriez de ne pas visiter pendant le week-end parce que l'ensemble du parc est occupé, y compris les magasins de photos re super occupé. Faites votre appointment et votre planification.

Toute ville antique est belle à la nuit comme la peinture et la photographie. Ainsi, l'hôtel antique avec le petit déjeuner est très parfumé. Les services du jardin sont également disponibles. Le personnel de la voiture est également bien équipé. La zone de paysage est très tissulaire mais aussi ordonnée. On peut aussi trouver le silence dans le ciel. Le seul regret est que la gestion du parking hors de la zone de paysage est un peu délicate, que le retour à la maison soit inconfortable, et que la zone de paysage puisse mieux définir la gestion du parking.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Alila Wuzhen, and I can confidently say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. We stayed in the “Garden Suite King,” which was not only clean and spacious but also featured a stunning private garden that added a touch of tranquility to our stay. The hot bathtub was a delightful bonus, providing the perfect spot to unwind and relax The service at Alila Wuzhen was exceptional. Both the room service and front desk staff were incredibly responsive and helpful. The front desk took the time to carefully explain all the facilities to us, ensuring that we felt welcomed and well-informed throughout our stay One of the highlights of our trip was dining at the hotel’s Chinese restaurant. The food was fantastic, and the ambiance was enhanced by a stylish setting surrounded by bamboo. This thoughtful design created a sense of privacy for each table, making our dining experience even more enjoyable I was also pleased to discover that the gym is open 24 hours, which is a significant advantage for fitness enthusiasts. Additionally, the indoor swimming pool was kept at a warm temperature, allowing us to take a refreshing swim even during the chilly winter nights Lastly, the villa-type design of the hotel is simply breathtaking. Every corner is aesthetically pleasing, making it feel like a photo opportunity at every step. Overall, Alila Wuzhen exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return for another memorable stay!
