The property itself is a masterpiece of preservation. The historical structure, with its classic Jiangnan water town architecture, has been converted with the utmost respect and sophistication. Inside, however, every modern amenity is thoughtfully integrated—plush bedding, a stunning rain shower, and elegant tech touches—creating a sanctuary of comfort that honors the past without sacrificing a single present-day pleasure.
A crowning jewel of each day was the made-to-order breakfast. It was nothing short of spectacular—perfectly balanced, fresh, and beautifully presented. It provided the ideal, energizing start, especially because this clubhouse offers a golden key to Wuzhen: the privilege of exploring the ancient canals and lanes in the serene morning hours, blissfully free from the crowds. To have the misty, poetic beauty of Wuzhen almost to oneself is an unforgettable luxury, and it’s an advantage that truly sets this property apart.
Yet, what truly elevated our stay from exceptional to unforgettable was the service, personified by Jiajia. PPamela Chong MeisiStayed at Splendid Clubhouse for 2 nights, and it was truly one of the highlights of my trip to China. I highly recommend slowing down and fully enjoying the serene, scenic surroundings this property offers—it’s an experience in itself.
From the moment I booked, the service was exceptional. My personal butler, Xiao Shen, reached out a day before my arrival to coordinate everything, including arranging for a seamless pick-up at the Scenic Area. Throughout my stay, Xiao Shen was attentive and thoughtful, ensuring every detail was taken care of—from daily arrangements to recommending great dining options.
Do make it a point to dine within the hotel, especially at Jin An Si Fang Cai (锦岸私房菜)—the food was outstanding. I was also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the view from my room was simply breathtaking, overlooking beautiful spring blooms.
Breakfast was another standout experience. It was incredibly delicious and thoughtfully curated, with multiple courses that were so satisfying I could easily skip lunch. Guests select their breakfast in advance, and everything is promptly served upon arrival at the restaurant, making the experience both seamless and indulgent.
Overall, the impeccable service, stunning views, and attention to detail made this an unforgettable stay. I would highly recommend Splendid Clubhouse to anyone looking for a peaceful and elevated retreat.

Son cadre élégant offre une parenthèse de tranquillité loin de l'agitation urbaine, garantissant une nuit paisible. Le service était irréprochable : le majordome est venu nous chercher au parking situé à l'extérieur du site, s'est occupé des formalités de stationnement et d'entrée dans le parc, et nous a présenté en détail les attractions et activités proposées. Compte tenu de notre séjour de deux jours, l'hôtel a organisé notre petit-déjeuner sur place, nous offrant ainsi une expérience unique avec le service de thé matinal. Bien que les installations soient un peu vieillottes, les équipements de salle de bains Kohler sont en excellent état, témoignant d'un investissement important lors des rénovations initiales. Cet hôtel est idéal pour apprécier la douceur de vivre à Wuzhen.

From the moment of pick-up at the guest service center to the final drop-off, everything was perfectly orchestrated. The entire experience was highly professional while still maintaining a warm and personal touch.
The room was spotless, very spacious, and thoughtfully equipped, including a fridge stocked with complimentary drinks. Upon arrival, the scenic area and park were clearly explained, and throughout my stay the staff anticipated needs almost before I expressed them.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The team was extremely friendly and attentive. While English was basic, they handled communication seamlessly using mobile translators, ensuring everything was smooth and efficient.
A special highlight was the complimentary boat ride from the hotel along the main canal to the reception area — a beautiful and memorable experience.
The scenic area itself is stunning: charming during daylight and absolutely magical at night when illuminated.
The hotel’s location is ideal — just a few steps from the river, centrally positioned within the park, and very close to the most iconic bridges.
I can strongly recommend both the scenic area and especially this hotel.

EEUC riderFantastic rooms. Very large and well appointed. Restaurants don’t do well for vegans but otherwise fine. Service in the Paulaner bar was slow with only one server the evening we tried it. It’s not cheap but it’s very good value for what you get. I’ve stayed twice and would definitely stay again. Recommended if you want to be near the train station.

Ccherrywu0502Je suis venu à Wuzhen pour découvrir le festival de théâtre et aussi pour voir l'exposition spéciale ”Le cœur de Chopin” au musée d'art de Muxin. J'ai fait attention à l'hébergement à Wuzhen longtemps à l'avance et j'ai finalement choisi le Tong'an Inn dans la zone pittoresque avec le style. de la République de Chine, je n'ai pas été déçu. La planification unifiée de Wuzhen est spéciale. Le personnel de l'hôtel est prévenant et enthousiaste, en particulier Miss Wang Yue ! Lors de la consultation téléphonique, nous avons patiemment expliqué, pris des dispositions à l'avance, fourni des recommandations d'applications pour les sites pittoresques et prêté attention à l'ensemble du processus pendant notre séjour. Merci encore ! Il existe de nombreux types de chambres d'hôtel. Nous avons choisi la chambre de style République de Chine dans le bâtiment 2, qui se trouve juste à côté du jardin de sauce Xuchang et qui est très confortable. Pendant le festival de théâtre, l'hôtel propose également des images spéciales pour que les clients puissent en apprendre davantage, ce qui est très prévenant ! En raison d'affaires temporaires, je suis allé et venu précipitamment. Je choisirai Tong'an Inn la prochaine fois que je reviendrai.

MMichael Exploring China and BeyondWe booked our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Jiaxing, to celebrate my wife's Birthday, and to enjoy Dragon Boat Festival.
The initial impact when entering the Hotel is good, the fragrance is pleasant, and the decor is modern and sleek.
During the online booking process, I had some Special Requests ”Romantic Theme” for the room, the request, was promptly approved.
Upon entering the Hotel, we were greeted by Sandy, at the front of House / Reception area.
Her service was prompt and professional.
She was friendly and informed us, that my wife would be receiving a cake for her Birthday.
The check in process was efficient.
We had the opportunity to briefly meet Edith, the Manager on duty.
She was friendly and welcoming.
The Birthday Cake and Fruit Platter, was delivered to our room, shortly after we checked in.
In my experience, the ”Restaurant” is the ”heartbeat” of any successful Hotel.
A restaurant with poor service and / or bad food, will surely lead to the demise of the business.
Fortunately, that's not the case for the ”Eatery Restaurant” at the ”Four Points by Sheraton” in Jiaxing.
The Restaurant's Staff are all very professional, and take pride in what they do.
The Buffet Dinner is available, during the weekends, and is very reasonably priced (great value for money).
The variety and quality of the cusine, is on International standard.
Western and Chinese dishes, are professionally prepared, and served at this Restaurant.
If I were to single out on special dish, it would most definitely be the ”Beef Wellington”, it was perfectly cooked and presented (the Best I have eaten, to date).
Compliments to the chef/s in this regard.
Special thanks to Tina, whom is always courteous, when I / we, visit the Restaurant.
Infact, Tina is the reason for my return and stay at the Hotel, this time around.
As she was most courteous and professional, during another visit to the Restaurant some time back.

I could not help but notice, that Housekeeping were cleaning the rooms thoroughly.
Their service should not be overlooked, as their hard work, ensure that the facilities remain on standard.
Breakfast was excellent, with a superior variety of quality dishes and ingredients available.
We can recommend the ”Four Points by Sheraton” Jiaxing, to all guests, foreign and domestic.
We look forward to our next stay, and hope to enjoy many more special moments at this Hotel.
