« L'emplacement est très bon, entouré de quartiers commerçants et commerciaux. Cette fois, je voyageais seul et le personnel de l'hôtel m'a aidé à réserver une chambre face au paysage de Taipei 101. J'étais de bonne humeur après l'avoir vu. La chambre était très calme et propre. Le problème, c'est que j'ai dû acheter des articles jetables séparément au lieu de les avoir fournis gratuitement au comptoir sur demande. Le prix de la chambre n'est déjà pas bon marché, il devrait être plus rentable. Le hall d'entrée est situé au 6ème étage et n'a pas une atmosphère très grandiose. Le personnel du comptoir semble être un peu en sous-effectif. L'entrée au 1er étage est très petite et peu visible. Le tarif de la chambre est de 8 000 à 9 000 par nuit mais n'inclut pas le petit-déjeuner. J'essaierai de prendre le petit-déjeuner la prochaine fois. »

« C'est un hôtel que je reviendrai quand je visiterai Taiwan pour un voyage familial.  Il y a des regrets en moi pour ne pas pouvoir passer plus de temps à l'hôtel.  Room : Spacious, very vintage decoration which I like it a lot. Clean Service : Personnel amical, je pense que la famille gère cet hôtel.  Plus point, c'est la raison principale pour laquelle je réserve cet hôtel : Il est accueilli avec chaud privé dans la chambre !!  Mais une chose à noter, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur à l'hôtel, donc vous allez monter les escaliers avec votre bagage. »

« Great Location, Friendly Staff, and Thoughtful Amenities – But Bathroom Needs Attention We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and found many things to love. The location is excellent—just a short walk to metro stations and bus stops, and about 15 minutes on foot to Ximending. It’s close enough to the action but still quiet at night, which was perfect for us. There are also several kid-friendly attractions nearby, which made getting around with our son easy and enjoyable. The hotel offers a free shuttle service, which is a great convenience, although it would be even better if it started earlier and ran more frequently. One of the highlights of our stay was the free guided tour—our guide was amazing! She spoke fluent English, was very knowledgeable, and made the experience truly memorable. Another charming feature is the old-school snack corner, which is complimentary for guests. It’s a nostalgic and fun touch. It’s not available 24/7 (unlike another hotel we stayed at in Taiwan), but since it’s part of the restaurant area, it follows their opening hours—which is understandable. The staff deserve special praise—they were consistently helpful, proactive, and kind. From check-in to daily interactions, everyone made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The rooms have recently been renovated and look fresh and modern. I particularly appreciated the switch from carpeted to hard floors—it feels much cleaner and more hygienic. The room itself is spacious, with ample closet space, and the layout is thoughtful, especially for families. However, the bathroom design could use some improvement. While I liked the concept of having a bathtub in the shower area—great for kids to enjoy a bath without splashing everywhere—the tub design wasn't very family-friendly. It's a Japanese-style, tiled tub with sharp edges, and I got scratched multiple times. It doesn’t feel safe for young children. The wooden rack and bucket also had visible mold, and mold was beginning to appear around the tub edges as well. This was disappointing, especially since my son has sensitive skin and developed a rash after using the tub. Despite the bathroom concerns, we still had a great overall experience. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location, friendly staff, thoughtful services, and family-friendly features—just be cautious about the tub if you're traveling with young children or anyone with sensitive skin. »
