Hôtel spa à Almaty

Mixed feelings. Great location and lovely staff! But we had a room where the TV wasn’t working. First night they told us they can only fix it the next day. Then the next day they said they can only do it the next day again. Plus this was after my multiple phone calls, it seemed that the maintenance team just ignored us. And the reception offered a 20% discount on room services as apologies for the long wait. In the end as they can’t do anything, I asked if we could change room. So we got a new room… with a half working tv… but with broken aircon… we called reception and was told they can control it from their end. Still not working. So we went out for dinner and asked them to check it out. When we returned, there were technicians in our room fixing the air conditioner. And we sat around outside for an hour before it was fixed. In the end, after hassling the whole day we finally had a working room at 9pm… All the staff were very polite and tried hard to resolve the issue. But I feel everything in a room should be working before guests check in. alternatively we did ask to change room again but not sure why that wasn’t considered but instead they want to keep us waiting around for another hour in the lobby.

L'hôtel est très situé, pas loin du musée central, il y a un restaurant à pied. La chambre est relativement grande, le style de l'hallo est ancien et le taux de séjour des vacances n'est pas très élevé. Avec l'établissement de l'hôtel Wanhoo, l'hôtel Aramatu sera plus meilleur à l'avenir.

Place would have been okay, but first of all, there’s no bidet anywhere in this country. The only shattaf spray I found was in a gasoline station restroom. We stayed for 3 nights and the place was generally clean. They did clean our room, though not thoroughly, maybe because the place is a bit old, so even with effort, it doesn’t feel much different. The location is great though, just a short walk to Mega Park, and the area has a nice Korean vibe. There’s even a nearby street where people sing and dance, which was fun to see. The security staff were friendly, always smiling, and very accommodating. However, the reception staff were not as warm, a bit intimidating. Even when you ask for help or make a request, they respond decisively without offering other options or solutions. Still, they let us rest in the lobby & stored our luggage when we had to depart late due to our late check-in. Amenities are available but not easily accessible, you have to ask permission first, and it feels like they limit guest access. There’s a small lobby bar and a gym with a sauna, though I didn’t see the hot spring mentioned. Breakfast was basic and the same everyday. I didn’t enjoy it much. Overall, it’s a nice and fairly well-maintained hotel. Installing shattaf sprays would be a huge improvement! The location is good, rooms are maintained, and I really appreciated the security staff. But after this first experience, probably wouldn’t stay again.

If you are in Almaty, the best place undoubtedly is Swissotel. It's a beautiful and most stunning resort without a doubt, spread over a few kilometers, with a golf course, lake, woods etc. You can actually spend a couple of days just being there relaxing. This was my 2nd visit to this property in the last 6 months and is in my itenary once every year to experience Almaty and Swissotel. Prior to this I have stayed I have stayed twice in another top brand of the world, but believe me, there is nothing better than Swissotel. My stay at the hotel once again was truly exceptional! The atmosphere is relaxing, elegant, and filled with genuine hospitality. Every detail — from the welcoming smiles at reception to the peaceful ambiance of the thermal area — shows how much care goes into every guest’s experience. Every area and facility in the resort is top class - gym, spa..... And the pool is a combination of amazing experiences. A special mention to Manager Karina, who did her job with excellence and professionalism. I called up the hotel from India for check in formalities and Karina organised it for me and my friends in a flash. She is always on top of everything, ensuring every guest feels special and well taken care of. Her attention to detail and warm attitude perfectly represent the spirit of this hotel. The whole team deserves praise for creating such a wonderful and memorable atmosphere. This place is a true gem and a MUST stay

It is located centrally, enabling travellers to have easy assess to connecting public bus services, subways, walking distance to nearby eateries, restaurants, the famous Green Bazaar and the sceneic, spacious park that housed the famous Zenkov Cathedral! All the staffs were amazing, from the frontline to the housekeeping and managers on duty. They communicated well, speak good English, and were extremely patient and helpful in answering my questions about the hotel facilities, going to certain places, etc. Although the breakfast food selection is not much, it was still outstanding - the bread were fresh, the coffee selection is excellent, fresh cut fruits, and these were sufficient to fill my appetite during my stay for the breakfast! I would definitely recommend travellers and visitors to Almaty to consider staying at the Grand Tien Shan hotel, its a ”GRAND” feeling you wouldn't want to miss! Enjoy!

San. node est dans une situation détestable. Dans la cabine de douche, le stylo est rempli, lorsque le nettoyage n'est pas éliminé. La cranie du mélangeur dans la douche est fermée sous son propre poids pour laver elle doit le tenir avec la main. Vous pouvez laver dans la salle de bain, mais la salle de bain est endommagée par la valve de verrouillage, le mécanisme de verrouillage est cassé, la valve est simplement installée dans le siphon sur l'isolat 🤦🏻. La soupape est difficile à enlever, mais il est possible, en même temps dans le mélangeur dans la salle de bains il n'y a pas de pression, laver le corps est suffisant, mais les cheveux sont extrêmement problématiques. Dans la chambre il n'y a pas de table et de tug, ils sont apportés sur demande, attendant - 20-30 minutes, table plat est loin de la première fraîcheur, sur le cadre métal vendu sera stricté un jet de taille universelle, doublé avec des pentes. Aucune serrure de porte (chickles/chaîne), le commutateur sur la serrure n'arrête pas l'accès du personnel de l'hôtel, une impression séparée est de se réveiller du fait que la personne du service 🤦🏻 passe par la chambre, face à cela après la première nuit, Après cela, il a publié le ”Ne vous dérangez pas”. Si vous n'avez pas retiré le numéro le matin, pour aucune raison, le numéro de ce jour sans votre rappel ne sera pas retiré.

Novotel Almaty City Centre Hotel. Set in the heart of Almaty City, a few hundred feet from the iconic Soviet era Khazakstan Hotel and 20 to 30 minutes from Almaty Airport, this Novotel is modern, clean and with all the usual, essential amenities. Only one main downside is the room aircon is set by the hotel during winter months to run warm. It cannot be adjusted in the room so it became too hot and stuffy. We had to call an engineer who just unlocked the window security lock and we had to have the window wide open through the night allowing all the street noise below to echo into the room. A pleasant stay for a few nights if travelling onwards, but a bit pricey at £170.00 pounds sterling a night for two people!

Le deuxième hôtel qui habite Almatu, le style de vieille argent, l'hôtel est proche de la voiture de Kokto, le voyage est confortable, le petit déjeuner est peu nombreux, mais c'est encore génial. Ces deux jours Almatu Yuanyang sont très photos, la nouvelle année accueille un nouveau point de départ!

Booked this hotel because it was near to the airport, and being only 20 minutes away made for a great stopover between flights. That said, the hotel itself has plenty to offer. The rooms are nice and clean. We actually had an issue where we had too much hot water which is sort of the opposite problem of what you'd expect. The staff were friendly and helpful. They also had plenty of water coolers around to refill bottles, which is a nice touch not all hotels would offer. We didn't use the pool, but we saw that it was large and plenty of people were using it. Breakfast was simple, but did enough to cover all the bases. All in all, would recommend a stay here. Especially if you're looking for somewhere near the airport to crash.

Cette visite a duré quatre nuits, réservé un grand lit de la ville de haute qualité, l'expérience générale est régulière et fait référence aux amis qui souhaitent séjourner : Expérimentation de santé : à 4 points, les chambres sont bien nettoyées, les lits et les bureaux ne sont pas clairement pollués et ils sont plus tranquilles. Éco-conditionnement : 3 points, la maintenance de l'espace public n'est pas disponible, la vue urbaine est relativement commune et il n'y a pas de points de relief. Services et installations: les trois points sont fournis, les besoins en logements de base sont satisfaits, mais les installations sont en général dépassées et les services ne répondent pas à temps et les problèmes sont résolus. L'hôtel est mieux adapté à la transition de courte durée pour les voyages commerciaux et peut être choisi si les installations et les services sont moins exigeants.
