Wunderschönes Hotel mit grossem Hallenbad. Das Hotel war sehr schön dekoriert zur Vorweihnachtszeit. Leckeres, grosses vielseitiges Frühstücksbuffet. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette hôtel spa chambres agréable et surtout très calme restaurant également très correct spa super petit bémol personnes en personnel ne parle français et c et un peu loin du centre de Berlin sinon rien à redire de plus

Wonderful Place. Very very kind people. The SPA space Is very relaxing and the breakfast Is good. The Little treasure Is the bar inside: Manuel and Liza are very nice guys and give us very positive vibes! Fantastic experience!

If you have the audacity to not speak German at C2 or better level, don’t bother checking in with the retired bureaucrats who run the front desk in the evening. I’ve had better treatment at the Frankfurt Ausländerbehörde. Clean room that’s spacious, good restaurant selection on Lieferando. Will never return thanks to the desk attendant.

It is not admissible in 2023 an hotel without air conditioning sorry. With climate change is a must have. Receptionists young and busy. Restaurant with few choices and medium quality. I break a spear in favor of the masseur competent and kind 🙂

No issues with the room nor staff. The breakfast buffet is good. Located not far from the U7 line into the city center. Not too much right around there but can walk 15 minutes for some dinner options. Looks to have a large spa and fitness area though I didn’t use it.

My best friend found this hotel for us - but we didn't realize it's a few miles outside of the city. To our surprise - that was a happy accident. We LOVED it here. On the way to the train station every morning, we walked through the lovely town of Spandau - and stopped at the bakeries, restaurants - and farmer's markets! And the train is right there - about 10-15 minutes away from the hotel. The spa downstairs is also a very nice touch. Apparently people come from all over to use the spa! It's co-ed and clothing optional, and has a bunch of features: four saunas, steam rooms, ice baths, pools, hot tubs, and relaxation rooms. The hotel rooms are nice and clean, spacious - with bathtubs and showers, and we really enjoyed ourselves. The front desk people really didn't acknowledge us when we arrived or left... but it's fine. Didn't matter because the rest of the property is just stunning. Loved our time here.

This is hotel is not at the standard of 4 stars and some of the perks it advertises aren't available or up to par. I visited looking forward to a massage, roof top drink and swim in a pool. Only 1/3 was available Pros - Pools are nice - Room was quite nice as well Cons - Massage. The massages were only available for women not men. I was there on a Sunday and told I could have a massage on Tuesday - Rooftop bar was closed, despite being a few days from June - Room service menu is extremely limited. Simple things like a hamburger are not available - The restaurants are not good. One is more of a Cafe and sells wraps and the other only sells bar sandwiches and snacks. You can't count on a nice meal for a couple here. - The TV is tiny and extremely dated - The HDMI input on the TV did not work - You can order a pillow through tablet in your room which is great, except for the fact that nobody brought me said pillow. Please don't offer services you don't actually deliver. All in all, definitely not worth the price and definitely not 4 star standard. You can't count on a relaxing massage and a nice room service meal which is a shame. If you visit call ahead to make sure the hotel services are available, but beware this hotel offers many services and perks it simply doesn't deliver on.
