Avis : Hotel Fanat

L'hôtel était agréable, mais il semblait inachevé. Notre chambre était très agréable, mais les lits d'appoint (canapés-lits) étaient un peu trop petits, ce qui rendait le repos difficile.

Très difficile d accès à cause de l immense chantier bruyant et poussiéreux juste dans la rue devant hôtel!!! Vue sur des grues,accès remblai impossible. Plage publique certes proche mais quel décor. Très loin de la vieille ville ,aucune animation dans le quartier vu le chantier. Inadmissible que les agences proposent cet hôtel. Climatisation affreusement bruyante c est le pompon !!!!】

Une chambre prévue avec vue sur mer, au final, nous avons eu un petit coin de balcon avec sur mer, mais surtout vue sur chantier et grue. Dans la chambre, une soufflerie constante très bruyante. Nous sommes rentrés un soir très fatigués en comptant manger au restaurant de l'hôtel, celui-ci était fermé et bien sûr ce n'est indiqué nulle-part. Un minuscule garage très difficile d'accès et mal indiqué, donc une nuit sur deux, la voiture à dormi dehors. Bref, pour ce prix là vous trouverez bien mieux ailleurs. A fuir !

Une equipe qui se plie en qutre pour rendre votre sejour agreable Le petit dejeuner était correct avec vue sur la mer. La taille de la salle de bain correct Nous avons malheureusement été decu de notre chambre malgré la vue mer Le mobilier tres vetus la moquette tres usée et tachée

L'hôtel situé face à une grande plage publique (et aussi à un grand parking en cailloux) a cependant le mérite d'offrir une belle vue Mer. Par contre, l'environnement et le quartier en général ne sont pas un atout pour choisir cet hôtel loin de la vieille ville. Le parking en surface est petit et celui souterrain payant! De taille raisonnable, l'hôtel offre des chambres propres avec balcons. La restauration est très correcte, le personnel sympathique. Une bonne option sur SPLIT pour un court séjour

Très belle chambre,manque d'isolation. literie confortable. Le ménage excellent. Petit déjeuner sympathique malgré se faire éjecter de la table par la direction pour soit disant une réunion. Sans excuses de leur part.. Nous avons tenté le resto, plat très bon. Par contre la commande du dessert étant a 22h10, nous n'avions plus accès à la carte. C'est dommage j'aurais mis peut être une note meilleure

So I just stayed here. This is a new hotel I think. Small boutique hotel. Staff is friendly and polite the food in the restaurant is above average and the breakfast that was included was decent. Minutes from the beach. What I did not like was the bathroom. Shower was in a tub the towel racks fell off the wall, could nit get the safe to work and the bed came with two small blankets which I ended up swaping for a karge one on day two.

This hotel is first class. The rooms are spacious with a beautiful view from the balcony. The staff are double friendly & polite & extremely helpful. Excellent food. The only drawback being there are no restaurants or bars near it. Although they are only 15 minutes away by public transport. . Wouldn't hesitate to go back here. Excellent hotel

Fantastic hotel! Great location in Zjan Split. In front of the hotel the city has created a beautiful boulevard with a nice beach. The rooms in the hotel are spacious, modern and clean. The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. Good breakfast. We are coming back!

I visited Hotel Fanat on 12/05/2025. The hotel was under part construction and the surrounding area was under construction. The roads were dusty from construction trucks. Apparently the works had even going on for last 4 years. The hotel informed it only started that week. The website dowsnt inform you that the hotel under construction or surrounding areas. The hotel had spacious rooms and bathrooms. The rooms had electronic keys. Each key could access any of the rooms in the hotel making it unsafe as we brought it to their attention and they had no clue and explained there was a fault in their system. My room the key safe was never unlocked despite requesting for 3 days. We couldn’t leave our personal items in room for this reason. Security was concern and personally safety. 1 room was not cleaned and made up despite leaving clean room sign on and requested that it be done. Sofa bed in out room was left out despite requesting it for at least 4 days. Staff were initially not helpful until we asked about spa and gym. The pool was being cleaned but builders were in gym doing floor and all not accessible during our stay. We were given passes to another hotel a 15 minute walk with construction trucks passing with dust and uneven pavements surrounding the hotel making it unsafe and negotiating access. Breakfast was monotonous and same for 7 days. Dining room facilities we unable able after breakfast until we made compliant and was able to use it after 5 days. Kitchen staff and waiter were helpful and provided good service. Managers unable despite being on site and some reception staff were unhelpful and dismissive. The outside seating for breakfast and breakfast area in front hotel was under construction as metal canopy being installed. Due to dust around the hotel and area my asthma and chest infection was flared up making holiday unpleasant and stressfuI, still have not recovered 02/06/2025.

There is a huge building project all along the front of this hotel & beyond. We have a Seaview room but also the whole of the construction site. It is literally across the street. 7.15am this morning we're we woken by the loud heavy machinery. The balcony is dusty from the works, and you cannot sit out in the day as its so noisy. At the tiny beach, 5 minutes from the hotel, you have to cross the entrance to the building site to get to. But you can still hear all the machinery from the site. What annoys me most is we were not informed of this building works until a couple of days before when the hotel emailed directions. No mention of it on their website & too late to cancel as no refunds. If you log on to the Radisson website which is also effected it clearly informs guests about this work. The hotel itself is very nice & clean. The reception staff and barman have been really friendly and helpful, excellent service. Just note the restaurant is closed Tuesday & Wednesday. If I can make a couple of suggestions for the hotel. Please put the info about the building site on your website, its dishonest not to, if we had known about it we would have chosen somewhere else. It would also be nice if there was tea / coffee facilities in the room. Please put covers over your cold breakfast like you do with the hot food. It is not appealing seeing flies landing on the food. Nice hotel shame about the building site, not the hotels fault but have a responsibility to put the info on the website before taking peoples money.

The whole avenue between the sea and the hotel is going on a major construction project. It is obviously a planned project by the government or major developer. The hotel should have been informed way before the construction started. However, the hotel mentioned nothing. Just imagine if you wanted to have a relaxed beach holiday but found out that instead a huge construction site was right in front. How devastating it would be ! The staff said the outside situation is out of their control. I agree but they should have informed the guests. He said there were guests’ reviews online talking about the construction. They are not trying to hide anything. But hold on, how does it become the responsibility of the guests to tell others about the situation of the hotel? Who is charging a room for €280 a night with a huge construction site in front ? The construction will not complete until 2025, hopefully summer. Check carefully before you book the hotels on that road. Plus, there are other better hotels in that location. No need to go to this one.

Genuinely not sure if myself and the other reviewers stayed at the same place as this hotel was FANTASTIC. Staff- incredibly friendly and helpful. They even showed me how to work the sauna Facilities- pool heating wasn’t working as it wasn’t peak season. But to get lengths in and have a cool off at the end of the day it’s perfect. Sauna, showers and gym down there are also really relaxing. Great place to be with free tea Breakfast- small station as it’s a small hotel but plentiful options for both sweet and savoury. For my fellow Brits no beans. Coffee wasn’t the best but you can’t have it all Construction site- only working 9-5 Monday to Friday (if that). Can’t hear it in hotel grounds or the room just makes the walk to town a bit more challenging Town- hours walk or 20 min Uber for a fiver. I normally walked or ran it for the steps. About 20 mins walk away there is the quietest beach and a couple restaurants Rooms- got a free upgrade and there was a massive bath, heated floor, mini bar and balcony and you could see the sea
