Nous n'avons pas dormi dans cet hôtel mais y avons pris le petit-déjeuner dans le jardin privatif et c'était très sympathique. Buffet petit-déjeuner (boisson chaude, jus, viennoiseries, fruits, yogourts, oeufs sur commande,...) à volonté à 13 Euros par personne, ce qui est très correct.

Lovely little hotel. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Lovely big shower and a cute balcony. Had dinner in the hotel restaurant twice and both times the meals were excellent. The waiter was brilliant and went out of his way to make sure everything was fine for us. We booked transfers and a day trip with the hotel. The driver Simon was excellent. Very informative with a real passion for his country. Very punctual and really looked after us. Great location. Would highly recommend.

Excellent centrally located boutique hotel. We stayed in the family room which accommodated 5 of us at the top of the hotel and was extremely comfortable. Lovely staff and delicious buffet breakfast with homemade eggs on request. Highly recommend!

I can't begin to tell you what an amazing experience I had at this boutique hotel. Mile and Maya both work at the reception desk. They were so helpful, kind and professional. I was only here for 3 nights and they made sure I went to the most important places and helped me with directions since that isn't something I am very good at. My room was large and the air conditioning was very strong. Given how hot it is here right now, this was very appreciated. The water pressure and shower head was excellent. For me. This is something very important when I am traveling. Every staff member was willing to help with anything. The breakfast in the morning was great and they made eggs in any way I wanted and provided one specialty coffee like lattes at no additional charge. I travel quite a bit for work and personally. This was a wonderful experience that I would recommend to anyone. I will definitely stay here when I return to Split. The location is just far enough away from the center that it is quiet but close enough to be able to walk to everywhere. There is a church near the hotel and each night there was a concert outside. Where are there other parts that you think you can grow a lot more.

was left with a feeling of being ripped off after our three-night stay at Hotel Marul. As a family of four, we were crammed in what was the size of a double room and charged 380 euros a night for the privilege. The room was taken up with the double bed and the sofa bed and there was no room to put our luggage. It was so cramped. We were the room directly behind the reception. The air conditioning unit gurgled loudly all night keeping us awake. Breakfast was OK. The staff didn’t let us know we could order speciality coffees and omelettes. We only realised when we saw another group of guests doing it. The only positive was the location, it really is in the heart of Split and garden setting for breakfast was a mini oasis. But overall, I would not recommend staying here given the price.

We stayed 2 nights here and loved it. Arrived quite late at night which is slightly inauspicious as the taxi has to drop you at the end of a small street and someone from the hotel walks down to help with the luggage and then you use the back door. But next morning we saw how lovely the hotel is, a great terrace for breakfast around a small garden, and a brilliant location only 5 minutes walk from the old town but feeling very peaceful and secluded. Rooms were very comfortable with good air con and everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

We had our Welcome Drinks for the night before our wedding in their restaurant and garden area. I could not have been more impressed with absolutely everything from them. The food was exquisite, the drinks great value, their service and support amazing. The garden area is a stunning location. We couldn’t have been more happy with all the help they gave us and the night they laid on. Our guests were all blown away and we had an absolutely fabulous time. I can only give them massive praise. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It's about a 5-10 minute walk to the waterfront and walled portion of the city, so conveniently located. Our transfer company had a hard time finding it with the GPS so she called and was directed on where to go and the hotel staff met us and helped us with our luggage. Our room was comfortable and there was a really nice outdoor courtyard as well as a fantastic restaurant. I highly recommend.

5 stars for location and friendly staff, especially Maya and Simon. The rooms were comfortable, with very good a/c which is so important during the warm summer months! The breakfast and coffee is ok. My family and I preferred to order hot omelette and cappuccino vs. availing of the breakfast buffet. The omelettes were very good!
