Very clean with variety of breakfast buffet choices. Staff is also very polite and ready to accommodate guests. Nice and stylish reception area. Good security system at the gate with every vehicle checked before entering the premises.

Very good service. Excellent room with auto upgrade as a Marriott Bonvoy member. It was a happy stay.

The location was kind of convenient but then again, to what? The service was friendly, proficient and professional. I spilled a beverage on the bathroom floor so I used some tissues to wipe it off, lo and behold the tissues turned black. I was gobsmacked. Similar situation occurred in the living area with identical results. So needless to say hygiene is not of primary importance. Also when closed the toilet seat, the rear of the cover was stained with, I would imagine, urine. The Kitchen: The Chef and the maitre de saved the day as the dinner was of a very high standard, Congratulations guys, well done 👏 ✔️

Lovely property from Security Staff to Front Desk,FnB and Housekeeping Staff thankyou to each one of you for making our stay so comfortable and memorable , really loved the food of the hotel will definitely recommend the property to my friends and family Kudos to the Housekeeping Staff for always keeping our room clean really appreciate their hardwork will definitely visit soon ( Couldn't remember everyone's name but Mr.SAJAD and Mr.Zahid thankyou so much for your guidance in helping us explore few beautiful places in Kashmir Food and beverage team service was too prompt with finger licking food options

I had a great stay here, with amazing service. From the chefs to the housekeepers everyone was so helpful. I especially liked Saleem’s kindness, quickness in helping, and focus on making the customers satisfied. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel!

Stayed at four points Sheraton Srinagar &Sonmarg in June 1st week for 5 days .. booked a junior suite..not had a pleasant stay…as expected..In the room from window curtain to bathroom locks everything was not in good condition…whole family had food poisoning after eating dinner at their restaurant..property at Srinagar is more congested.. not even having a lawn..kids play area with all broken toys…Front office staff was not much cooperative….but housekeeping staff were much better..Never expect standards as a Marriott property….For food only limited items..property at sonmarg is beautiful, rooms are Good….,but breakfast is not at all good..

It was amazing experience and especially my heartfelt thanks to Vikas Khan, Faizan, Shakir, Danish and Zahid. Connected to their customers well-being and health. Senior authorities could have been more careful about the heads up of health issues.

Our recent four-night stay at the this property exceeded all expectations. As a Platinum, I appreciated the well-recognized member benefits demonstrated as we checked in and upgraded to as suite room.Even though we kindly declined housekeeping for privacy, their daily discreet delivery of essentials whenever requested like bottled water and towels was quick.The standout feature was the impeccable service, particularly at the restaurant by Mr. Fayaz Wani and Mr.Rasikh, our orders were perfectly severed per request during dine-in and perfectly packed take out orders for daily trip and during checkout for our long flight.

Our Stay was at Four Points by Sheraton Srinagar and Four points by Sheraton ******** . This wonderful review is regarding Altaf Ahmad ( House keeping manager) Srinagar and Kaisar Bhatt ********, Both these gentlemen were outstanding and brilliant at their positions. They made our stay pleasant and very welcoming , Srinagar hotel rooms were clean and very comfortable . The food and restaurant at ******** was simply amazing . The outstanding employees who made our stay absolutely fabulous were Kaisar Bhatt,Sakir,Nazir,Rehan,Gauharand Shazia,Fazis,Zahur. You guys were very very hardworking and pleasant. thank you

Outstanding staff and service is very nice... Ambience also good.... Must visit this hottel when go to Srinagar... Visit once.. Zahoorbhai is very good person... Food also very good here... Chef is also good.... Rooms are also good.. cleanliness and gym, kids play area also nice...

Great hotel and amazing people. They provide complementary breakfast even for pints booking. They gave us a good upgrade as part of gold membership. Their welcome drink ‘Kahwa’ was amazing. Chefs in the hotel were always helpful. Please note they also have waffles on the LIVE counter. We found that only on the 4 day of our stay. They also pack breakfast for you if you’re leaving early. Awesome experience!!

We returned to Kashmir this past Spring and chose to stay at this hotel. We were quickly moved to a different room once we requested. Azhar Pirzada and Mubashir at the front desk were very helpful. They helped us with getting around with reservations and dinner trip in the town. The restaurant staff was also very courteous and helped us with our special requests. Fir in the dining area even started the breakfast early so that we were fed before checking out early on the day of our departure. Appreciated the housing staff who took care of all our needs and also helped with getting our shoes cleaned.

The hotel exteriors are not great but indoors are pleasant. The staff is exemplary in their attitude to making guests comfortable. The normal rooms are average but we hot upgraded to the Deluxe rooms which were spacious and well furnished . The bathroom was better and spacious. The only negative is road noise in the rooms facing the main road. Buffet is very average but a la carte meals were very good thanks to Chef Wasim Khan and his team who made sure we enjoyed every meal.. Service was great and special mention of Sharif and Wahid who looked after us.

Our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Srinagar was very pleasant right from the reception, dining and housekeeping. A special shout to Chef Waseem who would go out of his way to cook to our specific taste. He was always checking on us all the six days we were there. Breakfast was a vast spread and if we were not satisfied he would whip an alternative choice with a smile. The dining staff Zakir, Gowher Hamid, Fayaz, and Ahil were always checking on our needs. In short, their services were incredible. Not to forget the Manager Ashiq Sheikh, he is definitely an asset to Four Points. His services were exemplary. I strongly recommend this hotel. You will find It worth every penny.
