We originally booked March 12-14. Then we changed to 1 night march 13-14 but looks like the hotel did not received this update. It was updated in the app and was paid 1 night ahead of time but the date was not changed at the hotel. Good thing they still have room available and the frontdesk is very professional and took good care of it. Pool is warm and very clean. Room is nice and clean. Breakfast we were expecting better but overall it is worth it. We did not pay for parking. Thank you so much! 😊

The central location, excellent service, great breakfast, free parking, but unfortunately the noisy air conditioning (which is the same for ordinary hotels).

What they say about first impressions rings true here. Our room was on the second floor in a corner, and to get there, we had to walk through clouds of cigarette smoke from the many people smoking outside their rooms. And right by our door, there was a bucket of still smoldering cigarette butts. The room was okay, but not the cleanest. There were a lot of assorted hairs on the bathroom floor, and the ceiling fan had not been cleaned for years. The only window in the room had also not been cleaned in a very long time. And it was seriously lacking in amenities. There was no coffee maker, but we did manage to borrow a kettle from the front desk. The television had no channels and only had streaming services. Luckily, some previous customer left themselves logged in to Apple TV. Wayne, if you are reading this, thanks! And the breakfast were very basic - frozen waffles or toast. Next time we are in Niagara Falls area, we will definitely be looking elsewhere.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were well maintained, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would especially like to thank Aditi for her outstanding service throughout my stay. She was always attentive, helpful, and professional, ensuring that every request was handled efficiently and with genuine care. Her positive attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction truly made a difference and contributed greatly to the quality of my experience. Aditi is a real asset to the hotel, and I sincerely appreciate all her help. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful stay. I would gladly return and recommend this hotel to others.

Not the cleanest place and we were awoken by police banging on the door looking for a guy named Dave. I brought this up to the front desk and they didn’t seem to want to talk about it but I see rooms are rented out as low income rentals which is fine but unfortunately one bad apple can spoil the bunch. The dude they were looking for was at one point in the room beside up but 530 am being woken up by an olive isn’t fun. Towels are really gross and stained luckily I brought my own figuring as such but the beds were great and people were nice . A lot of spiders we had to kill but the budget is cheap and I really can t complain:

J'ai pris une chambre à 95 $ + taxes, ce qui est un prix correct par chambre. Parking gratuit. La chambre est propre. La piscine est trop chlorée. On aurait dit qu'on avait versé du détergent dans le jadkuzi. Je n'ai pas aimé. Petit-déjeuner : omelette, saucisses, oranges et pommes (même si c'était l'été), céréales, confiture, café, thé, jus de fruits. La vaisselle et les appareils électroménagers jetables sont en plastique bon marché.

La réception de l'hôtel est très chaleureuse, vous pouvez garer gratuitement 🅿️, vous pouvez manger à proximité, près des attractions de la Maison de Niagara, mais les installations de la chambre sont antiquisées et les penderies sont plus étroites.
