Le plus grand sentiment de rester ici est que cela donne à un groupe d’entre nous le sentiment d’être chez lui.
Le personnel a ajouté WeChat à l'avance et a appris que nous voyagions en famille, ils ont donc spécialement aménagé deux ensembles de chambres au même étage pour nous permettre de prendre plus facilement soin de nos enfants. La vue au 16ème étage est inégalée, et vous pouvez voir le lever du soleil en étant allongé sur le lit.
La décoration intérieure est chaleureuse et confortable et il y a une cuisine où vous pourrez préparer votre propre petit-déjeuner. Le personnel nous a préparé des œufs, du pain, des petits pains cuits à la vapeur, des boulettes de riz gluant, du jus et du lait. Deux chambres et deux salles de bains, pour ne pas interférer les unes avec les autres, ce qui est génial.
Vous pouvez rejoindre la plage en cinq minutes à pied en passant par la communauté. Atlantis est sur votre droite et la ville gastronomique est à cinq minutes. L'emplacement est parfait !

La villa est très grande, dispose d'excellentes communications, d'appareils complets, de trois étages, de 4 chambres, 4 salles de bains, de deux salons et d'un espace extérieur. La cuisine ouverte ne permet pas l'utilisation du gaz, mais une cuisinière à induction et un cuiseur à riz sont disponibles. La zone de la villa a une belle verdure et des paysages agréables. Il faut 15 à 20 minutes en voiture pour rejoindre le marché fermier de Linwang. Vous pouvez aller à la piscine publique de Yanlord Crown ou vous rendre en voiture jusqu'aux hôtels environnants pour jouer dans l'eau, comme les toboggans aquatiques du Shangri-La.
Inconvénients : C'est un peu lent d'appeler une voiture à batterie, il faut parfois attendre 5 minutes. Il y a deux portes d'accès à la plage. La carte pour la première zone de la villa est suffisante, mais la deuxième porte nécessite une carte Yanlord Crown. Vous ne pouvez pas passer lorsqu'il n'y a personne qui vous garde de 19h à 9h, sauf si vous utilisez la carte Yanlord Crown. carte, mais dans cette section, je ne veux pas aller à la plage avant d'avoir le temps de me protéger du soleil.

C'était très bien. Je suis resté quatre jours de suite. Merci à Xiao Chen d'avoir amélioré ma chambre. Habitant au 15ème étage, la vue est très belle. La gouvernante Xiao Chen était très enthousiaste et m'a aidé à introduire des stratégies et des réductions de voyage. Il était vraiment responsable. J'étais très satisfait du service à ce prix. La chambre était très propre. On pouvait voir la mer depuis le lit. Cependant, le temps n'était pas très beau et la mer n'était pas très belle. Avec l'enfant, il a peut-être attrapé un rhume, de la fièvre et de la diarrhée. Il n'est pas sorti pendant les deux jours suivants, alors il a cuisiné pour l'enfant à l'hôtel. L'enfant s'est rétabli et nous sommes rentrés à la maison.

L'environnement est bon, la décoration blanche globale semble soignée et simple, la pièce est relativement grande, les rideaux ont des interrupteurs automatiques et les lumières sont également pratiques à utiliser et peuvent être éteintes avec un seul bouton.
Le service est impeccable. Si vous avez besoin de faire la lessive, la lessive sera livrée dans la chambre.
Les installations de l’hôtel doivent être améliorées. Le drainage dans la salle de douche n'est pas bon. Après avoir utilisé la grande pomme de douche pendant une longue période, l'eau ne peut pas couler vers le bas et s'écoulera dans la pièce. Mais comme je suis un étranger qui ne parle pas chinois, j'ai un problème à trouver où est le lobby ou quel bâtiment. Je l'ai appelé au nombre qu'ils ont donné dans le bon mais ne peut pas encore communiquer. Je suis allé à un autre hôtel de lobby et leur ai demandé d'aider à communiquer.

La première fois que j'ai séjourné dans un B&B, j'ai été choqué par l'environnement. La literie était blanche et brillante et la chambre était très bien rangée. Le service de ménage est très bon. Il vous accueillera à l'entrée de la communauté. Nous avons séjourné au 35ème étage et la vue est sans précédent. La salle n'est pas différente de la photo promotionnelle. Le transport est pratique et le shopping est pratique, et le marché nocturne de Yiheng est très animé derrière. Très satisfait de l'expérience du séjour. Je recommanderai à mes amis de revenir !

BBeccaBoo BeatsPerfect location - a short walk to both restaurants and the beach. So good to have such a spacious apartment with all the little amenities of a hotel room. Daily cleaning was provided at our convenience, and the washing machine made life easy. The only thing that could improve it is a microwave.
We will definitely choose to stay here again when we return to Sanya.

--TATABOX-Près du côté gauche de la plage, le balcon permet de prendre des photos de toute la baie, à l'écart du club de plage au milieu. La musique se termine à 23h00. C'est très proche de la plage et du bruit des vagues. est très utile pour dormir. L'hôtel dispose d'une salle de bain ouverte et le climatiseur doit être en mode déshumidification.
Prise en charge et retour gratuits du bus touristique, aide à porter les bagages à l'étage, Momo est très mignon, les enfants l'aiment beaucoup.
Des outils de creusement de sable et du matériel de natation sont disponibles dans l'hôtel, ce qui est sans souci.

IInvitéLe séjour dans cet hôtel est une très bonne expérience ! Il est situé à 5 minutes de la plage, mais dans une zone très proche, donc vous n'aurez aucun problème essayant de dormir. La chambre était très propre et nous avions tout ce qu'on avait besoin, y compris des lits super confortables sans spot et un projecteur pour regarder des films.
Malheureusement, nous avons été coincés à Sanya pendant l'épidémie et nous avons dû rester plus longtemps que prévu. Le propriétaire de l'hôtel était une personne très généreuse, gentille et soignée qui ne faisait pas seulement un rabais pour nous, mais nous aideait aussi à nous poser toutes les questions que nous avions. Elle nous mettait à jour constamment sur les nouvelles politiques épidémiologiques et nous conseillerait sur la façon de organiser le vol.
Le centre-ville est situé dans le centre-ville de l'hôtel, où vous pouvez vous rendre à l'hôtel. Bien que l'espace de patio semble assez petit, il était plein de chaises, de tables et de tours, donc si vous voyagez avec vos amis, il serait un endroit parfait pour dîner à la maison ou préparer un repas.
Nous sommes heureux de rencontrer un couple si grand, qui possède l'hôtel !

UUtilisateur anonymeI have mixed feelings about this place. The best part is the location. You are on a main road with many shops, restaurants and bus stops as well as the beach. I also liked the pool despite it being a little too shallow. The view from my balcony was also great.
One problem was cleanliness. Never walk around the room barefoot cause your feet will get dirty. It also looked like the crockery and kitchen utensils were not cleaned before I arrived. As you can see some of the utensils were dusty!
Hot water was another issue. Obviously you need hot water to properly wash your hands and dirty dishes. However I only had hot water in the shower, not in the kitchen nor bathroom sink.
This leads to my next issue which is service. I told the staff about the lack of hot water on the Friday and they said they would fix it at some point during the day while I am out with my friend. I come back at roughly 9pm to find out there is still no hot water. On Saturday morning I remind them to fix it before I go out again, hoping when I return I will have hot water. While I'm at the beach I miss a call from them. Turns out instead of fixing the issue, they want to move me to another room with hot water. When I return from the beach I saw the message and told them I am ready to move to the new room. But they replied saying I was too late and they gave the room to someone else. (If I did take that room, does that mean the other guest would have my room and have to suffer with cold water instead of me?) Instead of taking responsibility for not providing hot water or trying to fix it, the staff tried to blame me and said I can't get hot water cause I was too busy to answer their calls. When I pushed back on that comment their next excuse was that a lack of hot water is a common problem in Hainan? But then they said they would check if there was a free room with hot water the next day (Sunday). However, they never contacted me about that again so I just gave up trying. If they couldn't fix the problem, they could have at least offered me compensation but they didn't. This experience made me feel dismissed and unimportant as a paying guest.
To sum up, I wouldn't stay here again based on my experience. If they were to give me a room with hot water in the shower AND in both sinks, that's great. However, I would still have to deal with dirty floors and cookware + tableware. It's definitely not the worst place I've stayed in but regardless it didn't meet my standards so I still wouldn't stay here if I return to Sanya. Disappointing.

UUtilisateur anonymePour être honnête, cela devrait être le meilleur hôtel de Sanya. Bien sûr, le prix est légèrement plus élevé. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon, à quatre ou cinq minutes à pied de Dadonghai. Le gars à la réception (j'ai entendu dire qu'il était le gérant du magasin) a une très bonne attitude, bravo ! Il n'y a pas d'autres problèmes majeurs, sauf qu'il n'y a pas assez d'espace pour sécher les vêtements. Le petit balcon du deuxième étage est plein de vêtements, les vêtements secs et mouillés sont entassés, les vêtements ne sèchent jamais et il y a toujours une odeur. .
Et c'est le lit le plus haut parmi les auberges de jeunesse dans lesquelles j'ai séjourné. On estime visuellement que le lit du haut mesure 1,5 mètre de haut (Peut-être que le matelas est trop épais ?) L'échelle ou le cadre en fer est très gênant, et le lit du bas. a très peu d'espace. Il est assez grand pour faire des sauts périlleux, mais je ne sais pas pourquoi l'intimité du lit supérieur est un peu mauvaise (comme le montre la photo ci-dessous).
Enfin, la femme qui fait le café dans le lobby a une mauvaise gueule et une très mauvaise attitude ! Il n'a même pas pété, comme s'il lui devait beaucoup d'argent ! Que votre café et votre hôtel soient séparés ou non, puisqu’ils sont regroupés, n’agissez pas avec condescendance !

Comme c'est la basse saison, il a été surclassé gratuitement dans une chambre double avec vue sur la mer à 180 degrés. Il bénéficie de réductions pour les périodes prolongées et de réductions pour la location de voitures électriques. la chambre est propre et bien rangée, face à la mer directement et séparée de la mer. Il y a la rue piétonne Jiefang à proximité, le marché nocturne du premier marché, le marché nocturne de Tianya, diverses collations, non loin de Coconut Dream Corridor, Tianya Haijiao, Luhuitou et Dadonghai. Zone pittoresque, il est très pratique de prendre un taxi ou un bus. Je tiens encore une fois à souligner que le patron est très sympa, très sympa ! hautement recommandé!

HHweiling OwThe place was hard to find. There are tonnes of shop lots at the bottom of one entrance, and the other entrance had a large open area with stairs that goes up. The security guard I asked did not recognise the name, and there is no obvious signs that I could pick up. (I cannot read mandarin). I dont think there was any other way aside from contacting the person via the app. Even if you found the entrance, there is no obvious reception area.
We had to ring the contact person on the Trip.com app, and I had family who could speak mandarin to help guide the rest of the process. He is helpful and quick to respond. He brought us through a metal door, to a dark alleyway with lifts inside. If we weren't in a group of seven, I would have worried about my organs at this point.
There was a bit of a juggle with my cousins and my side of the family. So I ended up staying in the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT. The layout of the three bedroom apartment (located on the 18th floor) that we ended up in is similar to the two bedroom apartment with the lounge carved up to create a new bedroom. apartment is quick to respond. The two bedroom apartment (located on the 25th floor) felt bigger and cleaner, and had better views.
From here onwards, it is the review for the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT: We ran out of toilet paper and had air-conditioning issues. The contact person is quick to respond and solve our issues. The beds are hard for my body that is use to a softer version. There is no daily cleaning services that suits us. They supply toothbrushes, shower caps, body and shampoo wash in the bathroom, and disposable towels. The towels can be reused during the time you are there, but they are meant to be thrown away so they dont have the responsibility to rewash the towels. We didn't use the swimming pool on the third floor as we were too busy. It is RMB4 per use. They also supply a singular giant bottle of water. I think it was 5 litres. The air conditioning units in all three rooms work. Our view is a live view of how Sanya people live in Sanya, families in another building, the locals sitting on their balcony on a hot day.
You get a couple of tags to tag into the building, out of the building, into the lift, and into the bedroom. There is also a code you can type in to get access into the building. When we left, the contact person helped us with getting a taxi to the hotel. It went through his account and we paid him cash rounding up to the closest amount. He did not want any more for helping us. He was extremely helpful.
This is one of the cheaper choices in Sanya - and my rating is for the price and location.

LLalita VОтличное расположение отеля! Первая береговая линия. Вид с балкона прямо на море. На балконе очень удобно устраивать чае/кофепитие, фруктопоедание и салатоприготовление, короче говоря - это своего рода гостиная на открытом воздухе с видом на море, пальмы и песок. Выходишь из отеля, переходишь дорогу и ты на пляже. Это подкупает) Обратите внимание, что ресепшен в данном доме находится на 4м (четвертом) этаже, не на 1м. Для нас это было в новинку. К слову, в отеле живут только китайцы, мы были единственные русские. И нам это очень понравилось. Никто ни к кому не приставал с разговорами и прочей якобы социализацией. Зато мы смогли максимально погрузиться в быт и отдых китайцев. Это тоже подкупило. Сам дом не новый и не очень современный интерьер внутри, однако все работает, все чисто. Комната была маленькая, хоть на сайте и написано 25 кв.м. - это неправда)) Зато кровать настоящая большая, т.к. у китайцев двухместная кровать считается шириной от 1,5м - для нас это маловато. На этаже имеется кухня, большой холодильник с морозильной камерой, газовая плита, раковина, кое-какая посуда. Мы пользовались только холодильником. Каждый день покупали фрукты, овощи, йогурты, ветчину и др. вкусняшки. Очень удобно было. В холле на этаже также на стене установлено огромное зеркало (во весь рост).
Рядом с отелем имеется сетевой продуктовый магазин, в котором есть все на любой запрос. Через несколько кварталов расположен еще один продуктовый магазин той же сети, но он раза в два больше! В глубь квартала на каждой улице имеется множество различных кафе. Мы нашли одно кафе с меню на русском языке и с очень приветливыми хозяевами. Потом каждый день ходили только в это кафе, потому что раз владельцы постарались с переводом, значит мы будем их клиентами. Перепробовали практически все из китайского меню. Интересный опыт. В целом идеальное расположение отеля - рекомендую. На размер комнаты можно закрыть глаза))

GGenOhlsonComfortable, lots of light and air, and insane views from the 24th floor. Bed and towels were freshly laundered. Loads of hangers for clothes airing/ drying. Slept like a log until the neighbours had an argument next door the next morning. Water hasn't been routed to the bathroom sink, but the shower right next to it works fine, and the water temperature is adjustable to be hot. The desk staff were direct and helpful, all queries answered and dealt with.
Will definitely come again.
*The pool featured in the attached photos doesn't belong to the Seaview building; it belongs to the place next door, but there is a pool and sun lounge area on the 3rd floor of building 2.
*The neighbouring building has an aviary on top of the penthouse, and they have peacocks that call every now and then.

Спал как бревно, пока соседи не поругались на следующее утро. Вода не была проведена к раковине в ванной, но душ рядом с ней работает отлично, и температура воды регулируется, чтобы быть горячей. Персонал на стойке регистрации был прямым и отзывчивым, на все вопросы отвечали и решали их.
Обязательно приеду еще раз.
