The hotel itself is genuinely impressive. The room is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern amenities that make the stay relaxing. The staff are courteous, professional, and quick to respond to requests, which really adds to the overall positive experience. However, the biggest drawback is the location. Naligaw ako😅thank you din for upgrading my room into a deluxe room without additional payment. Overall, the hotel offers great comfort and service, but the less-than-ideal location may be a dealbreaker depending on your travel priorities.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳 Our stay at Selendra Suites was absolutely wonderful! Location: If you're looking for a quiet, laid-back vacation in Baguio away from the busy city center, I highly recommend this place. The area is peaceful, relaxing, and surrounded by nature, yet still very accessible. We had no trouble booking Grab rides at any time of the day or night, with an average wait time of less than 4 minutes. Cleanliness: The unit was spotless when we arrived. Everything was squeaky clean, fresh, and well-maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. Accuracy: The property was exactly as advertised, if not better. The photos don't fully capture how beautiful the place is in person. The balcony ambiance and view were spectacular and became one of our favorite parts of the stay. Communication: Maryam was an exceptional host. She was very responsive, welcoming, and made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. She provided clear instructions and was always available whenever we had questions. Overall Experience: We highly recommend this place! What made our stay even more special was that it was my partner's birthday, and Maryam graciously agreed to help arrange a simple birthday surprise setup for him. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more memorable. We truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and warm hospitality. We'll definitely be coming back on our next trip to Baguio. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Loved our stay here. Very accessible to Burnham Park and on the main road. Offers free parking. Staff are welcoming. Easy check-in. Room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is delicious.

We recently stayed here to celebrate my son's 2nd birth day and truly enjoyed the experience! The entire place has the aesthetics we were looking for—cozy, modern, and very well put together. The mountain view is superb, and the unit itself is super clean and comfy. It also comes with complete utensils and cooking materials, which made meal prep very convenient. We appreciated the small touches like the provided shampoo, conditioner, and free black coffee. Wi-fi also provided and there is a smart tv. However, we did encounter a slight issue during check-in. Although check-in starts at 2:00 PM, we arrived at 2:30 PM and still had to wait for an hour. According to the guard, there was no endorsement prepared by the host, which caused the delay. It was a bit of an inconvenience after a long trip from manila with my toddler, but thankfully, everything else about the stay made up for it. One thing to note is that the place is a bit far from the city center, so we had to take a taxi every time we visited tourist attractions. This might be a downside for travelers who prefer more central accommodations. Overall, it was a great stay and we would still recommend it—just hoping the check-in process can be smoother next time, and for future guests to consider the location depending on their itinerary.

They were consistently polite, attentive, and always willing to assist, which really made a difference in our overall experience. The cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding. Rooms, hallways, and common areas are spotless, and you can tell that housekeeping takes pride in their work. The rooms are well-kept, comfortable, and provide everything you need for a relaxing stay. Another highlight is the location. The hotel is conveniently situated—close enough to the heart of Baguio for easy access to popular spots, yet far enough to enjoy a calm and peaceful atmosphere. It’s a great balance for both relaxation and exploring the city. The unlimited breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The food was tasty and filling, giving us the energy we needed to start our day of sightseeing. A bit more variety in the menu would be nice for guests staying multiple nights, but overall, it was a great perk. What we really loved was the view from the hotel—absolutely beautiful and one of the things that makes this stay memorable. Waking up to the cool Baguio breeze and a nice view is definitely a bonus. Overall, Hotel Urban Khotel (Kurban Hotel) exceeded our expectations. Clean, well-located, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and great views—everything you’d want in a Baguio getaway. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

Good food plenty selections for every body. Staff very accomodating. Had to change room bb present.

It’s nice and comfortable, the room is clean.Only there’s no lift to bring up the luggage if your room situated in 3rd floor, you have to carry all your things going up.

Le personnel est très gentil et ami, car il nous a permis de quitter nos biens dans la zone de réception depuis notre arrivée tôt, le contrôle à l'heure est de 2 heures. Ils nous ont permis de quitter nos sacs même après notre check-in à 12 h, parce que nous restons à la rue et à la nuit, et le service de la chambre est aussi bon, puisque nous pouvons aider à mettre en place la douche chaude. La chambre est également propre et digne du prix que vous avez payé, car nous n'avons pas séjourné beaucoup à l'hôtel comme nous le plus le temps dehors alors que la situation est si loin du parc Burnham mais il est juste près du benguet La trinidad et quelques blocs de La ville est très bien située, mais le centre de la ville est très bien situé.

The hotel and staff were fine . The amenities over the road were excellent. Great restaurants and patisserie. Location was a nightmare to get to and from Baguio centre . But that was mainly due to it being the busiest most unfriendly city in the Philipunes. Not to be recommended to westerners
