Hôtels 2 étoiles à Austin

L'hôtel était très nouveau, donc tout était frais et propre. La location est d'environ 15 minutes de marche lente vers la partie principale du ”6ème East”, il était agréable à la nuit (nous avons fait deux fois après le dîner) mais bien sûr, comme dans toutes les villes, vous devez toujours être conscient de votre environnement. Le petit déjeuner inclus était très bon, avec du café frais. L'équipe de bureau avant était vraiment utile. Globalement, il était v satisfait de notre séjour.

I recently stayed at the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Austin Airport, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly service. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free, allowing me to start relaxing right away. My room was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect rest after a long day of travel. The room’s modern amenities, including a large flat-screen TV and fast Wi-Fi, made my stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights of my visit was the complimentary breakfast offered each morning. The selection was impressive, with a variety of options to suit every taste. Whether I was in the mood for something light like fresh fruit and yogurt or something more hearty like waffles and eggs, there was always something delicious to start my day off right. The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs, being just minutes away from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. The complimentary shuttle service was a huge convenience, making my travel to and from the airport effortless. Despite its proximity to the airport, the hotel was quiet and peaceful, ensuring a restful stay. The hotel’s amenities, including the well-maintained fitness center and inviting outdoor pool, added to the overall experience. It was nice to have these options available to unwind after a busy day. Overall, my stay at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Austin Airport was excellent. The combination of clean, comfortable accommodations, friendly staff, and convenient location made it an ideal choice for my trip. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Austin, and I look forward to returning on my next visit!

I stay here because it is very close to the VA Clinic. I live more than a 100 miles from Austin so when I have an early morning appointment I stay here so I do not have to fight the early morning traffic in Austin. It is much easier to spend the night and then go to my appointment. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable, very close to the VA clinic, nice staff and pricing fits my budget.

I think it’s worth the price. What I really like is I feel so safe because of security cameras all over the place.

Conduire d’El Paso/Texas à San Antonio/Austin. La chambre est propre et grande, le service de la réception est très bon et un copieux petit-déjeuner est inclus.

Check-in was a breeze and Veronica at the front desk was very pleasant. Once in the room, because I cleaned up water spilt on the floor, I found the white toilet paper turned absolutely black AND with ***** hairs on it to boot. All this within 1sq ft. I called the lobby and asked how often the floors were mopped. I was told “every day.” I related what I had found to the contrary and was asked if I wished to change rooms to which I said “yes!”. When I went down to retrieve the new key, I took the wadded toilet paper with me and she took a picture of it before throwing it in the garbage! There were two very large, well lit, vending machines in a hallway off the main lobby, and the ice machine was in good working order and the ice, clean and solidly frozen.  I decided I was too tired to check and see if the new rooms’ floor was dirty or not so I proceeded to not ever walk on the floor with my bare feet. The day manager, Mari, was very nice and the coffee was hot fresh out of the thermos on the side table…hot water and tea bags also available. If you detest “sweet ‘n low” bring your own natural sugar. I ran into the head of housekeeping and happened to mention how disgustingly dirty the floors were in my first room, and I informed her that the night manager had taken a picture of what I had wiped up on my piece of toilet paper and she said she would go and ask to see it. I later learned that Mayra had indeed done so. So that was good attention to detail. Everything in the room worked fine including the remote and TV, the microwave was spotless and looked brand new and it even had a childproof lock on it for those families traveling with curious offspring that haven’t internalized the meaning of “NO” yet 😵💫. The refrigerator was spotless and new looking as well. WiFi was strong and reliable. I walked by the pool, which I noticed was closed (understandable for this time of year!). It was full of water, but I must say that it looked the equivalent of a Louisiana swamp and I was prepared to see a ‘gator come climbing up those darkened, slimy stairs at any point in time.😆 The parking lot at night is VERY well lit around the entire property which is a very welcome sight! Being right off the interstate doesn’t provide for any exciting venues to walk to but there IS a wonderful grocery store (HEB) .7miles away straight down Rundeburg on Lamar/Rundeburg. Other than that there are a plethora of food trucks doling out South American ‘cuisine’ just yards from the front of the hotel as well as across the street. I didn’t try any of them so cannot opine. Les serviettes étaient très déshabillées. Il y avait des larmes dans les feuilles du lit. Il semblait un peu de rouge sur le plafond et des peintures noires dans le plafond de la salle de bain. La madrague était super déshabillée, même avec une incantation massive au milieu. Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. Le chauffeur AC/Heater fonctionnait, il y avait une micro-ondes et un réfrigérateur.

Elevator is ALWAYS out & there is usually a weird odor you can smell like mildew or mold on bottom floors. I didn't mind the scent of **** nor cigs as I was in the 4th floor, the smoking floor. Downside they don't provide dishes nor real housekeeping any longer thanks to COVID but otherwise they are real laid back & as long as you not causing a scene or being dramatic they pretty much mind their business

This place is not really a hotel. It gives off more of a motel vibe. The building is heavily outdated, with crumbling walls and stains. Our room was average. Bed was comfortable and clean. Our room had a little bit of trash in it (candy wrappers, etc). The toilet did not flush for me and there was peeling wall paper in the bathroom. Shower temperature was poor and was only lukewarm at best. I most likely will not stay here again. The facilities need a huge update.
