I recently stayed at the EVEN Hotel Austin Downtown near the Domain, and it was a fantastic experience! The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and major highways. Whether you're here for business or leisure, everything you need is just minutes away. The room was spacious, clean, and designed for comfort. The bed was exceptionally cozy, and I loved the modern, wellness-focused amenities, like in-room workout equipment. The overall vibe was refreshing and relaxing. One of the best parts? The value for money is outstanding. Compared to other hotels in the area, EVEN Hotel offers great rates without sacrificing quality. Plus, the parking lot is huge—no stressful circling for a spot, which is a rare perk in downtown areas. If you’re looking for a convenient, comfortable, and reasonably priced stay in Austin, I highly recommend EVEN Hotel!

Le jeu de la chambre est très bon et très bon, mais le café est très bon et très fort... Grande position près des magasins et magasins d'Arboretum à la Domaine . À proximité de la vente de produits alimentaires entiers, H‑E‑B magasin de produits alimentaires, théâtre de films de porte, et beaucoup de bons restaurants, beaucoup à pied.. Grands chambres, salle de bains stockée avec des produits Aveda. (shampooing, conditionneur, lavage corporel, sauce à la barre pour les mains) était un très bon touche! La seule chose que je n'aimais pas était qu'ils ont récemment commencé à payer pour le parking par eux-mêmes dans leur lot non découvert ..... J'ai payé 20 $ sur 1/31/24. Je n'aime pas ça. Juste mettre le prix dans votre tarif de chambre et dire parking gratuit!

Our experience was solid. Here are my pros and cons Pros: The pricing was fair. Rooms, for the most part, are clean and maintained. Rooms are spacious. The position of the aircon is good, doesn't blow straight at you like some other places. The Room didn't smell. Both the shower and sink have good water pressure. The service was solid, the lady we met was welcoming and she got straight to the point. Rooms are equipped with a microwave and fridge which is convenient. The beds are spacious and the mattress is supportive. Cons. The carpet in the room as well as the tiles in the bathroom are a bit sticky. Not sure if that's due to the high moisture or if they are not cleaned well. Some might find it nasty. The gym only has a cable machine which is alright but some more equipment would have been much better. They advertise saying they have a great breakfast however it isn't anything crazy. Just some eggs, waffles that you have to make yourself, and some coffee. Not much variety overall. This is nitpicky, but the furniture is a bit old and could use some polish/maintenance. The biggest con for me was the location, its located right beside the frontage road which is in theory good, but during rush hour the road becomes completely jammed with cars. Especially at the time of writing this review because there is a lot of construction going on nearby so driving in and out of the residence can be dangerous and annoying. Overall: This place is great for staying a couple nights on a short trip however I wouldn't recommend staying here long term. Its safe and has mostly everything you need.

Cambria is a newer hotel amidst the redevelopment projects taking place near Rainey Street, a historic landmark of homes turned into entertainment venues. Cambria is opposite side of the spectrum with innovative decor and relaxation. Note that parking costs 49USD per day with valet access only. We chose not to rent a car based on our needs in Austin. Came to visit my son and his family with my eldest son, so we wanted to have some options near nightlife activities. Local drivers shared info on the changes made to the nearby historic street, and staff was friendly with all needs. The water statiins were a plus. Where I think Cambria can improve is in the price of the rooms, menu items and operation hours of their lobby bar/roof bar since staff was short during our stay. Walking to the entertainment street required the back alley short trek, and that aspect took away from the lush atmosphere of the hotel. Grafitti and Limestone hotel venues can easily adjust their marketung strategies towards in-house entertainment along with the Valet arrangement to flow more smoothly and affordably. It’s a lovely hotel which can become full circle staycation with a few adjustments regarding that aspect. New business developments working alongside grass roots businesses is key to smooth changes for both visitors and long-time locals. The pool atmosphere is great, the gym is clean, and the first floor waiting area an easy meeting spot.

停車免費，自有停車場足夠位置。離德州大學Austin 分校、德州議會大廈片區很近。早餐在一樓的飯店內進行，美式早餐常見品種，不過不失，沒什麼亮點但也能吃飽。缺點是窗式空調太吵，淋浴水不夠大。因為懶得換又訂了一晚，前台服務人員比較有耐心，前一晚的按金退得挺快。一樓有家壽司店，門口有衹大黃蜂。

Un endroit tranquille et raffiné pour séjourner, il y a un restaurant à côté, très pratique. Il y a un grand supermarché pour quelques minutes de conduite, le personnel de service est gentil et le travail est efficace. Très approprié pour les voyages commerciaux.

Le service de la maison de retraite est un hôtel bien géré avec des personnels attentifs qui sont toujours enclins à s'en tenir.

Got a room for a convention and it was very clean and big! The staff were amazing and helpful. For downsides though with the refrigerator I had to refrigerate medicine and it stayed room temp

Globalement pas mal, rentable, relativement calme, il y a un parking gratuit, séparé des attractions, la route est encore relativement confortable, manger en ville pour manger

Love the location but the rooms look old and tired. The guests rooms need to be updated and walk-in showers would be a definite improvement over the old bathtubs … especially since the bathroom is so small. The separate living area is nice but not imperative for most of us. Breakfast is lovely and free tho tipping for a custom breakfast order is nice but not expected. I was shocked to see they had started charging for parking last time I was there (this is a suburban business and shopping area, not downtown!) That left a bad taste in my mouth ….. enough that I’m not sure I’ll be returning. Be sure to figure that cost in when comparing rates! Call for latest parking fee.
