Hôtels 2 étoiles à Comte de Miami-Dade

Yesterday, I experienced a three-hour delay in receiving my scheduled doses. The check-in process concluded at 10:00 p.m., and I did not receive a confirmation call. Upon the return of the night staff, I was informed that I needed to be on the list, despite already being included. Although check-out is scheduled for 11:30 a.m., I was required to release my cleaning personnel early to facilitate room cleaning. I received no communication via phone, email, or text throughout the night. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment for those arriving during nighttime hours. Furthermore, this morning, the front desk was unattended, and all access points were secured with a code. To date, I have not received any email correspondence, nor has the reimbursement for my massage been processed.

La réservation est un peu inversée, mais les résultats sont encore assez satisfaisants. Parce que c'est le jour de l'Amour, la réservation n'a jamais été exacerbée, mais le service client est très responsable, a aidé à communiquer avec la coordination, enfin la réservation a réussi et a donné des avantages pour les frais de logement, merci beaucoup 🙏

L'hôtel est au centre de la ville, le transport est pratique, il y a une cuisine qui peut faire quelque chose de seul, il y a un bébé, assez grand, c'est que le trafic autour de la route est un peu inconvenant. Je conduis moi-même, le stationnement est gratuit

Le Wi-Fi était peut-être le pire que j'ai jamais eu à un hôtel. Les mosquitos dans la chambre n'ont pas de moyen de trouver comment ils étaient entrés et rien pour les enlever.

Plus de 100 dollars, c'est encore plus abordable. Ne pas prendre ce prix par rapport à 400 dollars pour un hôtel. Le petit frère de la réception de l'hôtel est particulièrement bon. Il est très enthousiaste de dire que vous pourrez aller à la plage pendant cinq minutes de marche, et de me dire que vous allez à la supermarché, etc., très enthousiaste et très intime. La faiblesse du bruit est un peu grande, haha, j'espère que le patron sera en pleine expansion, il a de l'argent pour changer la fenêtre de scellement et changer le climatisation.

For me, the number one priority for a stay is cleanliness. Overall, our first impression of cleanliness in the hotel was a bit poor when you enter the hallway with an extremely dirty, dust-filled carpet. Upon entering the room, it looked fine - clean but very old-looking. The material on the chairs was peeling off. The bathroom was clean enough, but I still did not want to go barefoot in the shower. Note that all the towels are jet black, so you get piece of mind knowing that no stains will show up on them if there are any: Take that information however you want to interpret it. However our biggest grievance was that there was a small bloodstain on the bedsheets. I still trusted that it was probably clean and simply just a stain, but nevertheless… Gross. Overall, it’s fine as budget room. You get what you pay for. If you lower your standards enough, this place will do. On the other hand, the location was fantastic. Close to the beach and walking distance to quite a lot of fantastic restaurants.

Las instalaciones son bastantes buenas para el valor que cobran. La habitación es muy amplia. Pero ojo, si tienes el sueño liviano ni pienses en quedarte aquí. Los aviones pasan cada tres minutos muy cerca del hotel y se escucha sus motores. Si tienes el sueño pesado esté este es tu hotel. Es el mejor en relación precio calidad en Miami. Lo que así a nosotros nos tocó unos desubicados en la pieza de arriba que metieron ruido toda la noche. Pero eso no es responsabilidad del hotel.

I feel like this needs a proper review on this site. As my arrival was coming i was really worried about the place because of the reviews here. I was prepared for having to look for something different… i arrived and noticed that the house is secured nicely and the passcodes are working in the rooms and at the main door perfectly. The reviews also mention bad communication with the owner.. i have to say that they did not pick up my phone for the first time but as my check in was getting closer i got an email saying everything i needed. I also noticed another guest talking to them through WhatsApp so I recommend asking for this option as they probably have this accommodation listed on different apps too. There was a time when i locked myself out of the room and forgot my passcode so i asked another person that was staying there to reach them. It was approximately about 9:30 pm maybe later and they did respond in a few minutes and helped me out with this situation. The location is kind of scary in the night i have to say and you may meet different kinds of people but you have to count with this if you are looking for a cheap place to stay in a city like this. I was a solo woman traveler in Miami and i managed everything smoothly.

Humm, comme d'autres ont dit, il n'est pas propre. Il y a des cheveux dans le lit, pas nos. Il y a des moules dans le frigo... Je vous suggère de vous apporter vos propres feuilles de lit si vous réservez ici. Je pense qu'il pourrait être un hôtel agréable si le propriétaire accorde plus d'attention à la propreté. La location est bonne, la check-in et la check-out sont si douce.

J'ai réservé la chambre pour pouvoir dire à 00h07 pour pouvoir aller dormir un peu. Ils ont dit que je ne pouvais pas m'enregistrer avant 16h, j'ai donc dû payer à nouveau pour réserver la chambre. Je suis parti moi-même à 11h, puis je suis allé à la réception et leur ai dit de conserver mon acompte pour l'enregistrement à 16h avant 14h. Ils m'ont renvoyé mon acompte et j'ai dû tout réserver à nouveau, donc je ne l'ai pas eu et c'était un gaspillage d'argent.
